Abstract

一种低压差稳压器,应用于电源系统,包括:电压源、地端、误差放大电路(320)、控制电路(350)、功率管电路(330)和输出节点。功率管电路(330)包括串联在电压源和地端之间的第一功率管(331)和第二功率管(332),第一功率管(331)和第二功率管(332)的公共连接点被耦合至输出节点。误差放大电路(320)用于基于输出节点的电压,向第一功率管(331)和第二功率管(332)的栅极提供控制电压。误差放大电路(320)包括第一输出端和第二输出端,第一输出端被耦合至该第一功率管(331)的栅极,第二输出端被耦合至第二功率管(332)的栅极。控制电路(350)包括第三功率管(351)和第四功率管(352),第三功率管(351)的源极和漏极串接于该第一输出端和第二输出端之间,第四功率管(352)的源极和漏极串接于第一输出端和第二输出端之间。
