技术领域
本发明属于清洁技术领域,具体涉及一种水性柏油清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
柏油路面上的沥青在夏天高温时会软化甚至部分熔化,当汽车在此路面上行驶时,高速滚动的轮胎便会将沥青甩到轮胎以及车身上面。沥青主要成分为不同分子量的碳氢化合物及其非金属衍生物组成的复杂胶凝材料,粘着性较强不易清洁。传统的柏油清洁剂本着相似相溶的原理,通常采用苯系溶剂、氯代烃溶剂以及脂肪烃(或脂环烃)溶剂的混合物对其进行强力溶解和清除,如甲苯、二甲苯、三甲苯、二氯甲烷、四氯乙烯、航空煤油、环己烷等为目前市面上多数生产企业所采用的原材料。
此类清洗剂存在一些不足之处:(1)苯系溶剂以及氯代烃溶剂均为毒性较大的有机溶剂,还有较强的刺激性气味,长期使用对人体的健康有较大的危害性,使用时体验感觉不好;(2)产品为纯有机溶剂体系,易燃易爆,安全性差,清洗后溶剂挥发也不利于环保;(3)某些厂家为了追求环保安全而使用合成洗涤剂来进行清洗,企图通过表面活性剂的润湿乳化污垢的能力来破坏沥青与清洗表面的粘结力,从而将污垢进行剥离,但实际应用时由于沥青无法溶解于水中,因此效果不佳。因此急需开发一种不含苯类溶剂和氯代烃类溶剂,同时又具备良好的去除沥青污垢的能力,使用时更环保安全,不易燃,对人体的刺激和危害能明显降低的半水基型清洗剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种水性柏油清洁剂及其制备方法。本发明水性柏油清洁剂对沥青清洁效果好、制备过程简单、使用过程安全环保。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种水性柏油清洁剂,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分组成:特种表面活性剂15%~25%;非离子表面活性剂3%~8%;阴离子表面活性剂1%~3%;醇/醚溶剂3%~5%;极性溶剂3%~5.5%;渗透剂1%~1.5%;碱0.4~1%;余量为水。
本技术方案采用半水基方案,将对沥青有强力溶解作用的新型表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、有助于剥离沥青垢的阴离子表面活性剂、醇或醚类溶剂、极性溶剂,渗透剂等进行复配,所得产品气味低,不易燃易爆,性能温和。本发明清洗能力较传统的水基方案有明显的提升,与纯溶剂体系沥青清洗剂相当,并且不含对环境和人体有明显危害的物质。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,一种水性柏油清洁剂,按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:特种表面活性剂21%~25%;非离子表面活性剂4%~7%;阴离子表面活性剂1%~3%;醇/醚溶剂3%~5%;极性溶剂4.5%~5.5%;渗透剂1%~1.5%;碱0.5%~1%;余量为水。
上述优选的水性柏油清洁剂,通过特种表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、醇/醚溶剂、极性溶剂、渗透剂、碱和水的特定比例获得了综合上优异的水性柏油清洁剂,能够有效清除较密集颗粒和大颗粒的沥青垢。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,一种水性柏油清洁剂,按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:特种表面活性剂21%~25%;非离子表面活性剂4%~7%;阴离子表面活性剂1%~3%;醇/醚溶剂5%;极性溶剂4.5%;渗透剂1%;碱0.5%;余量为水。
上述优选的水性柏油清洁剂,污垢开始脱落时间和污垢完全脱落时间短,清除速度更快。去污率均在93%以上、沥青清除效果好。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,这种水性柏油清洁剂中,所述特种表面活性剂为N,N-二甲基-9-癸烯酰胺和/或N,N-二甲基癸酰胺。
