The traditional Chinese medicine composition beneficial to treating insomnia and tonifying kidney according to claim 1, characterized in that: the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating insomnia and tonifying kidney comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of dried orange peel, 8-10 parts of Chinese yam, 1-2 parts of medlar, 1-2 parts of lily, 2-3 parts of spina date seed, 1.5-2 parts of pilose antler, 2-3 parts of eucommia bark, 0.3-1 part of epimedium herb, 2-3 parts of cinnamon and 5-8 parts of sheep bone.

s2: respectively pulverizing dried pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, rhizoma Dioscoreae, fructus Lycii, Bulbus Lilii, semen Ziziphi Spinosae, cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, Eucommiae cortex, herba Epimedii, and cortex Cinnamomi into fine powder;

s5: placing the ground pericarpium citri reticulatae, the yam, the medlar, the lily, the spina date seed, the pilose antler, the eucommia bark, the epimedium herb and the cinnamon into a stirrer to be stirred to obtain a mixture;
s6: putting the ground sheep bone and the mixture obtained in the step S5 into a stirrer to be mixed to obtain a secondary mixture;
s7: putting the secondary mixture obtained in the step S6 into distilled water for decoction to obtain liquid medicine;
s8, cooling, sterilizing and packaging the liquid medicine.
