The night prescription is used at night, has the effects of calming nerves, nourishing yin, inhibiting the rising of yang qi, further realizing the purpose of introducing yang into yin, accelerating sleep and ensuring that a human body has sufficient and reasonable rest. In order to prove the curative effect of the invention, the traditional Chinese medicine is used for clinical verification, and the method and the result are as follows:
1. clinical cases: in the period from 4 months to 5 months in 2019, 219 cases of patients with jet lag syndrome with obvious discomfort symptoms who continuously attack for more than two times are generally collected, wherein 166 cases are male, and 52 cases are female; the age is 30-59 years, and the average age is 46.8 +/-5.5 years.

3. Standard of therapeutic effect

4. Therapeutic results
In 219 cases of patients with jet lag, 129 cases are cured, the effect is obvious, 62 cases are improved, 18 cases are improved, 10 cases are not effective, the total effective rate is 95.4%, and the patients have no toxic or side effect after use.
Typical case
