In one possible embodiment, in order to prompt the registered client to participate in the event, preset participation-prompting information may be transmitted to the terminal of the registered client. For example, the preset reminding participation activity information can be sent to the terminal of each client in the registration client list. The specific content of the information for reminding to participate in the activity can be flexibly set according to the requirement, and the application is not particularly limited to this.
In a possible implementation mode, considering that the registered clients may voluntarily participate in the activity, if the reminding participation activity information is sent to each registered client, the clients may be disturbed, in order to improve the client experience and save energy efficiency, the registered clients which do not participate in the activity can be determined firstly, and the preset reminding participation activity information is sent to the terminals of the registered clients which do not participate in the activity.
Illustratively, in determining a client that has been registered but has not yet entered into an activity, this may be done based on identifying information of clients in the registered client list and identifying information of clients in the checked-in client list. Specifically, identification information (referred to as target identification information for convenience of description) of a client located in the registered client list but not located in the checked-in client list may be determined, the client corresponding to the target identification information is regarded as a client registered but not participating in the event, and preset reminding participation event information is transmitted to a terminal of the client of the target identification information.
Illustratively, if the identification information of the clients contained in the entry client list is a, b and c; and if the identification information of the clients contained in the check-in client list is A, B and D, the client corresponding to the third party can be used as the client which has been registered but does not participate in the activity, and preset participation reminding information can be sent to the terminal of the client corresponding to the third party.
In a possible implementation manner, before sending the preset reminding participation activity information to the terminal of the client of the target identification information, it may be further determined whether the number of clients in the check-in client list reaches a preset early warning value, if the number of clients in the check-in client list reaches the preset early warning value, it may be considered that the number of clients currently participating in the activity is already large, and in order to preferentially ensure that the registered clients can participate in the activity, the step of sending the preset reminding participation activity information to the client of the target identification information may be performed.

The preset early warning data can be flexibly set according to requirements, and the method is not particularly limited in this application. When the electronic equipment determines the early warning value, the early warning value can be determined according to the estimated number of people carried in the activity information and the early warning proportionality coefficient. For example, the product of the estimated number of people and the warning proportionality coefficient may be determined as the warning value. The estimated number of people and the early warning proportion coefficient can be flexibly set according to the requirement, and the method is not particularly limited in this application. For example, the warning proportionality coefficient may be 80%, etc. For example, when the expected number of people is 100 and the warning proportionality coefficient is 80%, the warning value may be 80.
In a possible implementation manner, considering that when the number of the clients participating in the event exceeds the expected number of the clients (for convenience of description, referred to as an emergency), a worker or the like may need a certain time to deal with the emergency, in order to prompt the worker, the electronic device may output a set prompt message when judging that the number of the clients in the check-in client list reaches a set early warning value. The staff and the like can actively deal with the emergency in advance according to the prompt information.

In one possible implementation, in order to improve the customer experience, for the customers participating in the activity, an activity interest interface suitable for the customer can be pushed for each customer accurately. Illustratively, if the customer is an inline customer, an inline customer activity equity interface may be pushed to the customer; and if the customer is not already an inline customer (the customer is an out-of-line customer), the corresponding out-of-line customer activity equity interface may be pushed to the customer.
Specifically, for each customer participating in an activity, a determination may be made first as to whether the customer is an inline customer or an out-of-line customer. Wherein, the identification information of each inline customer (for convenience of description, referred to as inline customer identification information) may be pre-saved; when determining whether the client participating in the activity is an inline client or an offline client, it may be determined whether the client identification information carried in the check-in information of the client participating in the activity matches any one of the inline client identification information stored in advance. If the identification information of the client carried in the check-in information is matched with any in-line client identification information stored in advance, the client of the identification information can be considered as an in-line client, and a preset in-line client activity interest interface can be pushed to the terminal of the client of the identification information. And if the identification information of the client carried in the check-in information is not matched with any in-line client identification information stored in advance, the client of the identification information can be considered as an out-of-line client, and a preset out-of-line client activity interest interface can be pushed to the terminal of the client of the identification information. The specific contents contained in the in-line customer activity interest interface and the out-of-line customer activity interest interface are not specifically limited, and can be flexibly set according to requirements.
In a possible implementation manner, the activity interest interface of the out-of-line client may include a prompt message for prompting the out-of-line client to convert into an in-line client, and further may include an input box of client personal nine-element information (client name, certificate type, certificate number, certificate validity period, nationality, gender, occupation, contact address, contact way).

