As shown in fig. 1-4, an LED lamp assembly glue applying apparatus may include a glue supply and metering system 1, a glue applying mechanism 2, a glue brush 3, a rotating assembly 4, a lifting assembly 5, and the like. The glue brushing pen 3 is fixedly arranged between the glue outlet head 23 and the rotating assembly 4. The rotating assembly 4 is located below the glue brushing pen 3 and used for driving the lamp cup to rotate, the glue brushing pen 3 brushes glue overflowing the lamp cap installation part evenly along with the rotation of the lamp cup, and the reliable bonding of the subsequent lamp cap and the lamp cup is ensured. The lifting assembly 5 is used for driving the rotating assembly 4 to ascend and descend so that the rotating assembly 4 can be connected with or disconnected from the lamp cup positioning mold provided with the lamp cup. In some embodiments, the lifting assembly 5 may be omitted.
Referring to fig. 2, the structure of the glue applying mechanism 2 is described. The glue lifting assembly 21 may comprise a lifting cylinder 211 and a mounting block 212, wherein the mounting block 212 comprises a transverse part and a longitudinal part which form an inverted L shape, the transverse part is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the lifting cylinder 211, and the glue discharging controller 22 is fixedly mounted on the longitudinal part, so that the lifting cylinder 211 can drive the glue discharging controller 22 to move up and down. Specifically, the glue controller 22 may include two side-by-side cylinders 221 and a glue control valve 222, the glue control valve 222 being fixed to a longitudinal portion of the mounting block 212 and having two inlets and one outlet, bottoms of the two cylinders 221 being respectively screw-engaged with and in fluid communication with the two inlets of the glue control valve 222, the outlet serving as a glue outlet of the glue controller 22, that is, the glue outlet head 23 being fixedly connected to the outlet of the glue control valve 222.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the mounting structure of the brush pen 3 includes a bracket 61 and a fixing block 62. The bracket 61 is suspended between the glue outlet head of the gluing mechanism 2 and the rotating assembly 4. The bracket 61 comprises a first strip part 611 and a second strip part 612 forming a right angle, and the first strip part 611 is provided with two fixing holes 6111 to facilitate the fixed mounting of the bracket 61 on the profile of the device. The second strap portion 612 is provided with a fixing hole 6121 to facilitate fixing of the fixing block 62 to the bracket 61. Preferably, the fixing hole 6121 is a strip-shaped hole to facilitate adjustment of the position of the fixing block 62. The fixing block 62 has a through hole 621 and a screw hole 622 orthogonally communicating with the through hole 621, the screw hole 622 being located at an end of the fixing block 62. The glue brushing pen 3 penetrates through the through hole 621 and is screwed into the screw hole 622 through a screw to be fixed. When the position of the glue brushing pen 3 needs to be adjusted, the screw is firstly unscrewed, then the pen is moved to a required position, and finally the screw is screwed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the rotating assembly 4 may include a motor 41, a motor mount 42, and a fixing mount 43. The motor base 42 is arranged below the glue brushing pen 3. The motor 41 is fixed on the motor base 42, and the output shaft thereof is vertically upward. A fixing base 43 is fixed to an output shaft of the motor 41, and a lamp cup positioning mold (not shown) is detachably coupled to the fixing base 43. The lifting assembly 5 may include a cylinder 51, a slide rail 52 and a slide block 53, the slide block 53 is slidably engaged on the slide rail 52, the motor base 42 of the rotating assembly 4 is fixed on the slide block 53, and a telescopic rod of the cylinder 51 is fixedly connected to the motor base 42, so that the cylinder 51 can drive the fixing base 43 to move up and down, and the fixing base 43 can be connected with or disconnected from the lamp cup positioning mold. When the fixing seat 43 is connected with the lamp cup positioning mold, the motor 41 can drive the lamp cup on the lamp cup positioning mold to rotate, and the gluing operation is completed.
