Notwithstanding that the numerical ranges and parameters setting forth the broad scope of the invention are approximations, the numerical values set forth in the specific examples are reported as precisely as possible. Any numerical value, however, inherently contains certain errors necessarily resulting from the standard deviation found in their respective testing measurements.
The first aspect of the invention provides baby hair-washing shower gel, which comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 25-45 parts of a surfactant, 0.2-0.8 part of an active additive, 0.1-0.8 part of a humectant, 0.1-4 parts of a cationic conditioner, 0.1-4 parts of an auxiliary agent and 50-70 parts of water; the surfactant comprises at least one of alkyl glycoside nonionic surfactant, alkyl amino acid type surfactant and alkyl amphoteric surfactant.
The cationic conditioning agent in the present application is a cellulose polymer or the like ionized into cations in an aqueous solvent, and various cationic conditioning agents known to those skilled in the art can be selected, including but not limited to various quaternary ammonium salts. The moisturizer is a component capable of locking moisture to the skin and supplementing moisture to the skin, and various moisturizer components known to those skilled in the art can be selected, including but not limited to panthenol.
The surfactant is a component capable of reducing the surface tension of water, so that bubbles are generated in the baby hair-washing bath cream in the application in the using or rubbing process. The surfactant described herein includes alkyl glycoside nonionic surfactants and/or alkyl amino acid type surfactants and/or alkyl amphoteric surfactants.
The alkyl glycoside nonionic surfactant is an alkyl glycoside compound, which is synthesized from glucose and fatty alcohol and is a glycoside having a sugar unit of 2 or more in a complex glycoside compound.
In some embodiments, the number of alkyl carbon chains in the alkyl glycoside nonionic surfactant structure is 8 to 18; more preferably, the number of carbon chains is 8-14; further preferably, the alkyl glycoside nonionic surfactant has an alkyl carbon chain number of 12 and is lauryl glucoside (CAS: 110615-47-9).
The alkyl amino acid type surfactant described in the present application refers to a surfactant produced by reacting an amino acid with a hydrophobic substance, and the amino acid in the structure thereof is a long aliphatic chain amino acid structure. In some preferred embodiments, the number of alkyl carbon chains in the structure of the alkyl amino acid-type surfactant is the same as the number of alkyl carbon chains in the structure of the alkylglycoside nonionic surfactant, i.e., the alkyl amino acid-type surfactant is sodium lauroyl sarcosinate (CAS: 137-16-6).
The alkyl amphoteric surfactant described in the present application refers to a surfactant containing both an anionic hydrophilic group and a cationic hydrophilic group in the same molecule, and is most characterized in that it can give a proton and can accept a proton. In some preferred embodiments, the alkyl amphoteric surfactant is sodium alkyl amphoacetate; further preferably, the alkyl amphoteric sodium acetate is alkyl imidazoline type amphoteric sodium acetate; further preferably, the alkyl imidazoline type sodium amphoacetate is a linear alkyl imidazoline type; more preferably, the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl structure is 8-18 carbon atoms; more preferably, the number of carbon atoms is 8 to 14; further preferably, the number of carbon atoms is 12, namely, the sodium lauroamphoacetate is known as disodium lauryliminodiacetic acid (CAS: 66161-62-4).
The applicant finds that the bubble performance of the baby hair-washing bath cream can be improved to a great extent by optimizing and adjusting the specific components of the surfactant in the baby hair-washing bath cream, so that the foam quantity of the baby hair-washing bath cream is remarkably improved, and the baby hair-washing bath cream has higher foam quantity and fine and smooth foam in the experimental process. The applicant believes that the surfactant in the baby hair-washing bath lotion can easily form a liquid film on the surface of a system in the system due to the structural characteristics of the surfactant, obviously reduce the surface tension of the system due to the structural hydrophilic and lipophilic characteristics of the surfactant, and enable air in the environment to enter the solution to form large and small bubbles in the using or flowing process of the product. Because the alkyl chain length in the alkyl glycoside nonionic surfactant, alkyl amino acid type surfactant and alkyl amphoteric surfactant structure adopted in the application is reasonable, the alkyl chain can be fast migrated from the system, and is adsorbed on the surface of the system to form a later liquid film, so that the adsorption of more air in the environment is facilitated, and more foams are formed. In addition, lauryl glucoside, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium lauroyl amphoacetate are compounded and used, a large amount of the surfactant is adsorbed on the surface of the foam by utilizing the charge difference of the structure, the structure of sodium ions and the like is dispersed in the liquid film, so that surface electric double layers are formed on the two surfaces of the foam liquid film, when the liquid film is thinned, the repulsive force of the two surface electric layers is enhanced, the liquid film is prevented from being further thinned and cracked, and the foam amount generated in the system is ensured.
