All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and in the claims, as well as in the drawings, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are, for example, capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
As mentioned above, currently, when an operator carries out a marketing campaign, the operator usually uses a mobile phone number as a unique identifier of a user, and carries out marketing by taking the mobile phone number as a unit. Specifically, the marketing information is pushed by calling, short messages, WeChat and the like to the mobile phone number. However, many users usually have a plurality of mobile phone numbers, and some of the mobile phone numbers are not used by the users themselves, so that the marketing success rate is low and the marketing cost is high by adopting the marketing mode.
The embodiment of the invention provides an information pushing method and device, which can reduce marketing cost and improve marketing success rate.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a principle of an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention uses a natural person as a unit to push information, instead of using a mobile phone number as a unit. When a natural person user has a plurality of mobile phone numbers, at least one target mobile phone number is selected from the plurality of mobile phone numbers for information pushing. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the marketing cost can be reduced, and meanwhile, the marketing success rate can be improved.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a first flowchart of a method for pushing information according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the embodiment may be executed by an information pushing apparatus, where the information pushing apparatus may be in a form of software and/or hardware.
As shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment may include:
s201: and acquiring at least two mobile phone numbers corresponding to the user, and consumption records and communication records of each mobile phone number according to the identification of the user.
The user identifier may be an identification number of the user. In the field of telecommunications, the information registration of a user uses real-name information, that is, the mobile phone number of the user is bound with the identity card number of the user.
Specifically, the user information base can be queried according to the identity card number of the user, and the mobile phone number bound to the identity card number of the user is obtained. Assuming that the operator specifies that each user can have at most 5 mobile phone numbers, the list of the identification numbers and the bound mobile phone numbers that can be obtained from the user is as follows:
(user's ID card number: cell phone number 1, cell phone number 2, …, cell phone number 5).
It should be noted that the method of this embodiment is suitable for a case where a plurality of mobile phone numbers are bound to the user identifier. For a user only bound with one mobile phone number, information push can be directly performed by using a method in the prior art, which is not described in detail in this embodiment. Therefore, according to the acquired data, if the identity card number of the user is only bound with one mobile phone number, the user is removed.
Further, a consumption record and a communication record of each mobile phone number bound by the user identifier can be obtained, wherein the consumption record includes but is not limited to: monthly bills, monthly bill particulars, broadband fees, etc. Communication records include, but are not limited to: the method comprises the steps of monthly voice call duration, monthly voice call detail, monthly flow use detail, monthly short message detail, detail of logging in a palm business hall application program APP and the like.
S202: and determining at least one target mobile phone number according to the consumption record and the communication record of each mobile phone number, wherein the at least one target mobile phone number is a subset of the at least two mobile phone numbers.
S203: and pushing information to the at least one target mobile phone number.
Specifically, after the consumption record and the communication record of each mobile phone number are obtained, one or more of the at least two mobile phone numbers can be selected as a target mobile phone number according to the consumption record and the communication record of each mobile phone number, and information push is performed on the target mobile phone number.
The information push method in the embodiment of the present invention is not specifically limited, and the existing information push method may be adopted, including but not limited to: calling pushing, short message pushing and micro message pushing.
In addition, there may be multiple ways of selecting the target mobile phone number according to the consumption record and the communication record of each mobile phone number, and in an optional implementation, the mobile phone number with the highest frequency of use is selected from the at least two mobile phone numbers as the target mobile phone number. In another optional implementation manner, the mobile phone number with the highest consumption amount is selected from the at least two mobile phone numbers as the target mobile phone number.
According to the information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, at least two mobile phone numbers corresponding to a user are obtained according to the identification of the user, at least one target mobile phone number is determined according to the consumption record and the communication record of each mobile phone number, the at least one target mobile phone number is a subset of the at least two mobile phone numbers, and information pushing is carried out on the at least one target mobile phone number; according to the method, information push is not directly carried out on all mobile phone numbers of the user, but one or more target mobile phone numbers are selected according to the consumption records and the communication records of the mobile phone numbers, and information push is carried out on the target mobile phone numbers of the user.
