Door and window according to claim 1, characterized in that said transmission mechanism (3) comprises a fifth bar (34), a third bar (32), a fourth bar (33), a fifth bar (34), a connecting bar (35), an air bag (36) and a rack (37), wherein the tooth surface of said fifth bar (31) is engaged with the tooth surface of said transmission wheel (10), the axial center of said fifth bar (31) is rotatably connected with the inside of said casing (1), the surface of said fifth bar (31) is hinged with one end of said third bar (32), the other end of said third bar (32) is hinged with the surface of said fourth bar (33), the middle end of said fourth bar (33) is hinged with the inside of said casing (1), the number of said fifth bar (34), said connecting bar (35), said air bag (36) and said rack (37) is two, the two ends of said fourth bar (33) are respectively hinged with one end of two fifth bars (34), the other end of the fifth rod (34) is hinged to one end of a connecting strip (35), the rear side of the connecting strip (35) is connected with the inner portion of the outer frame (1) in a sliding mode, a groove in the inner side of the connecting strip (35) is bonded with the side face of the air bag (36), the other side of the air bag (36) is bonded with the side face of the rack (37), the surface of the rack (37) is connected with the groove in the inner side of the connecting strip (35) in a sliding mode, and the rack (37) is meshed with the threaded mechanism (4).

A door or window according to claim 3, characterized in that said screw means (4) comprise a ratchet wheel (41), a first wheel (42), a second wheel (43), a third wheel (44) and a toothed bar (45), the ratchet teeth of the ratchet wheel (41) are meshed with the tooth surface of the rack (37), the rear side of the ratchet wheel (41) is welded with the front side of the first wheel (42), the axle center of the first wheel (42) is rotationally connected with the inside of the outer frame (1), the tooth surface of the first wheel (42) is meshed with the tooth surface of the second wheel (43), the surface of the second wheel (43) is fixedly sleeved with the axle center of the third wheel (44), the axle center of the third wheel (44) is rotationally connected with the side surface inside the outer frame (1), the tooth surface of the third wheel (44) is meshed with the tooth surface of the toothed bar (45), and the surface of the toothed bar (45) is in threaded connection with the inner part of the outer frame (1).
5. A door or window according to claim 1, characterized in that said connecting piece (7) is located in a groove on the outside of the casing (1) and said screw piece (8) is located in a groove on the side of the casing (1).
