本发明公开了一种水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1、将预处理过的竹类植物骨料喷水润湿;步骤2、称重后将预处理过的所述竹类植物骨料投入到混凝土搅拌机中,再将水泥胶凝剂投入,与所述竹类植物骨料混合搅拌后,再加水搅拌,在搅拌过程中持续加入外加剂,搅拌均匀后即可得到水泥竹类混凝土。本发明还公开上述的水泥竹类混凝土在装配式房屋的混凝土PC板、室外木地板、座凳、花架、桥栏杆、河道驳岸栏杆及仿木桩中的应用。本发明利用水泥竹类混凝土中竹子的刚性代替钢筋混凝土的细筋,可在非承重的钢筋混凝土梁、板、柱结构中应用。

一种水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法及应用
技术领域
本发明涉及资源和环保的绿色建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法及应用。
背景技术
传统的混凝土不够环保,给环境带来了很大的压力,且自重较大、抗拉强度低,极易发展裂纹等诸多问题。
农村的河道边、水沟边、山坡等存在大量的闲置土地,这些地方最适合竹类植物生长,竹类植物生长在这些地方既能起到护坡作用,又能保护农村的生态环境,合理开发和利用竹类植物,将为社会节约大量的不可再生资源。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种利用竹类植物的水泥竹类混凝土,应用到非承重的钢筋混凝土梁、板、柱结构中。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是利用竹类植物特性和控制竹类骨料的级配及骨料的含水率,提供一种水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法及应用
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将预处理过的竹类植物骨料喷水润湿;
步骤2、称重后将预处理过的所述竹类植物骨料投入到混凝土搅拌机中,再将水泥胶凝剂投入,与所述竹类植物骨料混合搅拌后,再加水搅拌,在搅拌过程中持续加入外加剂,搅拌均匀后即可得到水泥竹类混凝土。
进一步地,步骤1中,所述竹类植物骨料的预处理过程为:采用精木醋液作为所述竹类植物骨料预处理的原料,将所述竹类植物骨料放入到浸泡池中浸泡后取出晒干。
进一步地,将所述竹类植物骨料放入到所述浸泡池中浸泡1-3天后取出晒干。
进一步地,步骤1中,将所述竹类植物骨料喷水润湿1小时。
进一步地,步骤2中,所述水泥胶凝剂为粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥。
进一步地,步骤2中,所述外加剂为混凝土增强剂。
进一步地,步骤2中,所述粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥、所述竹类植物骨料、所述混凝土增强剂、所述水的重量比为100:(30-35):(1-2):(35-40)。
进一步地,所述竹类植物骨料的投入量为30-35斤,所述水泥凝胶剂的投入量为100斤,所述外加剂的重量为1-2斤。
进一步地,步骤2中,所述水泥胶凝剂和所述竹类植物骨料混合搅拌时间为6分钟。
本发明还提供上述的水泥竹类混凝土在装配式房屋的混凝土PC板、室外木地板、座凳、花架、桥栏杆、河道驳岸栏杆及仿木桩中的应用。
本发明利用竹类植物制备水泥竹类混凝土,其中竹类植物具有良好的透气性,瞬间吸水性,较强的耐磨性和极强的刚性,具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭、抗紫外线功能,具有较高的抗压强度、抗拉强度和抗弯强度。竹子一般生长到三年成材之后进行砍伐,在自然状态下晒干,然后在木材粉碎机内进行粉碎形成竹纤维,竹纤维材料强度高、弹性好且密度小。竹子截面是环形的,外弯面受拉且内弯面受压,具有较强的抗弯刚度。另外,保证竹子骨料的长度在50-80毫米范围内能够达到总量的30%(指50-80毫米长度的竹纤维在这批竹纤维的占比)左右,这样才能保证水泥竹类混凝土的抗折强度,从而代替钢筋混凝土的细筋,在非承重的钢筋混凝土梁、板、柱结构中应用。
以下将对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。
具体实施方式
本发明可以通过许多不同形式的实施例来得以体现,本发明的保护范围并非仅限于文中提到的实施例。
一种水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将预处理过的竹类植物骨料喷水润湿1小时左右,使其表面充分润湿;所述竹类植物骨料的预处理过程为:采用精木醋液作为所述竹类植物骨料预处理的原料,将所述竹类植物骨料放入到浸泡池中浸泡1-3天后取出晒干;
步骤2、称重后将预处理过的30-35斤所述竹类植物骨料投入到混凝土搅拌机中,再将100斤水泥胶凝剂投入,与所述竹类植物骨料混合搅拌6分钟后,再加35-40斤水搅拌,在搅拌过程中持续加入1-2斤外加剂,搅拌均匀后即可得到水泥竹类混凝土。水泥竹类混凝土的抗压强度22.75MPa,抗折强度5.7MPa
本发明还提供上述的水泥竹类混凝土在装配式房屋的混凝土PC板、室外木地板、座凳、花架、桥栏杆、河道驳岸栏杆及仿木桩中的应用。

1.一种水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将预处理过的竹类植物骨料喷水润湿;
步骤2、称重后将预处理过的所述竹类植物骨料投入到混凝土搅拌机中,再将水泥胶凝剂投入,与所述竹类植物骨料混合搅拌后,再加水搅拌,在搅拌过程中持续加入外加剂,搅拌均匀后即可得到水泥竹类混凝土。
2.如权利要求1所述的水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,所述竹类植物骨料的预处理过程为:采用精木醋液作为所述竹类植物骨料预处理的原料,将所述竹类植物骨料放入到浸泡池中浸泡后取出晒干。
3.如权利要求2所述的水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述竹类植物骨料放入到所述浸泡池中浸泡1-3天后取出晒干。
4.如权利要求1所述的水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,将所述竹类植物骨料喷水润湿1小时。
5.如权利要求1所述的水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中,所述水泥胶凝剂为粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥。
6.如权利要求5所述的水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中,所述外加剂为混凝土增强剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中,所述粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥、所述竹类植物骨料、所述混凝土增强剂、所述水的重量比为100:(30-35):(1-2):(35-40)。
8.如权利要求1所述的水泥竹类混凝土的制备方法,其特征在于,所述竹类植物骨料的投入量为30-35斤,所述水泥凝胶剂的投入量为100斤,所述外加剂的重量为1-2斤。
