The pharmaceutical composition for treating odontopathy provided by the embodiment of the invention is composed of 25-30 parts of radix angelicae, 10-15 parts of pepper, 20-25 parts of borneol, 10-15 parts of asarum, 10-15 parts of gallnut, 5-8 parts of cortex lycii radicis, 5-8 parts of cimicifugae foetidae, 5-8 parts of mint and 1-5 parts of other ingredients in parts by mass;
other types of furnish provided by embodiments of the present invention include microcrystalline cellulose and glycerin.

s103, cleaning and drying the weighed radix angelicae, pepper, borneol, asarum, gallnut, cortex lycii radicis, rhizoma cimicifugae and mint, and adding 500 ml of clear water to decoct for 1 hour;
s104, adding 1000 ml of clear water and the capsule glue solution again, decocting for 2 to 3 hours, filtering out medicine residues, and naturally cooling the medicine solution in a container to obtain a paste; subpackaging the paste into dough, sterilizing, and packaging.
As shown in fig. 2, the purifying the obtained glycerin raw material provided in the embodiment of the present invention to obtain purified glycerin includes:
s201, mixing a glycerol raw material with a diluent to obtain diluted glycerol, and adjusting the pH value of the diluted glycerol by using an acid-base regulator;
s202, standing and layering the glycerol with the adjusted pH value to obtain a primarily filtered glycerol product; heating and stirring the primarily filtered glycerol product, and removing the upper layer to obtain a secondarily filtered glycerol product;
s203, separating the glycerol product subjected to secondary filtration by using a liquefaction chromatograph, and collecting the glycerol elution component; and (3) recovering the solvent from the collected glycerin elution component by low-temperature reduced pressure distillation to obtain the high-purity glycerin.
The acid-base regulator provided by the embodiment of the invention can be dilute acid solution or carbon dioxide.
As shown in fig. 3, the preparation of microcrystalline cellulose according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s301, heating a hydrochloric acid solution to 45 ℃, adding bleached wood pulp into the heated hydrochloric acid solution while stirring, and carrying out heat preservation reaction for a period of time;
s302, adding pre-dissolved cellulase into the reactant, and hydrolyzing for 1 hour at 70-90 ℃; obtaining mixed slurry;
s303, ultrasonically crushing, rinsing and drying the mixed glue stock to obtain a microcrystalline cellulose solid; and washing the microcrystalline cellulose solid by using triple distilled water, and drying at 60 ℃ to obtain the microcrystalline cellulose.
The technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to specific examples.
Aiming at gingivitis and the like, the prescription is that dahurian angelica root, pricklyash peel, borneol, asarum, gallnut, cortex lycii radicis, largetrifolioliolious bugbane rhizome, mint and other ingredients, such as microcrystalline cellulose, capsule glue solution and the like are adopted, after the medicinal ingredients are combined, the medicament is mashed into a paste, kneaded into small pieces and the like with proper shapes, and the small pieces are inserted into the slits between the diseased teeth, or attached to the diseased gums, or inserted onto the diseased teeth (decayed teeth).

The pharmaceutical composition for treating dental diseases is characterized by comprising 25-30 parts by mass of radix angelicae, 10-15 parts by mass of pepper, 20-25 parts by mass of borneol, 10-15 parts by mass of asarum, 10-15 parts by mass of gallnut, 5-8 parts by mass of cortex lycii radicis, 5-8 parts by mass of cimicifugae foetidae, 5-8 parts by mass of mint and 1-5 parts by mass of other ingredients;
the other types of ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose and glycerin.
2. A method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition for treating dental diseases according to claim 1, wherein the method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition for treating dental diseases comprises the steps of:
step one, obtaining a glycerol raw material, and purifying the obtained glycerol raw material to obtain purified glycerol; simultaneously preparing microcrystalline cellulose;
weighing radix angelicae, pepper, borneol, asarum, gallnut, cortex lycii radicis, cimicifugae foetidae, mint, microcrystalline cellulose and glycerol in proportion;
step three, cleaning and drying the weighed angelica dahurica, pepper, borneol, asarum, gallnut, cortex lycii radicis, cimicifugae foetidae and mint, and adding 500 ml of clear water to decoct for 1 hour;
step four, adding 1000 ml of clear water and the capsule glue solution again, decocting for 2 to 3 hours, filtering out medicine residues, and putting the medicine solution into a container for natural cooling to obtain a paste; subpackaging the paste into dough, sterilizing, and packaging.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of purifying the glycerol source obtained in step one comprises:
mixing a glycerol raw material with a diluent to obtain diluted glycerol, and adjusting the pH value of the diluted glycerol by using an acid-base regulator;
standing and layering the glycerol after the pH value is adjusted to obtain a primarily filtered glycerol product; heating and stirring the primarily filtered glycerol product, and removing the upper layer to obtain a secondarily filtered glycerol product;
separating the glycerol product after the secondary filtration by using a liquefaction chromatogram, and collecting the eluted components of the glycerol; and (3) recovering the solvent from the collected glycerin elution component by low-temperature reduced pressure distillation to obtain the high-purity glycerin.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the pH modifying agent is a dilute acid solution or carbon dioxide.
5. The method of preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating dental diseases according to claim 2, wherein the step two, the preparing of the microcrystalline cellulose comprises:
(1) heating the hydrochloric acid solution to 45 ℃, adding bleached wood pulp into the heated hydrochloric acid solution while stirring, and carrying out heat preservation reaction for a period of time;
(2) adding pre-dissolved cellulase into the reactant, and hydrolyzing for 1 hour at 70-90 ℃; obtaining mixed slurry;
(3) ultrasonically crushing, rinsing and drying the mixed sizing material to obtain a microcrystalline cellulose solid; and washing the microcrystalline cellulose solid by using triple distilled water, and drying to obtain the microcrystalline cellulose.
6. The method of preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating dental conditions of claim 5 wherein said oven drying comprises: drying at 60 deg.C.
7. Use of a pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 for treating dental disorders in the manufacture of a medicament for treating or ameliorating dental disorders.
8. Use of a pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 for the treatment of dental disorders in the manufacture of a daily care product for the prevention of dental disorders.
9. The use of any one of claims 7 to 8, wherein the dental condition comprises caries, pulpitis, periodontitis, periapicalitis and gingivitis.
10. The application of any of claims 7-8, wherein the application further comprises:
the pharmaceutical composition for treating dental diseases is cut into a proper shape and directly applied to diseased gingiva, or applied to diseased teeth, or applied to diseased slits between teeth.