In one possible implementation manner, the event effect of the held event may be determined (counted), so that the staff such as the supervisor, the client manager, and the like can know the event effect (event effect) of the held event based on the event effect, so that more events with better event effect can be held in the follow-up process, less events with worse event effect can be held, and the like.

In one possible implementation, for each held event, the net change rate of each client in the check-in client list of the event before and after participating in the event can be counted; and determining a net rate average for the activity based on each net rate. In one possible implementation, each of the held activities may be ranked based on an average of the net rate of change of each of the held activities. For example, the activities with higher net rate average value may be ranked more forward, the activities with lower net rate average value may be ranked more backward, and the like, and each of the held activities may be ranked in order of decreasing net rate average value, so that the high-performance activities may be seen by the staff such as the supervisor, the customer manager, and the like in priority.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.

Claims (15)

1. An activity notification method, the method comprising:
if an activity creating instruction is received, acquiring a target activity type of an activity to be held carried in the activity creating instruction;
determining a target poster template corresponding to the target activity type according to the corresponding relationship between each pre-stored activity type and the poster template;
creating a propaganda poster corresponding to the activity based on the target poster template and activity information carried in the activity creating instruction;
and sending the information for publicizing the poster to a preset network platform.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if receiving entry information based on the propaganda two-dimensional code configured in the propaganda poster, acquiring identification information of a client carried in the entry information; and storing the identification information of the client into an entry client list.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
based on the activity information of the activity, creating and displaying a check-in two-dimensional code of the activity;
if the sign-in information is received based on the sign-in two-dimensional code, acquiring the identification information of the client carried in the sign-in information; and storing the identification information of the client in a check-in client list.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
judging whether the number of the clients in the check-in client list reaches a set early warning value or not;
if yes, determining target identification information of the client which is located in the entry client list but not located in the check-in client list;
and sending preset reminding participation activity information to the terminal of the client of the target identification information.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
judging whether the identification information of the client carried in the check-in information is matched with the client identification information in any row which is stored in advance;
if yes, pushing a preset in-line customer activity interest interface to the terminal of the customer with the identification information;
if not, pushing a preset out-of-line client activity right interface to the terminal of the client of the identification information.
6. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
counting a net worth rate of change for each customer in the list of check-in customers before and after engaging in the event;
determining a net worth rate of change average from each net worth rate of change;
judging whether the net value change rate average value is larger than a preset net value threshold value or not;
if so, determining that the activity is a high-performance activity;
if not, determining that the activity is not a high-performance activity.
7. An activity notification apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a target activity type of an activity to be held carried in an activity creating instruction if the activity creating instruction is received;
the determining module is used for determining a target poster template corresponding to the target activity type according to the corresponding relation between each pre-stored activity type and the poster template;
the creating module is used for creating a propaganda poster corresponding to the activity based on the target poster template and activity information carried in the activity creating instruction;
and the sending module is used for sending the information of the propaganda poster to a preset network platform.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the registration module is used for acquiring the identification information of the client carried in the registration information if the registration information is received based on the propaganda two-dimensional code configured in the propaganda poster; and storing the identification information of the client into an entry client list.
9. The apparatus of claim 7 or 8, further comprising:
the check-in module is used for creating and displaying a check-in two-dimensional code of the activity based on the activity information of the activity; if the sign-in information is received based on the sign-in two-dimensional code, acquiring the identification information of the client carried in the sign-in information; and storing the identification information of the client in a check-in client list.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the prompt module is used for judging whether the number of the clients in the check-in client list reaches a set early warning value or not; if yes, determining target identification information of the client which is located in the entry client list but not located in the check-in client list; and sending preset reminding participation activity information to the terminal of the client of the target identification information.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the pushing module is used for judging whether the identification information of the client carried in the check-in information is matched with the client identification information in any row which is stored in advance; if yes, pushing a preset in-line customer activity interest interface to the terminal of the customer with the identification information; if not, pushing a preset out-of-line client activity right interface to the terminal of the client of the identification information.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
a performance arbitration module for counting a net worth rate of change for each customer in the list of check-in customers before and after engaging in the activity; determining a net worth rate of change average from each net worth rate of change; judging whether the net value change rate average value is larger than a preset net value threshold value or not; if so, determining that the activity is a high-performance activity; if not, determining that the activity is not a high-performance activity.
13. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises at least a processor and a memory, the processor being adapted to carry out the steps of an activity notification method according to any of claims 1-6 when executing a computer program stored in the memory.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of an activity notification method according to any one of claims 1-6.
15. A computer program product, the computer program product comprising: computer program code for causing a computer to carry out the steps of an activity notification method as claimed in any one of claims 1-6 when said computer program code is run on a computer.
