Abstract
本申请提供了一种适用于早产儿/低出生体重儿的母乳营养补充剂,其包含固体淀粉糖、分离乳清蛋白粉、磷酸氢钙、复配维生素、氯化钾、胆碱、碳酸钙、复配矿物质、肌醇、左旋肉碱、氯化钠、麦芽糊精、中链甘油三酯、单、双甘油脂肪酸酯、磷脂、槐豆胶、L‑抗坏血酸钠、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、生育酚等成分;其营养配比合理,在母乳中溶解迅速,可以有效改善早产儿/低出生体重儿营养情况和使用便利性。
Description
技术领域
本申请属于婴幼儿奶粉/营养补充剂技术领域,具体地,本申请提供了一种适用于早产儿/低出生体重儿的母乳营养补充剂。
背景技术
我国每年现有早产儿/低出生体重儿百万以上,这些婴儿多数由于未能在母体中充分摄取营养而有组织器官发育、抵抗力等方面的问题,并且在出生后多有生长速率明显偏低的情况(生长抑制),其护理和营养补充是产科、儿科以及家庭中的重要问题。
目前对于早产儿/低出生体重儿营养方式的选择在临床上有多种不同意见,母乳、配方奶粉和强化母乳各有其优点和适用情况。其中使用补充剂、特别是不需要稀释母乳的粉末状补充剂制备强化母乳,由于可以综合配方奶粉和母乳的优点,是一种被广泛接受的选择。
市售的多种补充剂产品均提供了在母乳中较好的溶解性能(98%以上),但这种溶解性能一般要在摇动/搅拌3分钟以上,甚至5分钟才能实现。这在实际应用,特别是家庭应用中并不容易实现,根据我们的统计,即使有说明书的详细说明,家庭调配奶粉或补充剂时摇动时间90%以上的情况都不会大于1分钟,这样的情况下,补充剂往往不能充分溶解,虽然这种问题一般婴幼儿影响不大,但对早产儿/低出生体重儿的营养情况完全可能带来严重影响。因此,研制性能改进的早产儿用母乳补充剂对于改善早产儿/低出生体重儿营养状况有重要的意义。
发明内容
母乳和奶粉中含有大量糖、蛋白和脂分子,矿物离子以及其他小分子有机物等复杂的成分,调配此类产品时形成的溶解体系为多组分、多相的复杂溶解体系。这样的体系中存在胶体分散、乳化、缔合、络合等作用,其整体溶解性能不能以单独某种或某几种成分的溶解性来解释,在改进产品的溶解性,特别是溶解速度特性存在很大的困难。
为解决上述问题,申请人考虑从乳化剂入手,发现了适合比例的磷脂和增稠剂槐豆胶可以为补充剂产品提供有益的溶解性能,特别是在人乳中的短时间溶解性能。
一方面,本申请提供了一种适用于早产儿/低出生体重儿的母乳营养补充剂,其包含固体淀粉糖、分离乳清蛋白粉、植物脂肪粉、磷酸氢钙、复配维生素、氯化钾、胆碱、碳酸钙、复配矿物质、肌醇、左旋肉碱、氯化钠;其中植物脂肪粉包括:麦芽糊精、固体淀粉糖、中链甘油三酯、分离乳清蛋白粉、单、双甘油脂肪酸酯、磷脂、L-抗坏血酸钠、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、生育酚。
进一步地,所述补充剂配方为:固体淀粉糖30-45%、分离乳清蛋白粉20-30%、植物脂肪粉20-30%、磷酸氢钙3-5%、复配维生素1-3%、氯化钾0.2-1%、胆碱0.5-1%、碳酸钙0.5-1%、复配矿物质0.2-0.8%、肌醇0.1-0.4%、左旋肉碱0.05-0.02%、氯化钠0.01-0.1%;其中植物脂肪粉配方为:麦芽糊精40-50%、固体淀粉糖15-30%、中链甘油三酯15-25%、分离乳清蛋白粉5-15%、单、双甘油脂肪酸酯0.1-0.7%、磷脂0.1-0.5%、槐豆胶0.05-0.2%、L-抗坏血酸钠0.05-0.2%、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.01-0.07%、生育酚0.02-0.07%;
优选固体淀粉糖39.5%、分离乳清蛋白粉25.8%、植物脂肪粉25%、磷酸氢钙4.3%、复配维生素2.2%、氯化钾0.75%、胆碱0.7%、碳酸钙0.7%、复配矿物质0.6%、肌醇0.28%、左旋肉碱0.12%、氯化钠0.05%;其中植物脂肪粉配方为:麦芽糊精48.3%、固体淀粉糖20.9%、中链甘油三酯19.9%、分离乳清蛋白粉9.9%、单、双甘油脂肪酸酯0.4%、磷脂0.2-0.4%、槐豆胶0.07-0.15%、L-抗坏血酸钠0.1%、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.05%、生育酚0.05%。
