技术领域
本发明涉及建筑涂料技术领域,具体的,涉及一种二合一底漆乳液及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
我国是制造型大国,随着经济的膨胀性发展,环境污染及大气的重度雾霾的全国性爆发已严重威胁国人赖以生存的环境,而涂料和粘合剂中的VOC是导致大气严重雾霾的祸首之一。虽然目前水性涂料各方面性能还不能超过传统的溶剂型涂料,但因其无污染、环保安全以及符合国家环保政策,已成为建筑涂料的必然发展趋势,尤其我国在2014年底颁布了涂料行业的新法规及新法规在2015年2月1日开始实施后,水性涂料或涂料的水性化已成企业能否持续发展的关键,原溶剂型涂料企业将逐步被淘汰,众多城市相应颁布了更严格的法规,溶剂型涂料及溶剂型粘合剂已被禁止使用,因此开发研制综合性能优异、能替代传统溶剂建涂用的水性漆树脂具有非常广阔的应用前景和社会效益。
建筑内外墙底漆标准JG/T 210-2018于2019年4月1日起,开始生效。新标准增加了渗透型底漆,对于一些疏松型的基材,需要渗透型底漆和成膜型底漆一起使用,才能起到良好的效果。而这增加了涂料企业的原料种类,并且增加了使用次数,因而大幅增加了成本。渗透和成膜兼具的底漆乳液是市场的需要。
发明内容
本发明提出一种二合一底漆乳液及其制备方法和应用,解决了相关技术中底漆乳液渗透性和成膜性不能兼具的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种二合一底漆乳液,按重量份数计,包括去离子水50-60份,pH缓冲剂0.1-1份,阴离子乳化剂0.1-1份,非离子乳化剂0.1-1份,硅溶胶0-5份,主单体35-45份,磷酸酯单体0.1-5份,亲水功能单体0.1-5份,羧基单体0.1-10份,环氧基单体0.1-3份,引发剂0.1-1份,硅烷偶联剂0.02-0.1份,消泡剂0.02-1份,防腐杀菌剂0.01-0.5份,pH调节剂0.2-1份。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述主单体为苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯中的至少一种,所述磷酸酯单体为乙烯基磷酸酯、甲基丙烯酸烷基磷酸酯、羟基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯中的中的至少一种,所述亲水功能单体为丙烯腈、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺中的至少一种,所述羧基单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、衣康酸、马来酸、富马酸中的至少一种,所述环氧基单体为丙烯酸环氧丙酯、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯中的至少一种。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和/或乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述阴离子乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵的至少一种,所述非离子乳化剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,所述硅溶胶为市售酸性硅溶胶,固含量19-21%,pH值3-6,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾和/或过硫酸铵,所述pH缓冲剂为焦磷酸钠和/或六偏磷酸钠,所述pH调节剂为氨水、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、吗啡啉中的至少一种。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵中环氧乙烷数(EO数)均为3-8,所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚中环氧乙烷数为3-8或30-50。
本发明还提出了一种二合一底漆乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述二合一底漆乳液的原料重量份数称取各组分;
(2)将30-40%配方量的去离子水和阴离子乳化剂、非离子乳化剂混合均匀,得到乳化剂溶液;
(3)将30%配方量的磷酸酯单体、50%配方量的亲水功能单体、50%配方量的环氧基单体、50%配方量的羧基单体与主单体混合,在搅拌条件下加入到所述乳化剂溶液中进行分散,得到分散液;
(4)将40-50%配方量的去离子水、硅溶胶到反应器中,升温至76-80℃,待温度稳定后把5-30%配方量的所述分散液、10-50%配方量的引发剂加入到反应器中,进行反应,温度冲高回落控制温度在80-84℃,保温时间60-120min,得到小粒径乳液;
