Abstract

The cotton fibers and the bamboo fibers provide main air permeability, the spandex fibers and the polyester fibers provide main elasticity, the polyester fibers also ensure the strength of the woven belt, and the woven belt with the antiskid function, the air permeability function and the good elasticity is obtained by combining the use of the antiskid yarns. The invention improves the specific surface area of the yarn by alkali treatment of the yarn, thereby increasing the contact area of the woven belt and the human skin, improving the friction force between the woven belt and the human skin and further achieving the aim of skid resistance. The results of the embodiment show that the tensile breaking strength of the antiskid breathable elastic blended fabric tape provided by the invention is 46.5-47.8 cN, the elastic recovery rate is 89.7-92.5%, and the air permeability and the antiskid performance are excellent.

Background
The woven belt is made of various yarns as raw materials into narrow fabric or tubular fabric, has various varieties, and is widely used in various industrial departments such as clothes, shoe materials, cases, industry, agriculture, military needs, transportation and the like.

(2) mixing polyester yarn and a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass concentration of 3% according to the weight ratio of 50 kg: mixing 80mL of the mixture in proportion, and then heating the mixture at 30 ℃ for 40min to obtain the anti-skid yarn;
(3) and (3) arranging 5 anti-skid yarns obtained in the step (2) at intervals of 0.6cm along the radial direction, and then weaving on a ribbon loom by adopting a raised line tissue to obtain the anti-skid breathable elastic blended ribbon with the width of 5 cm.
Example 2
The antiskid breathable elastic blended fabric belt is woven by warp yarns, weft yarns and antiskid yarns;
the warp and weft are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of cotton fiber, 15 parts of bamboo fiber, 20 parts of spandex fiber and 25 parts of polyester fiber; the anti-skid yarns are alkali-treated yarns;
the density of the warp yarns is 350 yarns/10 cm, and the density of the weft yarns is 280 yarns/10 cm; 5 antiskid yarns are arranged at intervals of 0.8cm in the radial direction.
The preparation process comprises the following steps:
(1) spinning by taking cotton fibers, bamboo fibers, spandex fibers and polyester fibers as raw materials to obtain warp yarns and weft yarns;
(2) mixing polyester yarn and a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass concentration of 3% according to the weight ratio of 50 kg: mixing 80mL of the mixture in proportion, and then heating the mixture for 30min at 32 ℃ to obtain the anti-skid yarn;
(3) and (3) arranging 5 anti-skid yarns obtained in the step (2) at intervals of 0.8cm along the radial direction, and then weaving on a ribbon loom by adopting a raised line tissue to obtain the anti-skid breathable elastic blended ribbon with the width of 2 cm.
Example 3
The antiskid breathable elastic blended fabric belt is woven by warp yarns, weft yarns and antiskid yarns;
the warp and weft are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of cotton fiber, 20 parts of bamboo fiber, 25 parts of spandex fiber and 25 parts of polyester fiber; the anti-skid yarns are alkali-treated yarns;
the density of warp yarns is 400 yarns/10 cm, and the density of weft yarns is 320 yarns/10 cm; 4 antiskid yarns are arranged every 0.6cm along the radial direction.
The preparation process comprises the following steps:
(1) spinning by taking cotton fibers, bamboo fibers, spandex fibers and polyester fibers as raw materials to obtain warp yarns and weft yarns;
(2) mixing polyester yarn and a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass concentration of 5% according to the weight ratio of 60 kg: mixing 80mL of the mixture in proportion, and then heating the mixture for 30min at the temperature of 30 ℃ to obtain the anti-skid yarn;
(3) and (3) arranging 4 anti-skid yarns obtained in the step (2) at intervals of 0.6cm along the radial direction, and weaving on a ribbon loom by adopting a raised line tissue to obtain the anti-skid breathable elastic blended ribbon with the width of 3 cm.
Comparative example 1
The antiskid breathable elastic blended fabric belt is woven by warp yarns, weft yarns and antiskid yarns;
the warp and weft are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of cotton fiber, 15 parts of bamboo fiber and 50 parts of spandex fiber; the anti-skid yarns are alkali-treated yarns;
the density of the warp yarns is 380 pieces/10 cm, and the density of the weft yarns is 320 pieces/10 cm; 5 anti-skid yarns are arranged every 0.6cm along the radial direction;
the procedure was as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
The antiskid breathable elastic blended fabric belt is woven by warp yarns, weft yarns and antiskid yarns;
the warp and weft are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of cotton fiber, 25 parts of spandex fiber and 25 parts of polyester fiber; the anti-skid yarns are alkali-treated yarns;
the density of the warp yarns is 380 pieces/10 cm, and the density of the weft yarns is 320 pieces/10 cm; 5 anti-skid yarns are arranged every 0.6cm along the radial direction;
the procedure was as in example 1.
Comparative example 3
The antiskid breathable elastic blended fabric belt is woven by warp yarns, weft yarns and antiskid yarns;
the warp and weft are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of cotton fiber, 15 parts of bamboo fiber, 25 parts of spandex fiber and 25 parts of polyester fiber; the anti-skid yarns are alkali-treated yarns;
the density of the warp yarns is 380 pieces/10 cm, and the density of the weft yarns is 320 pieces/10 cm; 2 anti-skid yarns are arranged every 0.6cm along the radial direction;
the procedure was as in example 1.
Comparative example 4
The antiskid breathable elastic blended fabric belt is woven by warp yarns, weft yarns and antiskid yarns;
the warp and weft are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of cotton fiber, 15 parts of bamboo fiber, 25 parts of spandex fiber and 25 parts of polyester fiber; the anti-skid yarns are polyester yarns which are not subjected to alkali treatment;
the density of the warp yarns is 380 pieces/10 cm, and the density of the weft yarns is 320 pieces/10 cm; 5 antiskid yarns are arranged at intervals of 0.6cm in the radial direction.
The air permeability, the anti-slip performance, the elasticity and the strength of the anti-slip air permeable elastic blended fabric tapes prepared in the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested, and the test results are shown in table 1.