进一步地,所述固体淀粉糖包括葡萄糖、麦芽糊精、低聚麦芽糖;所述复配维生素包括醋酸视黄酯、胆钙化醇、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、植物甲萘醌、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、氰钴胺、烟酰胺、叶酸、D-泛酸钙、L-抗坏血酸钠、D-生物素;所述复配矿物质包括硫酸铜、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碘酸钾、亚硒酸钠。
进一步地,其中磷脂为0.3%、槐豆胶为0.1%。
另一方面,本申请提供了磷脂和槐豆胶在制备适用于适用于早产儿/低出生体重儿的母乳营养补充剂中的应用。
另一方面,本申请提供了在改进适用于早产儿/低出生体重儿的母乳营养补充剂在母乳中的溶解性能中的应用。
进一步地,磷脂和槐豆胶的重量比例为2-4:0.5-1.5。
进一步地,磷脂和槐豆胶的比例重量为3:1。
在基本成分种类不变的情况下,本申请中的淀粉糖、复配维生素、复配矿物质产品的具体组成可以根据产品的不同需要或者原料的情况而有所变化。
本申请中在母乳中的溶解性能优选是指在母乳中短时间溶解性能,特别是摇动3分钟以下,最优选1分钟以下时的溶解性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1材料和方法
食品用大豆浓缩磷脂:常规国产种类,含量>99.7%。
槐豆胶:常规国产种类,食品级。
其他补充剂用原料由申请人自制或取自申请人生产线中的现有原料。
实验中调配所用捐献母乳由申请人自行组织收集,按批次混合后冷冻保存,14天内使用,比较试验中尽量使用相同或相近批次的产品。
其他试剂或原料均为常规国产种类。
溶解性:
溶解性评价方法参考GB5413.29-2010设计:
测定温度为30摄氏度,测定之前将补充剂样品在30摄氏度下放置12小时,将母乳样品自然解冻后在30摄氏度下放置1小时。
取补充剂样品1g置于50ml离心管中,分多次加入母乳20mL,密封。
80rmp摇床振摇一定时间(30秒、1分钟、2分钟、3分钟、5分钟)后,置于离心机中,4000rmp离心10分钟。
倾倒上清,以棉棒擦净管壁,加入20mL纯净水,摇床振摇2分钟,置于离心机中,4000rmp离心10分钟。
倾倒上清,以棉棒擦净管壁,以少量水将沉淀物冲入称量皿中。
沸水浴中蒸干水分后100摄氏度烘箱中干燥至恒重。
按照公式溶解度(g/100g)=100-干燥后沉淀克数×100/(1-样品每百克含水克数)×样品克数
实施例2不同乳化剂和增稠剂比例
产品1:磷脂0.4%;
产品2:磷脂0.2%,槐豆胶0.2%;
产品3:磷脂0.1%,槐豆胶0.3%;
产品4:磷脂0.3%,槐豆胶0.1%;
产品5:磷脂0.2%,卡拉胶0.2%;
产品6:磷脂0.3%,卡拉胶0.1%;
以上用量按照在植物脂肪粉中的重量百分比计算。
以上仅为大量筛选实验中的部分代表性方法,更多的种类、用量筛选方案由于篇幅原因未展示。
实施例3补充剂产品的制备
使用产品1-6和对照制备相应的补充剂1-6(即产品1对应补充剂1,产品2对应补充剂2……以此类推)。
补充剂的配方为:
固体淀粉糖39.5%、分离乳清蛋白粉25.8%、植物脂肪粉25%、磷酸氢钙4.3%、复配维生素2.2%、氯化钾0.75%、胆碱0.7%、碳酸钙0.7%、复配矿物质0.6%、肌醇0.28%、左旋肉碱0.12%、氯化钠0.05%。
其中植物脂肪粉配方为:
麦芽糊精48.3%、固体淀粉糖20.9%、中链甘油三酯19.9%、分离乳清蛋白粉9.9%、单、双甘油脂肪酸酯0.4%、磷脂和增稠剂依据产品而不同、L-抗坏血酸钠0.1%、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.05%、生育酚0.05%。
