Abstract
本申请公开了一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，包括多个库板组件，呈网格状分布；每个库板组件均具有骨架；连接组件，与库板组件搭配使用，其设置在相邻两个所述库板组件之间；连接组件具有两个开口方向相反的安装槽，将相邻两个骨架侧沿分别插入相应安装槽内，使所述库板组件装配成冷库保温结构一体化墙板；这样不仅可以实现现场快速安装，缩短施工周期，还可以基本消除拼装缝隙，保证墙板的防火性能、保温性能和气密性。

技术领域
本公开一般涉及冷链物流领域，具体涉及装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板。
背景技术
从目前冷链物流行业发展形式来看，冷库的标准化、智能化、模块化已经成为趋势。大型冷库由于消防规范的限制，需要设置防火隔墙。目前常用的冷库防火隔墙构造基本采用加气条板两侧安装保温板。同时满足保温和耐火时间的要求。这样的做法总体上存在以下问题：
1、构造复杂；
2、安装工序繁琐；
3、施工周期长。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中的上述缺陷或不足，期望提供一种综合考虑结构性能、保温性能和防火性能后，可以简化安装工序、提高作业效率、连接方式安全可靠、结构简单且易于实现的装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板。
第一方面，本申请提供一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，包括：多个库板组件，呈网格状分布；每个所述库板组件均具有骨架；
连接组件，其设置在相邻两个所述库板组件之间；所述连接组件具有两个开口方向相反的安装槽，将相邻两个所述骨架侧沿分别插入相应所述安装槽内，使所述库板组件组装成冷库保温结构一体化墙板。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案，所述骨架包括：四个边缘构件，每个所述边缘构件的两端部为拼接部，所述拼接部依次拼接，且拼接位置通过连接件连接，构成框架结构；
腹杆，其两端部通过所述连接件固定在所述框架结构中；所述腹杆与所述框架结构侧边平行设置。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案，所述连接组件包括：檩条，其设置有所述安装槽；所述檩条的任一垂直于所述安装槽的表面的两端设置有暗槽；所述檩条为空心结构，用于填充保温层。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案，所述骨架中填充有所述保温层。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案，所述骨架两侧设置有防火板。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案，所述檩条上设置有所述防火板，位于所述暗槽和相背所述暗槽的两个表面。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案，所述暗槽中插有套管。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案，所述保温层为聚氨酯保温材料。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案，所述防火板为耐火型硅酸钙板。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案，所述檩条和所述骨架为高性能纤维增强复合材料拉挤型材。
综上所述，本技术方案具体的公开了一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板的具体结构。本申请具体设计了配合使用的库板组件和连接组件；在装配冷库保温结构一体化墙板时，多个库板组件呈网格状分布；每个库板组件均具有骨架；连接组件，其设置在相邻两个库板组件之间；连接组件具有两个开口方向相反的安装槽，将相邻两个骨架侧沿分别插入相应安装槽内，使库板组件组装成冷库保温结构一体化墙板；该技术方案连接方式安全可靠，可以简化安装工序、提高作业效率、结构简单且易于实现。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明，而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是，为了便于描述，附图中仅示出了与发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是，在不冲突的情况下，本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
实施例一
请参考图1所示的一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板的一种实施方式示意图，包括多个库板组件1，呈网格状分布；每个库板组件1均具有骨架3；
连接组件2，其设置在相邻两个所述库板组件1之间；连接组件2具有两个开口方向相反的安装槽，将相邻两个骨架3侧沿分别插入相应安装槽内，使多个库板组件1组装成冷库保温结构一体化墙板。