(5)将pH缓冲剂加入所述小粒径乳液中,将剩余的磷酸酯单体、亲水功能单体、环氧基单体、硅烷偶联剂、羧基单体加入上述剩余分散液中混合均匀,与剩余的引发剂同步滴加到所述小粒径乳液中,滴加完毕后保温90-150min;然后降温至50℃,加入pH调节剂、消泡剂、防腐杀菌剂,搅拌均匀得到底漆乳液。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述步骤(3)中分散时间为20-40min,所述步骤(5)中滴加时间为120-180min,滴加温度为80-84℃。
本发明还提出了一种二合一底漆乳液的应用,所述的二合一底漆乳液在建筑涂料中的应用。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述建筑涂料按重量份数计,包括水10-15份,醇酯十二0.1-1份,矿物油消泡剂0.1-0.5份,钠盐分散剂0.1-0.5份,丙二醇1-2份,润湿剂0.05-2份,金红石钛白粉1-10份,800目重质碳酸钙30-40份,羟乙基纤维素0.1-0.5份,AMP-95 0.1-0.5份,二合一底漆乳液40-50份,卡松杀菌剂0.1-0.5份,矿物油消泡剂0.1-0.5份,增稠剂0.1-0.5份。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述建筑涂料按重量份数计,包括水15.1份,醇酯十二0.5份,矿物油消泡剂0.3份,钠盐分散剂0.4份,丙二醇1.5份,润湿剂0.1份,金红石钛白粉5.0份,800目重质碳酸钙32.8份,羟乙基纤维素0.3份,AMP-95 0.2份,二合一底漆乳液43.0份,卡松杀菌剂0.2份,矿物油消泡剂0.3份,增稠剂0.3份。
本发明的工作原理及有益效果为:
1、本发明中,底漆乳液采用硅溶胶无机杂化,大幅度提高了底漆乳液的渗透性,使得制备的底漆乳液对各种腻子底材的渗透加固性佳、成膜性优异,对底材的适应性广;通过对配方中聚合单体的优化,使得制备的底漆乳液中既有小粒径的乳液又有大粒径的乳液,其中,小粒径的丙烯酸乳液进一步增加底漆乳液对底材的渗透加固,并部分起到堵塞毛细通道,降低透水性和盐碱的透过;成膜型的大粒径乳液则采用磷酸酯单体和环氧单体,对粉料包裹好和对基材附着力高,从而提高底漆乳液对底材的附着力。大小粒径的乳液搭配,同时与硅溶胶改性协同,使得制备的底漆乳液渗透性和成膜性二合一,有效解决了相关技术中底漆乳液渗透性和成膜性不能兼具的问题。
2、本发明中,底漆乳液中硅烷偶联剂提高了漆膜的交联度,从而提高漆膜的强度,并且其疏水性也提供优异的封闭性及其抗泛盐碱性。
3、本发明中,底漆乳液中乳化体系采用最常见的阴离子乳化剂和非离子乳化剂,成本低,使得制备的底漆乳液的乳液稳定性高,对粉料的稳定性高。
4、本发明中,底漆乳液的制备方法采用两步聚合,既有小粒径的乳液提供渗透性,又有大粒径的乳液提供成膜和封闭性,并且配合硅溶胶改性,同时满足了渗透和成膜封闭的双重特性,使得制备的底漆乳液具有优异渗透性、优异的抗泛盐碱性、附着力和较低的透水性,真正实现了建筑底漆的各种性能统筹兼顾。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都涉及本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种二合一底漆乳液,按重量份数计,包括去离子水55.18份,六偏磷酸钠0.1份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(40个EO)0.2份,苯乙烯21.5份,丙烯酸丁酯20份,乙烯基磷酸酯0.1份,丙烯腈0.5份,衣康酸0.5份,丙酸酸缩水甘油酯0.5份,过硫酸铵0.12份,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷0.1份,消泡剂0.1份,防腐杀菌剂0.2份,氨水0.3份,吗啡啉0.3份,
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照上述的二合一底漆乳液的原料重量份数称取各组分;
(2)将35%配方量的去离子水和十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(40个EO)混合均匀,得到乳化剂溶液;
(3)将30%配方量的乙烯基磷酸酯、50%配方量的丙烯腈、50%配方量的丙酸酸缩水甘油酯、50%配方量的衣康酸与苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯混合,在搅拌条件下加入到所述乳化剂溶液中进行分散,分散30min,得到分散液;
(4)将45%配方量的去离子水加到反应器中,升温至78℃,待温度稳定后把20%配方量的分散液、30%配方量的过硫酸铵加入到反应器中,进行反应,温度冲高回落控制温度在82℃,保温时间90min,得到小粒径乳液;