上述优选的特种表面活性剂主要成分为长碳链(C10)的二甲基酰胺,其具有高沸点(>250℃)、低挥发性(<0.01,醋酸正丁酯=1)、高闪点(>100℃)不易燃、溶解力强(KB值>200)、性能温和的优点,与多种强清洗力的表面活性剂以及水溶性强溶剂进行复配组成高效的半水基柏油清洁剂体系。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,这种水性柏油清洁剂中,所述非离子表面活性剂为C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚TO、C10格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚XL、直碳链聚氧乙烯醚AEO中的至少一种与C6和/或C8烷基糖苷复配组成,对沥青垢有剥离和乳化的作用。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,这种水性柏油清洁剂中,所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸的三乙醇胺盐,在对沥青垢的剥离和乳化方面,和非离子表面活性剂起协同作用。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,这种水性柏油清洁剂中,所述醇/醚溶剂为异丙醇、乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚和丙二醇甲醚中的至少一种,起到携带污垢的作用,并对溶解沥青有辅助作用。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,这种水性柏油清洁剂中,所述极性溶剂为N-乙基吡咯烷酮和/或N-甲基吡咯烷酮,其对污垢有强剥离作用,对沥青同样有部分溶解作用。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,这种水性柏油清洁剂中,所述渗透剂为磷酸酯渗透剂:异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠,能帮助配方中的有效成分更快速地渗透进污垢中。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,这种水性柏油清洁剂中,所述碱为氢氧化钠,用来调节水性柏油清洁剂体系的pH值。
本发明还提供了上述任一项水性柏油清洁剂的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:(1)按重量百分比称取水性柏油清洁剂中的各组分;(2)将特种表面活性剂溶解于水中,形成溶液A;(3)向溶液A中依次加入非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、醇/醚溶剂、极性溶剂和渗透剂,分散均匀形成溶液B;(4)向溶液B中加入碱调节pH值在10.5~11.5之间,得到水性柏油清洁剂。
在本发明中还提供了一种包含上述任一项所述水性柏油清洁剂的油包水气雾剂。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述油包水气雾剂还包含油包水乳化剂和推进剂;所述油包水乳化剂为HLB值在3~5之间的聚甘油硬脂酸酯;所述推进剂为液化石油气;所述油包水气雾剂中油包水乳化剂和清洁剂的总质量与推进剂的质量比为:100:(20~25)。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明不含苯系溶剂以及氯代烃溶剂,对人体刺激性小,使用体验好,不易燃易爆,安全环保。
(2)本发明具备良好的去除沥青污垢的效果、制备工艺简单。
(3)本发明清洁剂可制备成气雾剂,使用方便,去污能力强。
(4)本发明清洁剂在清洁过程中短时间内与汽车配件相容性好,对车辆配件无损害。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例和对比例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明实施例1-7和对比例1-6及其制备气雾剂中采用的原材料信息如表1所示。

实施例1-7
实施例1-7的水性柏油清洁剂按质量百分比计,均是由以下组分组成:特种表面活性剂15%~25%;非离子表面活性剂3%~8%;阴离子表面活性剂1%~3%;醇/醚溶剂3%~5%;极性溶剂3%~5.5%;渗透剂1%~1.5%;碱0.5~1%;剩余为水。详细的实施例1-7各组分质量百分比关系如表2所示。

对比例1-6
对比例1-6为本发明水性柏油清洁剂仅缺少某类组分的对照组。详细的对比例1-6各组分质量百分比关系如表3所示。