在实际项目中，根据项目的需求设置库板组件1和连接组件2的尺寸和数量。
如图2所示，骨架3包括四个边缘构件4，每个边缘构件4的两端部为拼接部，将拼接部依次拼接，且拼接位置通过连接件5采用粘接与铆钉结合的方式连接，构成框架结构；
腹杆6，其两端部通过连接件5固定在框架结构中；腹杆6与框架结构侧边平行设置；这样使骨架3受力简洁合理，经济适用，能最大限度保证抗拉抗压强度；在实际项目中，根据项目需求进行结构计算设置骨架3中腹杆6的尺寸和数量。
如图3所示，连接组件2包括檩条7，其设置有两个开口方向相反的安装槽，用于榫卯插接骨架3的侧沿，将多个库板组件1组装成冷库保温结构一体化墙板，这样不仅可以实现现场快速安装，缩短施工周期，还可以基本消除拼装缝隙，保证墙板的气密性；檩条7的任一垂直于所述安装槽的表面的两端设置有暗槽；檩条7为空心结构，用于填充保温层8，保证该装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板在连接处的保温性能。
如图4所示，骨架3中填充有保温层8；骨架3两侧设置有防火板9；库板组件1按应用场景可以区分为两种情况：
1、库板组件1作为内墙板时，依据冷库的使用性质进行热工计算，确定保温层8的厚度及耐火时间要求；
2、库板组件1作为外墙板时，依据项目所在地的气候区及冷库的使用性质进行热工计算，确定保温层8的厚度。
库板组件1的基本尺寸为1200*6000mm，符合标准物流库的模数。
如图1、图3所示，檩条7上设置有防火板9，位于暗槽和相背暗槽的两个表面；暗槽中插有套管10；装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板与主体结构通过采用固定件穿过套管10连接，固定件的类型例如为螺栓，套管10防止螺栓连接时导致连接组件2发生形变，影响保温性能和防火性能；连接完成后，在暗槽处封堵防火板9，用于保证该装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板在连接处的防火性能；根据项目的需求，确定檩条7的尺寸及固定件的尺寸和数量，每根檩条7只承担上部一块库板组件1的荷载。
综合考虑结构性能、保温性能和防火性能，主要部件材质如下：
1、保温层8例如为聚氨酯保温材料；
2、防火板9例如为耐火型硅酸钙板；
3、檩条7和骨架3例如为高性能纤维增强复合材料拉挤型材。
利用聚氨酯保温材料、耐火型硅酸钙板和高性能纤维增强复合材料拉挤型材，赋予装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板不易形变、平整、无热桥等特性，同时耐火型硅酸钙板作为檩条7和库板组件1外侧防火板9的材质，还可以防潮及耐低温。

Claims (10)
1.一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，其特征在于，包括：
多个库板组件(1)，呈网格状分布；每个所述库板组件(1)均具有骨架(3)；
连接组件(2)，其设置在相邻两个所述库板组件(1)之间；所述连接组件(2)具有两个开口方向相反的安装槽，将相邻两个所述骨架(3)侧沿分别插入相应所述安装槽内，使所述库板组件(1)组装成冷库保温结构一体化墙板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，其特征在于：所述骨架(3)包括：
四个边缘构件(4)，每个所述边缘构件(4)的两端部为拼接部，所述拼接部依次拼接，且拼接位置通过连接件(5)连接，构成框架结构；
腹杆(6)，其两端部通过所述连接件(5)固定在所述框架结构中；所述腹杆(6)与所述框架结构侧边平行设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，其特征在于：所述连接组件(2)包括：
檩条(7)，其设置有所述安装槽；所述檩条(7)的任一垂直于所述安装槽的表面的两端设置有暗槽；所述檩条(7)为空心结构，用于填充保温层(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，其特征在于：所述骨架(3)中填充有所述保温层(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，其特征在于：所述骨架(3)两侧设置有防火板(9)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，其特征在于：所述檩条(7)上设置有所述防火板(9)，位于所述暗槽和相背所述暗槽的两个表面。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，其特征在于：所述暗槽中插有套管(10)。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，其特征在于：所述保温层(8)为聚氨酯保温材料。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，其特征在于：所述防火板(9)为耐火型硅酸钙板。
10.根据权利要求3所述的一种装配式冷库保温结构一体化墙板，其特征在于：所述檩条(7)和所述骨架(3)为高性能纤维增强复合材料拉挤型材。