The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below using two specific examples.
Fig. 3 is a second flowchart of a method for pushing information according to an embodiment of the present invention, where on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the method of the present embodiment includes:
s301: and acquiring at least two mobile phone numbers corresponding to the user, and consumption records and communication records of each mobile phone number according to the identification of the user.
The specific implementation of S301 in this embodiment is similar to S201 in the above embodiment, and is not described here again.
S302: and determining at least one candidate mobile phone number according to the consumption record and the communication record of each mobile phone number, wherein the candidate mobile phone number is the phone number used by the user in the at least two mobile phone numbers.
It can be understood that, in the mobile phone numbers bound to the user identifier, some mobile phone numbers may not be used by the user himself, for example: the user can send the mobile phone number bound by the user identity card to parents, children, spouses, friends and the like for use, or the mobile phone number bound by the user identity card can be purchased by a company in a collective way, and the user can be other employees in the company.
When marketing is performed on a user, marketing is usually performed on a telephone number used by the user, so that a positive marketing effect is achieved.
Specifically, at least one candidate mobile phone number may be determined according to the consumption record and the communication record of each mobile phone number. The specific implementation mode can be various, and only 3 optional implementation modes are described as examples in the following.
In a first optional implementation manner, for a case where a user sends a mobile phone number bound to an identification card identifier of the user to a parent, a child, a spouse, a friend, and the like for use, a primary card and a secondary card are handled for the user in general, that is, the user uses the primary card himself, the parent, the child, the spouse, the friend, and the like use the secondary card, the primary card and the secondary card are used for payment for joint payment, and the primary card is used for payment, and when the primary card selects a package of food, the secondary card can share services in the package. In this case, only the main card has a consumption record, and the auxiliary card has no consumption record, so that after the plurality of mobile phone numbers bound to the user identification card identifier are obtained, the mobile phone numbers without consumption records can be removed, and the remaining mobile phone numbers are used as candidate mobile phone numbers.
In a second optional implementation manner, a user often needs to log in a palm business hall APP to obtain information in a process of using a mobile phone number, and in the process, a background server of the palm business hall APP can record the mobile phone number input when the user logs in the APP and an identifier of a terminal used by the user. Therefore, whether the mobile phone number bound by the user identity card is used by the user can be determined according to the detailed information of the APP when the user logs in the palm business hall. For example: assuming that the user identity card is bound with 3 mobile phone numbers, according to the detailed information of the user logging in the palm business hall APP, the fact that the user acquires the information of two mobile phone numbers on the same terminal can be determined, therefore, the two mobile phone numbers can be considered as the mobile phone numbers used by the user, and the two mobile phone numbers are used as candidate mobile phone numbers.
In a third optional implementation manner, an artificial intelligence method may be used to predict whether the mobile phone number of the user is used by the user himself in a classified manner. Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a process of predicting whether a mobile phone number is used by a user through a classification model according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the embodiment may include:
s3021: and inputting the consumption record and the communication record of each mobile phone number into a classification model, wherein the classification model is used for outputting the probability that each mobile phone number is used by the user.
S3022: and determining at least one candidate mobile phone number according to the output result of the classification model.
The classification model may be a classification model trained by an artificial intelligence method, and the classification model may be a neural network model, a logistic regression model, a Gradient Boosting Decision Tree (GBDT) model, or the like.
In this embodiment, the input of the classification model is the number of the mobile phone numbers of the user, and the consumption record and the communication record of each mobile phone number, for example: the number of calls, the call duration, the network flow, the recharge records and other information of the last half year. The output of the classification model is the probability that each mobile phone number is used by the user. Furthermore, at least one candidate mobile phone number can be determined according to the output result of the classification model.