固体淀粉糖包括葡萄糖、麦芽糊精、低聚麦芽糖;复配维生素包括醋酸视黄酯、胆钙化醇、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、植物甲萘醌、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、氰钴胺、烟酰胺、叶酸、D-泛酸钙、L-抗坏血酸钠、D-生物素;复配矿物质包括硫酸铜、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碘酸钾、亚硒酸钠。
上述固体淀粉糖、复配维生素、复配矿物质同一批次比较试验中使用统一配方。后续也验证了磷脂和槐豆胶其对不同成分相同、含量不同的多种固体淀粉糖、复配维生素、复配矿物质的适应性,结果表明优选的磷脂和槐豆胶比例在成分相同、含量不同的多种固体淀粉糖、复配维生素、复配矿物质下都有明显的促溶作用。
其他各种复配原料和混合物为申请人生产中现有使用的种类。
实施例4补充剂溶解性能的测定
按照上述方法评价不同补充剂在不同振摇时间的溶解性能
结果表明各种营养补充剂在振摇3分钟后均能取得较好的溶解效果,但短时间振摇,特别是1分钟以下时(实际使用中最可能实际操作的时间),各营养补充剂溶解效果差异显著,补充剂4的短时溶解性能明显超过其他产品。上述结果,说明产品4的特定比例槐豆胶和磷脂能有效提高相应补充剂产品的溶解性,其他增稠剂或比例的改善相比对照并不显著,某些种类和比例甚至对溶解性能会产生不利影响。
Claims (8)
1.一种适用于早产儿/低出生体重儿的母乳营养补充剂,其特征在于,其包含固体淀粉糖、分离乳清蛋白粉、植物脂肪粉、磷酸氢钙、复配维生素、氯化钾、胆碱、碳酸钙、复配矿物质、肌醇、左旋肉碱、氯化钠;其中植物脂肪粉包括:麦芽糊精、固体淀粉糖、中链甘油三酯、分离乳清蛋白粉、单、双甘油脂肪酸酯、磷脂、槐豆胶、L-抗坏血酸钠、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、生育酚。
2.根据权利要求所述的补充剂,其中所述补充剂配方为:固体淀粉糖30-45%、分离乳清蛋白粉20-30%、植物脂肪粉20-30%、磷酸氢钙3-5%、复配维生素1-3%、氯化钾0.2-1%、胆碱0.5-1%、碳酸钙0.5-1%、复配矿物质0.2-0.8%、肌醇0.1-0.4%、左旋肉碱0.05-0.02%、氯化钠0.01-0.1%;其中植物脂肪粉配方为:麦芽糊精40-50%、固体淀粉糖15-30%、中链甘油三酯15-25%、分离乳清蛋白粉5-15%、单、双甘油脂肪酸酯0.1-0.7%、磷脂0.1-0.5%、槐豆胶0.05-0.2%、L-抗坏血酸钠0.05-0.2%、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.01-0.07%、生育酚0.02-0.07%;

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的补充剂,其中所述固体淀粉糖包括葡萄糖、麦芽糊精、低聚麦芽糖;所述复配维生素包括醋酸视黄酯、胆钙化醇、dl-α-醋酸生育酚、植物甲萘醌、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、氰钴胺、烟酰胺、叶酸、D-泛酸钙、L-抗坏血酸钠、D-生物素;所述复配矿物质包括硫酸铜、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、碘酸钾、亚硒酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的补充剂,其中磷脂为0.3%、槐豆胶为0.1%。
5.磷脂和槐豆胶在制备适用于早产儿/低出生体重儿的母乳营养补充剂中的应用。
6.磷脂和槐豆胶在改进适用于早产儿/低出生体重儿的母乳营养补充剂在母乳中的溶解性能中的应用。
7.根据权利要求5或6的应用,其中磷脂和槐豆胶的重量比例为2-4:0.5-1.5。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其中磷脂和槐豆胶的比例重量为3:1。