In some preferred embodiments, the surfactant further comprises sodium laureth-6 carboxylate (CAS: 33939-64-9) and PEG-7 olive oleate. The PEG-7 olive oleate is a component obtained by esterification reaction of olive oleic acid and PEG-7, is mainly obtained by carrying out polyoxyethylene esterification on the water-based derived olive oleic acid of olive extracts, is favorable for improving dry and tight skin feeling of skin after cleaning, and can be selected from commercially available Ncenasil olives PEG-7 water-soluble olive oil esters.
In some preferred embodiments, the weight ratio of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate to sodium lauroyl amphoacetate is (1.5-3): 1; preferably, the weight ratio of the sodium lauroyl sarcosinate to the sodium lauroyl amphoacetate is 2: 1.
The applicant finds that the bubble performance of the shower gel can be improved by regulating and controlling the components of the surfactant, and the foam stability of the shower gel can be effectively improved by regulating and controlling the component proportion of the surfactant, so that the shower gel is fine and smooth and is close to the skin. The applicant speculates that the charge balance of the formed foam can be regulated and controlled by optimally regulating and controlling the proportion of the components such as sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium lauroyl amphoacetate and the like, and the reduction of the thickness of a liquid film is avoided, so that the foam is prevented from being broken. Meanwhile, by adding a proper amount of sodium laureth-6 carboxylate (CAS: 33939-64-9) and PEG-7 olive oleate and utilizing the long polyether structure chain segment in the structure, the speed of adsorbing relatively small molecular surfactant components such as sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium lauroyl amphoacetate and the like in the system on the surface of a liquid film from the solution is promoted while the liquid film is formed on the surface of the system, and when the concentration and the density of the surfactant with a specific structure in the liquid film are not uniform due to the stimulation of external stress and the like on foam in the flowing process of the shower bath cream, the surfactant components in the liquid film and the stability of the liquid film with small density can be quickly adsorbed and supplemented, so that the stability of the surfactant components and the liquid film in the liquid film is ensured, the thickness and the degree of advance of the foam are ensured, and the stability of the shower cream is improved. In addition, the PEG-7 olive oleate plays a role in imparting fat, and the dry and tight skin feel of the skin after washing is improved through the fat imparting property, so that the skin becomes more elastic and softer.
In some embodiments, the active additive consists of honey extract, hydrolyzed collagen, and allantoin.
The honey extract is honey extract brewed in honeycomb by using Italian bee Apis mellifera L, Chinese bee Apis cerana Fabricius and the like, which are insects of the family Apidae, and mainly contains components such as sugar, organic acid, enzymes and the like. Natural honey extract of Melhydran LS 9876 from Pasteur Germany can be used. The honey extract mainly acts on the horny layer of the skin, has good water regulating effect and hygroscopicity, is particularly suitable for dry, rough and skin lacking water-retaining substances, can supplement natural moisturizing factors lost by the skin, enhances the water absorption of the horny layer of the skin, and can still absorb water from the atmosphere under the condition of low humidity to supplement the water loss of the horny layer. Can effectively regulate the water balance in the skin, and control the water content to be 12-15 percent so as to ensure the optimal hydration rate of the stratum corneum. Can directly participate in the hydration of the stratum corneum, rapidly soften the dry and hardened stratum corneum, and recover elasticity and softness. The moisture-retaining agent has a long-acting moisture-retaining effect, can lock moisture and prevent moisture loss in skin, has a direct moisture-retaining effect of more than 24 hours, does not have a sealing effect, and does not influence normal breathing of the skin. Furthermore, the honey extract can act as a plasticizer in the skin stratum corneum structure, keeping the stratum corneum with the best water retention effect, indirectly locking water. It can penetrate into the brick-slurry structure of stratum corneum to make lipid keep liquid crystal structure and form skin protective layer.
