Background
With the rapid development of the petroleum industry, a large amount of petroleum-polluted soil is inevitably generated in the processes of crude oil exploration, transportation, processing and storage, and oil in the soil can permeate into a groundwater layer to influence the growth of plants and crops.
The active agents for remedying the toxicity of soil are mainly classified into biological surfactants and non-biological surfactants. The non-biological surfactant is usually sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and the like, has certain toxicity to plant growth and is not beneficial to further treatment of recovered soil, and compared with the biological surfactant, the biological surfactant has the characteristics of low toxicity, biodegradability and the like. Sophorolipid is a typical biological surfactant, is produced by microbial fermentation, has easily available raw materials, not only has the general property of the conventional surfactant, but also has the characteristics of no toxicity and 100 percent biodegradability.