表2-3中的实施例1-7和对比例1-6的制备方法如下:(1)按照表2-3组成称取组分;(2)将特种表面活性剂溶解于水中,形成溶液A(对比例1由于无特种表面活性剂,可将水视为溶液A);(3)向溶液A中依次加入非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、醇/醚溶剂、极性溶剂和渗透剂,分散均匀形成溶液B;(4)向溶液B中加入碱调节pH值在10.5~11.5之间,得到清洁剂。
将本发明实施例1-7和对比例1-6的水性柏油清洁剂进行了污垢试片模拟测试。测试方法为:取25份10#沥青和75份脱芳烃溶剂油D40混合之后加热,边加热边用玻璃棒搅拌,直至10#沥青完全溶解在溶剂油中,然后冷却成粘稠液体,制得沥青污垢。再取若干块4x4cm的表面涂有烤漆的试片,使用软毛刷蘸取沥青污垢刷涂在试片表面后晾干、称量,每块试片的污垢量控制在0.4~0.5g之间;把试片放到140℃的烘箱加热老化2个小时后取出,冷却,制得污垢试片。然后将污垢试片泡在150g的清洗液中,测试污垢开始从试片表面脱落的时间以及污垢最终完全脱落溶解的时间,然后取出试片并将试片放入105℃烘箱干燥1小时。设定试片未涂覆污垢时的质量为M0,试片涂覆污垢并老化后的质量为M1,试片浸泡清洗污垢再烘干后的质量为M2,则去污率可从以下公式计算:去污率=(M1-M2)/(M1-M0)×100%。实施例1-7和对比例1-6的污垢试片模拟测试结果分别如表4和表5所示。

由以上表4测试结果可知,实施例1-3清洗剂均能够有效地将沥青从试片上进行剥离溶解。其中实施例1和实施例2清洗力基本一致,但实施例3由于N,N-二甲基-9-癸烯酰胺和N,N-二甲基癸酰胺的用量偏低,因此其表现出来的清洗力不佳。实施例4相比实施例1用于渗透乳化污垢的非离子表面活性剂以及有助于剥离污垢的溶剂用量有所减少,因此溶解污垢的速度变慢,去污率也略有下降。实施例5-6相比实施例2虽然非离子表活用量略有减少,但主要成分N,N-二甲基癸酰胺或N,N-二甲基-9-癸烯酰胺用量增加,因此溶解速度更快,去污效果略好,但此体系成本偏高,相比于实施例1-2,性价比不高。实施例7和实施例1、实施例2清洗力基本一致,表明特种表面活性剂在总用量21%保持不变的条件下,N,N-二甲基癸酰胺和N,N-二甲基-9-癸烯酰胺之间的比例变化对性能几乎没有影响。
由以上表5测试结果可知,对比例1由于不含溶解沥青的特种表活,实验中可观察到即便浸泡10分钟,其表面也仅有少量沥青污垢释出,而经过24h长时间浸泡后试片表面仍粘有大量沥青污垢难以去除。对比例2-6考察了特种表面活性剂与其他组分复配的协同效应,数据表明,当特种表面活性剂保持21%不变时,其他组分的缺失对产品剥离、溶解沥青的性能有不同程度的减弱。本发明水性柏油清洁剂各组分间表现出明显的协同增效作用,组分缺一不可。
将本发明实施例1-5和对比例1的水性柏油清洁剂进行了车辆沥青污垢清洗测试。测试方法为:使用油包水乳化剂将实施例和对比例配成样品装在喷雾罐中制成气雾剂,所述的乳化剂为一种HLB值在3~5之间的聚甘油硬脂酸酯,制备时将上述各实施例与乳化剂混合均匀后装入气雾剂罐中,然后封上阀门,再填充进液化石油气(LPG)作为推进剂,料液与LPG的质量比为100:20~25,料液中含有的乳化剂便会自行生成以烃类(LPG)和其它油溶性组分为外相的油包水体系,此一方面可以在使用时让油相更快接触污垢进行溶解,同时也避免剂液在喷雾罐(为马口铁罐)内存储时容易引起腐蚀的问题。样品制备完毕后寻找若干辆表面有沥青污垢的白色车辆(白色车辆便于观察清洗后的洁净度)进行清洗测试。其中测试车辆的情况分别为,车辆1:表面大部分比较干净,沥青污垢颗粒细小,分布稀疏;车辆2:车身后排座位两侧车门、后尾箱下方以及轮眉处等布满了细小的沥青颗粒;车辆3:车身后排座位两侧车门、后尾箱下方以及轮眉处等布满了细小的沥青颗粒,其中还间杂着若干较大的沥青颗粒;车辆4:车辆长时间没有进行清洗保养,车身后排座位两侧车门、后尾箱下方以及轮眉处等密集布满了大颗粒的沥青污垢,前排座位两边车门处也有细小沥青颗粒分布。将实施例1-5和对比例1制备成的气雾剂对着污垢处喷射,静置1到2分钟让污垢充分溶解,然后使用干净毛巾可将污垢擦掉,记录喷射次数和擦拭后的结果,测试结果如表6所示。

由以上车辆清洗测试同样可知,5个实施例都能够对车上的沥青污垢进行有效去除,但在清除较密集污垢颗粒以及大颗粒沥青垢时,实施例3和实施例4的效果不如实施例1、实施例2和实施例5,其中实施例5效果最佳,实施例1次之。