(5)将六偏磷酸钠加入所述小粒径乳液中,将剩余的乙烯基磷酸酯、丙烯腈、丙酸酸缩水甘油酯、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、衣康酸加入上述剩余分散液中混合均匀,与剩余的过硫酸铵同步滴加到所述小粒径乳液中,在82℃下滴加150min,滴加完毕后保温120min;然后降温至50℃,加入氨水、吗啡啉、消泡剂、防腐杀菌剂,搅拌均匀得到底漆乳液。
实施例2
一种二合一底漆乳液,按重量份数计,包括去离子水53.18份,六偏磷酸钠0.1份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(40个EO)0.2份,硅溶胶2份,苯乙烯21.5份,丙烯酸丁酯20份,乙烯基磷酸酯0.1份,丙烯腈0.5份,衣康酸0.5份,丙酸酸缩水甘油酯0.5份,过硫酸铵0.12份,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷0.1份,消泡剂0.1份,防腐杀菌剂0.2份,氨水0.3份,吗啡啉0.3份,
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照上述的二合一底漆乳液的原料重量份数称取各组分;
(2)将35%配方量的去离子水和十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(40个EO)混合均匀,得到乳化剂溶液;
(3)将30%配方量的乙烯基磷酸酯、50%配方量的丙烯腈、50%配方量的丙酸酸缩水甘油酯、50%配方量的衣康酸与苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯混合,在搅拌条件下加入到所述乳化剂溶液中进行分散,分散30min,得到分散液;

(5)将六偏磷酸钠加入所述小粒径乳液中,将剩余的乙烯基磷酸酯、丙烯腈、丙酸酸缩水甘油酯、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、衣康酸加入上述剩余分散液中混合均匀,与剩余的过硫酸铵同步滴加到所述小粒径乳液中,在82℃下滴加150min,滴加完毕后保温120min;然后降温至50℃,加入氨水、吗啡啉、消泡剂、防腐杀菌剂,搅拌均匀得到底漆乳液。
实施例3
一种二合一底漆乳液,按重量份数计,包括去离子水53.28份,六偏磷酸钠0.1份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3份,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(40个EO)0.2份,硅溶胶2份,苯乙烯21.5份,丙烯酸丁酯20份,乙烯基磷酸酯0.1份,丙烯腈0.5份,衣康酸0.5份,丙酸酸缩水甘油酯0.5份,过硫酸铵0.12份,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷0.1份,消泡剂0.1份,防腐杀菌剂0.2份,吗啡啉0.5份,
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按照上述的二合一底漆乳液的原料重量份数称取各组分;
(2)将35%配方量的去离子水和十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(40个EO)混合均匀,得到乳化剂溶液;

(4)将45%配方量的去离子水、硅溶胶加到反应器中,升温至78℃,待温度稳定后把20%配方量的所述分散液、30%配方量的过硫酸铵加入到反应器中,进行反应,温度冲高回落控制温度在82℃,保温时间90min,得到小粒径乳液;
(5)将六偏磷酸钠加入所述小粒径乳液中,将剩余的乙烯基磷酸酯、丙烯腈、丙酸酸缩水甘油酯、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、衣康酸加入上述剩余分散液中混合均匀,与剩余的过硫酸铵同步滴加到所述小粒径乳液中,在82℃下滴加150min,滴加完毕后保温120min;然后降温至50℃,加入吗啡啉、消泡剂、防腐杀菌剂,搅拌均匀得到底漆乳液。

涂料的性能测定,根据国标JG/T 210-2018《建筑内外墙用底漆》检测方法测定,测试结果见下表:

从表3数据可以看出,采用本发明实施例1~3制备的底漆乳液为基料,制得的弹性建筑涂料的附着力高、透水性低、抗泛盐碱性优异。因此,本发明的底漆乳液应用性能优异,在建筑涂料领域具有很高的应用前景。

