Abstract
本发明提供了一种电动液驱动活塞式氢气压缩机及压缩方法,涉及压缩机技术领域,包括液压换向系统、第一两级压缩缸、第二两级压缩缸、气体冷却装置和气体管路,第一两级压缩缸和第二两级压缩缸串联布置,实现四级压缩,液压换向系统通过电机驱动油泵向液压系统供油,分别为第一两级压缩缸和第二两级压缩缸提供动力,气体冷却装置分别为第一两级压缩缸和第二两级压缩缸的两级压缩降温,油箱还连接有循环散热的冷却装置,气体管路上设置有进气阀、高压气出口阀、中压气出口阀和多个压力表。该压缩机实现了氢气的四级增压压缩,并解决了压缩散热问题,提高了压缩效率,另外该压缩机还具有稳定性高、震动小、控制灵活等优点。