在使用柏油清洁剂进行施工时清洗剂难免会与车身外表面的塑料件以及镀铬件有所接触,最常见的为保险杆(聚丙烯PP材质)、中网(镀铬件)、灯罩(PA、PMMA和PC材质),因此有必要测试清洗剂是否会损害车身表面的塑料件以及镀铬件。选取将本发明对实施例1进行了水性柏油清洁剂与车身多种塑料和塑胶件的相容性测试。测试方法为:将实施例清洗剂分别喷射到不同塑料材质测试件上,然后静置浸润一定时间之后用干净毛巾擦除,观察表面是否有发白、掉漆或产生裂纹等现象。测试结果如表7所示。

由表7可知,使用该清洁剂进行施工时,1小时内擦除清洁剂,汽车配件未见异样,表明本发明清洁剂与汽车配件在正常施工时间内相容性良好,不会对汽车配件造成损失。但长时间测试发现,在去除污垢之后必须将剩余的剂液擦除干净,不然长时间可能对某些塑料件或镀铬件造成损伤。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种水性柏油清洁剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分组成:特种表面活性剂15%~25%;非离子表面活性剂3%~8%;阴离子表面活性剂1%~3%;醇/醚溶剂3%~5%;极性溶剂3%~5.5%;渗透剂1%~1.5%;碱0.4~1%;余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述水性柏油清洁剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:特种表面活性剂21%~25%;非离子表面活性剂4%~7%;阴离子表面活性剂1%~3%;醇/醚溶剂3%~5%;极性溶剂4.5%~5.5%;渗透剂1%~1.5%;碱0.5%~1%;余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性柏油清洁剂,其特征在于:所述特种表面活性剂为N,N-二甲基-9-癸烯酰胺和/或N,N-二甲基癸酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性柏油清洁剂,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚TO、C10格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚XL、直碳链聚氧乙烯醚AEO中的至少一种与C6和/或C8烷基糖苷复配组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性柏油清洁剂,其特征在于:所述醇/醚溶剂为异丙醇、乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚和丙二醇甲醚中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性柏油清洁剂,其特征在于:所述极性溶剂为N-乙基吡咯烷酮和/或N-甲基吡咯烷酮。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性柏油清洁剂,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸的三乙醇胺盐;所述渗透剂为磷酸酯渗透剂;所述碱为氢氧化钠。
8.一种水性柏油清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括以下步骤:(1)按重量百分比称取水性柏油清洁剂中的各组分;(2)将特种表面活性剂溶解于水中,形成溶液A;(3)向溶液A中依次加入非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、醇/醚溶剂、极性溶剂和渗透剂,分散均匀形成溶液B;(4)向溶液B中加入碱调节pH值在10.5~11.5之间,得到水性柏油清洁剂。
9.一种包含权利要求1~7中任一项所述水性柏油清洁剂的油包水气雾剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的油包水气雾剂,其特征在于:所述油包水气雾剂还包含油包水乳化剂和推进剂;所述油包水乳化剂为聚甘油硬脂酸酯;所述推进剂为液化石油气;所述油包水气雾剂中油包水乳化剂和清洁剂的总质量与推进剂的质量比为100:(20~25)。