1.一种二合一底漆乳液,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括去离子水50-60份,pH缓冲剂0.1-1份,阴离子乳化剂0.1-1份,非离子乳化剂0.1-1份,硅溶胶0-5份,主单体35-45份,磷酸酯单体0.1-5份,亲水功能单体0.1-5份,羧基单体0.1-10份,环氧基单体0.1-3份,引发剂0.1-1份,硅烷偶联剂0.02-0.1份,消泡剂0.02-1份,防腐杀菌剂0.01-0.5份,pH调节剂0.2-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种二合一底漆乳液,其特征在于,所述主单体为苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯中的至少一种,所述磷酸酯单体为乙烯基磷酸酯、甲基丙烯酸烷基磷酸酯、羟基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯中的中的至少一种,所述亲水功能单体为丙烯腈、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺中的至少一种,所述羧基单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、衣康酸、马来酸、富马酸中的至少一种,所述环氧基单体为丙烯酸环氧丙酯、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种二合一底漆乳液,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和/或乙烯基三异丙氧基硅烷。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种二合一底漆乳液,其特征在于,所述阴离子乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵的至少一种,所述非离子乳化剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,所述硅溶胶为市售酸性硅溶胶,固含量19-21%,pH值3-6,所述引发剂为过硫酸钾和/或过硫酸铵,所述pH缓冲剂为焦磷酸钠和/或六偏磷酸钠,所述pH调节剂为氨水、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、吗啡啉中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种二合一底漆乳液,其特征在于,所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵中环氧乙烷数均为3-8,所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚中环氧乙烷数为3-8或30-50。
6.一种二合一底漆乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照权利要求1~5任一项所述二合一底漆乳液的原料重量份数称取各组分;
(2)将30-40%配方量的去离子水和阴离子乳化剂、非离子乳化剂混合均匀,得到乳化剂溶液;
(3)将30%配方量的磷酸酯单体、50%配方量的亲水功能单体、50%配方量的环氧基单体、50%配方量的羧基单体与主单体混合,在搅拌条件下加入到所述乳化剂溶液中进行分散,得到分散液;
(4)将40-50%配方量的去离子水、硅溶胶到反应器中,升温至76-80℃,待温度稳定后把5-30%配方量的所述分散液、10-50%配方量的引发剂加入到反应器中,进行反应,温度冲高回落控制温度在80-84℃,保温时间60-120min,得到小粒径乳液;
(5)将pH缓冲剂加入所述小粒径乳液中,将剩余的磷酸酯单体、亲水功能单体、环氧基单体、硅烷偶联剂、羧基单体加入上述剩余分散液中混合均匀,与剩余的引发剂同步滴加到所述小粒径乳液中,滴加完毕后保温90-150min;然后降温至50℃,加入pH调节剂、消泡剂、防腐杀菌剂,搅拌均匀得到底漆乳液。

9.根据权利要求8所述的一种二合一底漆乳液的应用,其特征在于,所述建筑涂料按重量份数计,包括水10-15份,醇酯十二0.1-1份,矿物油消泡剂0.1-0.5份,钠盐分散剂0.1-0.5份,丙二醇1-2份,润湿剂0.05-2份,金红石钛白粉1-10份,800目重质碳酸钙30-40份,羟乙基纤维素0.1-0.5份,AMP-95 0.1-0.5份,二合一底漆乳液40-50份,卡松杀菌剂0.1-0.5份,矿物油消泡剂0.1-0.5份,增稠剂0.1-0.5份。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种二合一底漆乳液的应用,其特征在于,所述建筑涂料按重量份数计,包括水15.1份,醇酯十二0.5份,矿物油消泡剂0.3份,钠盐分散剂0.4份,丙二醇1.5份,润湿剂0.1份,金红石钛白粉5.0份,800目重质碳酸钙32.8份,羟乙基纤维素0.3份,AMP-95 0.2份,二合一底漆乳液43.0份,卡松杀菌剂0.2份,矿物油消泡剂0.3份,增稠剂0.3份。
