Description

A Chinese medicinal composition for treating stagnation of qi due to depression of liver and mammary gland diseases
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating liver depression, qi stagnation and breast diseases.
Background
The hyperplasia of mammary glands refers to single or multiple benign hyperplasia of mammary ducts, mammary lobules, acinar epithelium and fibrous tissues. Has the main clinical characteristics of the breast distending pain and multiple breast lumps which are aggravated periodically. The incidence rate is reported to be about 10% in China, and is frequently seen in women of 30-50 years old, and also in men.
The etiology of cyclomastopathy is not fully understood in western medicine. It is thought to be related to endocrine disturbance and mental factors. The relative increase of estrogen is an important reason for the decrease of lutein secretion. It is thought that many factors, such as nerves, immunity and trace elements, can cause imbalance of various endocrine hormones in the body. The external environment, working and living conditions, interpersonal relationship, neuropsychiatric factors caused by various stresses and the like of human survival can change the internal environment of the human body, thereby affecting the functions of an endocrine system and further causing the secretion of one or more hormones to be abnormal. For example, in a long-term stress-anxiety state, increased opiate tone, altered neurotransmitter environment, and estrogen/dopamine dysregulation occur, leading to increased PRL secretion, which may lead to or exacerbate cyclomastopathy. Western medicines for treating hyperplasia of mammary glands are mainly endocrine regulating hormone medicines, iodine preparations and vitamin medicines for adjuvant therapy, and the existing medicines are not ideal. The reason is that the female mammary gland is used as a target organ of sex hormone, and is in a periodic change of periodic hyperplasia, proliferation and secretion state from puberty to menopause, then hyperplasia subsides, secretion absorption and tissue restoration are cyclically and repeatedly carried out, hormone targets are numerous, dosage and medication time are difficult to grasp, the control is easy to cause, and side effects are numerous. Therefore, for hyperplasia of mammary glands, many doctor of Western medicine also recommend the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
According to the traditional Chinese medicine, liver depression and qi stagnation, emotional internal injury, qi stagnation and qi and blood circulation are considered to be important factors causing breast pain and lumps. The liver and kidney meridians are closely related to the breast, and the thoroughfare and conception vessels are the second. Liver depression, qi stagnation and emotional internal injury have important effects in the pathogenesis of nodules of breast. Depression, qi stagnation, qi and blood loss, accumulation in the stomach and breast collaterals, obstruction of the channels and collaterals of the breast, and pain caused by obstruction of the channels and collaterals; liver qi transverse adversely affecting the stomach, spleen failing to transport and transform, phlegm turbidity produced internally, qi stagnation and blood stasis with phlegm accumulation as the core, and retained in milk along the meridians, so the milk is caked. The deficiency of liver and kidney and the disorder of Chong and ren meridians are also the important causes of mammary nodules. Kidneys are the root of the five zang organs, and kidneys generate essence to generate sex-stimulating essence, which stimulates Chong and ren meridians, and the Chong and ren meridians descend to the uterus, connect the breasts, and circulate qi and blood, with the milk going upwards and the meridian going downwards. For kidney-qi deficiency, disharmony of thoroughfare and conception vessels, qi and blood stagnation, accumulation of blood stasis in breast and uterus, or breast pain and agglomeration, or disorder of menstruation. In traditional Chinese medicine, liver soothing, qi regulating, blood circulation promoting and blood stasis removing methods are mostly adopted.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1
The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises 20g of fructus trichosanthis, 15g of pericarpium citri reticulatae viride, 15g of hawthorn, 20g of selfheal, 15g of angelica sinensis, 10g of rhizoma sparganii, 15g of semen cuscutae, 30g of oyster, 10g of curcuma zedoary, 15g of rhizoma alismatis, 30g of radix clematidis, 10g of liquorice, 20g of dandelion, 15g of edible tulip, 15g of fructus forsythiae and 10g of beautiful sweetgum fruit.
Toxicity of the Chinese medicinal composition of example 1 was examined.
Selecting 40 healthy mice, 20 mice each for male and female, dividing into 2 groups, feeding one group normally, feeding the other group with the decoction of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the example 1 except for the normal feeding (cleaning and soaking the traditional Chinese medicine composition, adding 3-6 times of distilled water or deionized water, decocting for 1-3h, filtering to obtain the decoction, repeating the steps for two times, combining the obtained decoctions, concentrating to 200mL to obtain the decoction of the traditional Chinese medicine composition), and continuously administering 5g of the decoction for 30 days every day. The mice were observed for growth status and active diet from the period of administration to one week after the discontinuation of the administration, and tested for hematuria routine. Compared with the control group, the mice in the experimental group have no difference. The traditional Chinese medicine composition in the example 1 is proved to be safe and reliable.
The therapeutic effect of the Chinese medicinal composition of example 1 was examined.
1. According to the Chinese medicine administration 'diagnosis curative effect standard of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome' (diffuse distending pain, dull pain and dull pain of breast, related to mood change and menstrual cycle, aggravation before menstruation and disappearance after menstruation; flat lumps with tenderness, lack of clear border and weak connection with surrounding tissues in the upper quadrant outside the breast, color Doppler ultrasound prompting mammary gland hyperplasia symptoms, infrared fluoroscopy mammary gland with unclear texture and gray symptom with increased and thickened blood vessel network; and X-ray radiography is normal in whole eyes):
firstly, healing: clinical symptoms and lumps completely disappear, and the breast is transparent and B-ultrasonic shows normal;
secondly, effect is displayed: clinical symptoms and lumps basically disappear after treatment, and no relapse occurs in half a year after the medicine is stopped; or the maximum diameter of the lump is reduced by more than 1/2, the clinical symptoms are obviously improved, and the breast penetration and B-ultrasonic are basically normal;
③ effective: the lump diameter is reduced to 1/2, the pain is relieved, and the breast penetration and B-ultrasound are slightly changed;
fourthly, invalidation: pain and other clinical symptoms do not improve or even worsen, and the mass does not shrink or rather increases and becomes hard, or the breast pain alone is relieved without shrinking the mass.
