When in use, medicinal materials are put into the first treatment shell 21 and the second treatment shell 32, and then are heated by the heater 33 to generate high-temperature steam, the high-temperature steam enters the first treatment shell 21 through the air inlet pipe 22, and the medicinal materials in the first treatment shell 21 are preheated after being uniformly treated by the homogenizing shell 23, so that the energy can be fully utilized, and the production cost is reduced.
Further, the second processing shell 32 is provided with a slag discharge port 321, the support assembly 1 further comprises a slag collection box 13, and the slag collection box 13 is arranged on one side of the slag discharge port 321; the slag collecting box 13 comprises a box body 131 and a transport wheel 132, wherein the transport wheel 132 is rotatably connected with the box body 131 and is positioned at the bottom of the box body 131.
In this embodiment, through slag discharge port 321 can put into the medicinal material residue that the system was accomplished in the collection sediment box 13 carries out centralized processing, there is transport wheel 132 on the collection sediment box 13, can conveniently remove and transport the processing to the dregs of a decoction.
Further, the first processing shell 21 comprises an outer shell 211, an inner shell 212 and a cover plate 213, the inner shell 212 is communicated with the control valve 31, the outer shell 211 is fixedly arranged outside the inner shell 212, and the cover plate 213 is rotatably connected with the outer shell 211 and is positioned at one side of the outer shell 211; the inner casing 212 has a drain groove 2121, and the first treating casing 21 further includes a lever 214, the lever 214 being slidably coupled to the inner casing 212 and located at one side of the drain groove 2121; the first treatment housing 21 further includes a first pipe 215, a first valve 216, and a water replenishing pipe 217, the first pipe 215 communicating with the outer housing 211, the first valve 216 communicating with the first pipe 215 and communicating with the second treatment housing 32, and the water replenishing pipe 217 communicating with the first valve 216.
In this embodiment, the outer shell 211 is mainly made of heat insulating material, and can be used for heat insulation, the inner shell 212 is used for placing medicinal materials and liquid for preheating, the cover plate 213 shell closes the outer shell 211 for heat insulation, in order to make the heating water and medicinal materials proportional, the inner shell 212 is provided with the water discharge groove 2121, so that the excessive water can flow out from the water discharge groove 2121, the height of the water discharge groove 2121 can be adjusted by sliding the control rod 214, so that the outflow water enters the space between the outer shell 211 and the inner shell 212 for storage, the water can flow into the second processing shell 32 through the first pipe 215 for recycling by opening the first valve 216, and the insufficient water can be added through the water replenishing pipe 217, so that the resource utilization is more sufficient.
Further, the homogenizing shell 23 includes a tank body 231, a rotary vane 232 and a protection cover 233, the tank body 231 is fixedly disposed at one side of the inner housing 212, the protection cover 233 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 22 and is fixedly connected with the tank body 231, and the rotary vane 232 is located at one side of the protection cover 233.
In this embodiment, the high temperature steam enters the protection cover 233 through the air inlet pipe 22, so as to push the rotating blade 232 to rotate to drive the liquid to flow for circulation, so that the heat can be conducted faster, and the adverse effect of the local high temperature on the medicinal materials is avoided.
Further, the stirrer 34 includes a stirring motor 341, a stirring rod 342, and a stirring blade 343, the stirring motor 341 is disposed at one side of the second processing casing 32, the stirring rod 342 is fixedly connected to an output end of the stirring motor 341 and is located inside the second processing casing 32, and the stirring blade 343 is fixedly connected to the stirring rod 342 and is located inside the second processing casing 32.
In this embodiment, the stirring motor 341 can drive the stirring rod 342 to rotate, so as to drive the stirring blade 343 to rotate, so that the effective components are more easily dissolved.
In a second aspect, referring to fig. 6, the present invention provides a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating jaundice, including:
s101, putting a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating jaundice into a first treatment shell 21 and entering a second treatment shell 32, then closing a control valve 31, and adding the composition with the same components into the first treatment shell 21 again;
s102, starting the heater 33 to heat the composition in the second processing shell 32;
s103, heating to generate steam, sending the steam into the first treatment shell 21 through the air inlet pipe 22, and preheating the composition;
s104, discharging the medicinal materials in the second treatment shell 32 after decoction is finished, and then opening the control valve 31 to put the preheated composition into the second treatment shell 32 for decoction again.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating jaundice, comprising: 30g of Chinese pulsatilla root, 15g of mulberry twig, 15g of oriental wormwood, 12g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 12g of cortex dictamni, 15g of oriental wormwood, 10g of ginseng, 5g of dried ginger, 20g of dwarf lilyturf tuber and 12g of white paeony root.
In the embodiment, the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating jaundice are all natural traditional Chinese medicinal materials, the medicine sources are wide and easily available, the compatibility of the medicines supplements each other, the curative effect of treating jaundice is remarkable, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has no toxic or side effect.

the device comprises a supporting component, a heat absorption component and a cooking component, wherein the supporting component comprises a base and a supporting frame, the supporting frame is fixedly connected with the base and is positioned on one side of the base, the heat absorption component comprises a first treatment shell, an air inlet pipe and a homogenization shell, the first treatment shell is fixedly connected with the supporting frame and is positioned on one side of the supporting frame, the homogenization shell is fixedly connected with the first treatment shell and is positioned in the first treatment shell, the air inlet pipe is communicated with the homogenization shell and penetrates through the first treatment shell, the cooking component comprises a control valve, a second treatment shell, a heater and a stirrer, the control valve is communicated with the first treatment shell and is positioned at the bottom of the first treatment shell, the second treatment shell is communicated with the control valve, is communicated with the air inlet pipe and is positioned between the base and the first treatment shell, the heater is disposed at one side of the second treating housing, and the agitator is disposed inside the second treating housing.

the second processing shell is provided with a slag discharge port, and the supporting assembly further comprises a slag collection box which is arranged on one side of the slag discharge port.

the slag collecting box comprises a box body and a transport wheel, wherein the transport wheel is rotatably connected with the box body and is positioned at the bottom of the box body.

the method comprises the following steps: putting the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating jaundice into the first treatment shell and the second treatment shell, then closing the control valve, and adding the composition with the same components into the first treatment shell again;
activating the heater to heat the composition in the second treatment shell;
heating to generate steam, and sending the steam into the first treatment shell through the air inlet pipe to preheat the composition;
discharging the medicinal materials in the decocted second treatment shell, and then opening the control valve to put the preheated composition into the second treatment shell for decoction again.
7. A Chinese medicinal composition for treating jaundice, which is prepared by the preparation method of the Chinese medicinal composition for treating jaundice as claimed in claim 6,
the method comprises the following steps: 30g of Chinese pulsatilla root, 15g of mulberry twig, 15g of oriental wormwood, 12g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 12g of cortex dictamni, 15g of oriental wormwood, 10g of ginseng, 5g of dried ginger, 20g of dwarf lilyturf tuber and 12g of white paeony root.
