Description

Skin care matrix and moisturizing skin care product suitable for cubilose acid
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a skin care matrix and a moisturizing skin care product suitable for cubilose acid.
Background
Cubilose acid (SA), also called Sialic acid, N-acetylneuraminic acid, is a group of nitrogen or oxygen substituted derivatives of neuraminic acid, which are all negatively charged nine-carbon sugar neuraminic acid. Cubilose acid is widely present in mammalian tissues, is an important component of glycoprotein, oligosaccharide and glycolipid, and participates in cell recognition, survival, multiplication and the like. The research shows that the cubilose acid has the functions of promoting nerve development, resisting virus, resisting inflammation, whitening skin, moisturizing and the like.
In view of the multiple effects of the cubilose acid, more and more skin care products are added with the cubilose acid on the market at present, but based on the existing cognition of people, the higher the addition amount of the cubilose acid is, the better the effect is. For example, CN111743810A discloses a moisturizing skin care product containing N-acetylneuraminic acid, wherein the N-acetylneuraminic acid is added in an amount of 5% or more in order to provide the product with a good moisturizing effect. Further, in the conventional studies conducted by the inventors, the higher the concentration of the bird's nest acid, the better the moisture retention. For example, in CN104083291A, when the content of the sialic acid monomer is 0.5-2.0% by mass, the moisture retention rate of the sialic acid monomer is positively correlated with the concentration thereof in the moisture retention rate measurement of 4 hours in a short time and 24 hours and 48 hours in a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a skin-care matrix and a moisturizing skin-care product suitable for cubilose acid.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a skin-care matrix suitable for cubilose acid, which comprises water-soluble silicone oil, squalane, caprylic-capric glyceride, hydrogenated castor oil, a humectant, an emulsifier, a thickener and water;
the skin care base comprises a skin care base body, a water-soluble silicone oil, squalane, caprylic/capric glyceride and hydrogenated castor oil, wherein the mass percentage sum of the water-soluble silicone oil, squalane, caprylic/capric glyceride and hydrogenated castor oil in the skin care base body is 3.5-4.2%, and the mass percentage of water in the skin care base body is 88-92%.
Based on previous research of the inventor and relevant content of the prior art disclosure, the inventor also considers that the higher the addition amount of the cubilose acid in the moisture-preserving skin-care product is, the better the cubilose acid is, after a certain effect is achieved, economic benefits are comprehensively considered, the cubilose acid content is not increased once, and the good moisture-preserving effect and the low cost are both achieved. However, the inventor obtains the specific skin care matrix in the research and development process, and the specific skin care matrix is matched with the cubilose acid, so that the synergistic effect can be realized, the dosage of the cubilose acid can be reduced, and the moisture-keeping effect of the skin care product with the cubilose acid added in higher concentration can still be achieved under the condition that the cubilose acid concentration is lower and the overall concentration of the matrix is lower. The inventor conjectures that the compatibility of the water-soluble silicone oil, squalane, caprylic/capric glyceride and hydrogenated castor oil which are high in oil phase components in the skin-care matrix realizes the key of better moisturizing effect by using less moisturizing components.
Further, the skin care matrix comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1.5-1.8% of water-soluble silicone oil, 0.8-1% of squalane, 0.8-1% of caprylic/capric glyceride, 0.2-0.4% of hydrogenated castor oil, 2-3% of a humectant, 0.5-0.8% of an emulsifier, 0.4-0.7% of a thickener and 88-92% of water.
Further, in the above technical scheme, the humectant is glycerin, ethylhexyl glycerin; the emulsifier is PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer; the thickening agent is xanthan gum.
Further, the skin care matrix also comprises one or more of skin feel regulator, antiallergic agent, preservative, chelating agent, essence, pigment and other auxiliary agents, and the total addition amount of the skin care matrix is not more than 1 percent of the skin care matrix; wherein the skin feel modifier is arginine.
Based on the skin care matrix suitable for the cubilose acid, the invention also provides a moisturizing skin care product which is composed of the cubilose acid and the skin care matrix.
Further, the mass fraction of the cubilose acid in the moisturizing skin care product is 0.1-1%. Due to the synergistic effect of the skin care matrix and the cubilose acid, the cubilose acid can be added in an amount of 0.1-1%, and the moisturizing effect equivalent to that of a skin care product with higher cubilose acid addition in the prior art can be realized.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the moisturizing skin care product consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-1% of cubilose acid, 1.5-1.6% of water-soluble silicone oil, 0.8-1% of synthetic squalane, 0.6-0.7% of PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, 0.8-0.9% of glyceryl caprylate/caprate, 1-1.2% of glycerol, 1-1.2% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.2-0.3% of 4-methoxysalicylic acid, 0.1-0.3% of xanthan gum, 0.1-1% of arginine, 0.2-0.3% of hydrogenated castor oil, 0.01-0.1% of EDTA-disodium, 0.1-0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.01-0.06% of cellulose powder and the balance of water.
Further preferably, the invention can achieve better moisturizing effect at smaller applied concentrations of the cubilose acid, wherein the content of the cubilose acid can be as low as 0.1-0.2%.
In a specific application example, the oil phase and the moisturizing component in the moisturizing skin care product can be as follows by weight percentage: 0.1% of cubilose acid, 1.6% of water-soluble silicone oil, 1% of synthetic squalane, 0.6% of PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, 0.9% of caprylic/capric glyceride, 1.1% of glycerol, 1.2% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.3% of 4-methoxysalicylic acid, 0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.5% of arginine and 0.3% of hydrogenated castor oil.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the moisturizing skin care product, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the components except for the cubilose acid and the arginine at 75-80 ℃, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding the cubilose acid and the arginine, and uniformly mixing again.
The invention also provides application of the moisturizing skin care product in human skin care, and specifically, the moisturizing skin care product can be directly used, coated on a required part of a human body, or further processed into other forms of skin care products for use. Preferably, the moisturizing skin care product of the present invention is suitable for use as a product in the form of an emulsion, a serum, or the like. When the moisturizing skin care product is directly coated for use, the dosage of the moisturizing skin care product is 2.0 +/-0.1 mg/cm2
The invention provides a skin-care matrix and a moisturizing skin-care product suitable for cubilose acid, and the skin-care matrix and the cubilose acid with specific compositions are compounded to generate a synergistic moisturizing effect, so that the moisturizing effect equivalent to that of the skin-care product with higher addition of the cubilose acid in the prior art is still achieved under the conditions that the concentration of the cubilose acid is lower (0.1-1%) and the overall concentration of the matrix is lower.