Optionally, before S3021, a training process of the classification model may be further included, specifically see S3023 and S3024.
S3023: the method comprises the steps of obtaining consumption records and communication records of each mobile phone number of a user to be trained and category labels corresponding to the mobile phone numbers, wherein the category labels are used for indicating whether the mobile phone numbers are used by the user to be trained.
S3024: and training the classification model to be trained according to the consumption record and the communication record of each mobile phone number of the user to be trained and the class label corresponding to each mobile phone number to obtain the trained classification model.
In this embodiment, the training process of the classification model is not described in detail, and may be performed by using an existing artificial intelligence training method.
In this embodiment, for the case that the candidate mobile phone number of the user cannot be determined by using the first two alternative embodiments, a third method for predicting by using the classification model may also be used. Since the classification model is trained in advance, the association relationship between the consumption records and the communication records of the mobile phone numbers of a large number of users and whether the mobile phone numbers are used by the users is learned, and therefore the candidate mobile phone numbers can be determined more accurately according to the prediction result of the classification model.
In addition, it should be noted that the embodiment of the present invention is described by taking the above three optional embodiments as examples, and in the specific implementation, the above three embodiments may also be used in combination.
S303: and determining at least one target mobile phone number according to the consumption records of the candidate mobile phone numbers.
After S302, which candidate mobile phone numbers (i.e., mobile phone numbers used by the user) are in the plurality of numbers bound by the user identifier may be obtained, and therefore, only the candidate mobile phone numbers will be considered in the subsequent process of determining the target mobile phone number.
After the above process, it is determined that the user has two mobile phone numbers used by the user himself, that is, the two mobile phone numbers are used as candidate mobile phone numbers. The target mobile phone number can be further determined according to the consumption records of the two candidate mobile phone numbers. In particular, various embodiments are possible, such as: and taking the mobile phone number with the largest consumption amount in the consumption record as a target mobile phone number, or taking the mobile phone number with the largest flow consumption in the consumption record as the target mobile phone number, or taking the mobile phone number with the largest call duration in the consumption record as the target mobile phone number.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an optional flow of determining a target mobile phone number in an embodiment of the present invention, where fig. 5 includes:
s3031: and judging whether the difference between the consumption amounts of any two candidate mobile phone numbers in the candidate mobile phone numbers is smaller than a preset value according to the consumption records of the candidate mobile phone numbers, if so, executing S3032, and if not, executing S3033.
The consumption amount of the candidate mobile phone number can be the monthly average consumption amount of the mobile phone number in the last half year. It can be understood that, it is determined whether the difference between the consumption amounts of any two candidate mobile phone numbers in each of the candidate mobile phone numbers is smaller than a preset value, that is, it is determined whether the distribution of the consumption amounts of each of the candidate mobile phone numbers is balanced.
Specifically, the preset value may be a fixed value, for example: if the difference between the consumption amounts of any two candidate mobile phone numbers is less than 20 yuan, the distribution of the consumption amounts of the candidate mobile phone numbers is considered to be balanced; or may be a value calculated according to a preset ratio according to the monthly total consumption of the user, for example: the total monthly consumption amount of the 4 mobile phone numbers of a certain user is 240 yuan, and the preset proportion is 20%, that is, if the consumption amount difference between any two candidate mobile phone numbers is less than 48 yuan (240 × 20% — 48 yuan), the distribution of the consumption amount of each candidate mobile phone number is considered to be balanced.
S3032: and taking each candidate mobile phone number as a target mobile phone number.
S3033: and taking the candidate mobile phone number with the largest consumption amount as the target mobile phone number.
If the distribution of the consumption amount of each candidate mobile phone number is relatively balanced, the use frequency of each candidate mobile phone number is higher, and therefore each candidate mobile phone number is used as a target mobile phone number for information push. If the consumption amount of each candidate mobile phone number is not distributed uniformly, it indicates that the frequency of using some mobile phone numbers by the user is higher, the frequency of using some mobile phone numbers is lower, and the consumption amount corresponding to the mobile phone number with higher use frequency is generally larger, so that the candidate mobile phone number with the largest consumption amount is used as the target mobile phone number for information push.