The embodiment shows that the anti-skid breathable elastic blended fabric tape provided by the invention has anti-skid and breathable functions and good elasticity.

Claims (10)
1. An anti-skid breathable elastic blended fabric tape is woven by warp yarns, weft yarns and anti-skid yarns;
the raw materials for preparing the warp yarns and the weft yarns independently comprise the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of cotton fiber, 10-20 parts of bamboo fiber, 10-30 parts of spandex fiber and 20-30 parts of polyester fiber;
the anti-slip yarn is alkali-treated yarn.
2. The anti-slip breathable elastic blended fabric tape according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials for preparing the warp yarns and the weft yarns independently comprise, in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of cotton fiber, 10-15 parts of bamboo fiber, 10-20 parts of spandex fiber and 20-25 parts of polyester fiber.
3. The anti-slip breathable elastic blended fabric tape according to claim 1, wherein the density of the warp yarns is 350-400 yarns/10 cm, and the density of the weft yarns is 280-380 yarns/10 cm.
4. The anti-slip breathable elastic blended fabric tape according to claim 1, wherein the anti-slip yarns are arranged in a manner of 4-5 yarns arranged at intervals of 0.5-0.8 cm along the radial direction.
5. The anti-slip breathable elastic blended fabric tape according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the width of the anti-slip breathable elastic blended fabric tape is 1-5 cm.
6. A method for preparing the antiskid breathable elastic blended fabric tape according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the following steps:
spinning by taking cotton fibers, bamboo fibers, spandex fibers and polyester fibers as raw materials to obtain warp yarns and weft yarns;
performing alkali treatment on the yarn to obtain anti-skid yarn;
and weaving the warp yarns, the weft yarns and the anti-skid yarns to obtain the anti-skid breathable elastic blended fabric tape.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the alkali treatment comprises: the yarn is mixed with alkali liquor and then heated.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the lye comprises a sodium hydroxide solution; the mass concentration of the alkali liquor is 2-8%.
9. The method according to claim 7, wherein the heating temperature is 30 to 35 ℃.
10. The method of claim 6, wherein the woven weave is a rib weave.