S304: and pushing information to the at least one target mobile phone number.
S305: and updating an information push mark of each target mobile phone number, wherein the information push mark is used for indicating an information theme pushed to each target mobile phone number, a pushing time and a pushing result.
Specifically, after information is pushed to a target mobile phone number of a user, an information pushing mark may be maintained for each target mobile phone number of the user, and the information pushing mark may record an information theme, pushing time, and a pushing result pushed to each target mobile phone number. Specifically, the information pushing result can be determined according to the feedback of the user on the pushed information, the information pushing mark is updated, and if the marketing is successful, the information pushing with the same theme is not performed on the user within the following three months. Otherwise, the information push with the same theme is not carried out for the user in the subsequent month. Each time information push is subsequently performed, the current information push mark can be used as a reference.
In the embodiment, the information pushing mark is maintained for the mobile phone number of the user, and information is pushed according to the information pushing mark, so that repeated information pushing for the same user can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a third method for pushing information according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the method according to the embodiment may include:
s601: and acquiring at least two mobile phone numbers corresponding to the user, and consumption records and communication records of each mobile phone number according to the identification of the user.
S602: and respectively acquiring the calling contribution degree and the called contribution degree of each mobile phone number according to the communication record of each mobile phone number.
The calling contribution degree is used for indicating that the user serves as the contribution of the calling to the operator within the preset time length, and the called contribution degree is used for indicating that the user serves as the contribution of the called to the operator within the preset time length.
The preset time may be half a year or one month, the embodiment is not particularly limited, and the following process is described by taking one month as an example.
The calculation process of the caller contribution degree and the callee contribution degree is described in detail below by combining the PageRank algorithm. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a communication relationship network obtained according to the communication records of each mobile phone number of the user in the last month in the embodiment of the present invention. Assuming that a certain user has 3 mobile phone numbers, according to the communication records of the 3 mobile phone numbers, the communication relationship network between the user and other communication objects can be obtained, as shown in fig. 7, an arrow points to a direction for identifying a call, for example, an arrow pointing to number 3 at number 1 indicates that number 1 calls number 3, and so on.
Executing the following processes aiming at each mobile phone number in the mobile phone numbers:
and acquiring the calling times of the mobile phone number according to the communication record of the mobile phone number, and taking the calling times as the calling contribution degree of the mobile phone number.
As shown in fig. 7, the number 1 is 1 as the number of callers, and therefore, the caller contribution degree of the number 1 is 1; number 2 has not been called as a caller, so the caller contribution of number 2 is 0; the number 3 is called by 1, and thus the calling contribution degree of the number 3 is 1.
Acquiring a communication object communicated with the mobile phone number according to the communication record of the mobile phone number; determining the contribution degree of each communication object to the mobile phone number according to the calling frequency of each communication object and the frequency of each communication object calling the mobile phone number; and taking the sum of the contribution degrees of the communication objects to the mobile phone number as the called contribution degree of the mobile phone number.
Taking number 3 as an example, number 2 is called as the communication destination, and number 1 and communication signal B are called as the communication destination. The number 1 has 1 of all callers and 1 of number 1 calls number 3, so the contribution of number 1 to number 3 is 1/1 ═ 1; all the calling times of the communication signal B are 2 times, wherein the number of times that the communication signal B calls the number 3 is 1, so that the contribution degree of the communication signal B to the number 3 is 1/2 ═ 0.5; therefore, the call contribution of number 3 is 1 (the contribution of number 1 to number 3) +0.5 (the contribution of number B to number 3) which is 1.5.
The calculation processes of the number 1 and the number 2 are similar, and the called contribution degree of the number 1 is 0.5; the called contribution of number 2 is 1.5.