The hydrolyzed collagen in the application is hydrolyzed collagen, namely hydrolyzed animal protein; hydrolyzing collagen; hydrolyzing collagen; performing enzymolysis on collagen; a collagen hydrolysate; collagen (hydrolyzed), is a small molecule hydrolyzed protein hydrolysate of collagen obtained after hydrolysis. The hydrolyzed collagen structure contains hydrophilic natural moisturizing factors and hydrolyzed collagen with a triple-helix structure, so that the water can be strongly locked, and the skin is protected to maintain a moist and tender state. In addition, the molecules of the hydrolyzed collagen are small, so that the hydrolyzed collagen is very easy to be absorbed by the skin, and the absorbed hydrolyzed collagen is filled between the skin and the dermis to help increase the skin tightness, generate the skin tension and shrink pores of the skin, so that the skin becomes tight and elastic.
Allantoin, also known as N- (2, 5-dioxo-4-imidazolinyl) urea, described in the present application, has the molecular formula C4H6N4O3Is a hydantoin derivative. Because the amphoteric group is contained in the structure of the shower gel, the shower gel has the effects of protecting tissues, being hydrophilic, absorbing water, preventing water from diffusing and the like, has a protective effect on hair, can enable the hair not to be forked and continuously send out, and can also promote tissue growth, cell metabolism and soften cuticle protein.
In some preferred embodiments, the allantoin is the same as the honey extract in the baby shower gel; further preferably, the content of the hydrolyzed collagen is at least 40 wt% of the allantoin content; further preferably, the content of the hydrolyzed collagen is half of the content of the allantoin; further preferably, the weight ratio of the allantoin, the honey extract and the hydrolyzed collagen is 2:2: 1.
The applicant finds that when the active additive consisting of the honey extract, the hydrolyzed collagen and the allantoin is adopted in the baby hair-washing bath lotion, the mild type of the baby hair-washing bath lotion is improved to a great extent, the harm of ingredients such as preservatives in the system to the skin of a baby can be effectively reduced, and the use of the ingredients can be even reduced to a certain extent. Probably due to the characteristics of the components, the components have better synergistic effect. The allantoin structure contains amphoteric groups, and can remarkably improve the state of the skin stratum corneum and soften the stratum corneum after being absorbed by the skin. And the micromolecule amino acid in the hydrolyzed collagen structure can better enter the horny layer after being absorbed by the skin, can also promote the absorption of the honey extract, and can be filled between the dermis to increase the tightness and elasticity of the skin. Meanwhile, the water absorption effect of the strong water absorption groups in the structure of the honey extract supplements enough water for the skin cuticle, so that the hardened cuticle has better water retention and softness, the eating surface ensures that the skin has better lubricating elasticity, and the damages of allergy and the like caused by blocking pores by active ingredients in the system are avoided.
In addition, the applicant also unexpectedly discovers that the foam stability of the baby hair bath cream at high temperature can be further improved by regulating and controlling the components and the proportion of the surfactant and the active additive. The applicant speculates that the active additive component structure also contains amphoteric groups such as amino acid and the like, and can enter the formed foam liquid film to a certain extent, and further consolidate the arrangement tightness of the liquid film, and avoid the phenomenon that the foams are damaged and unstable due to violent movement of molecular chains under the stimulation of high temperature and the like.
In some embodiments, the adjunct comprises a thickener, a preservative, an odor modulator, an acid-base modulator, and a chelating agent.
The specific components used in the thickener of the present invention are not particularly limited, and specific components that may be selected include, but are not limited to, PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate. The specific choice of the preservative is not particularly limited in this application, and various preservative components known to those skilled in the art can be selected, including but not limited to phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; in some preferred embodiments, the content of the phenoxyethanol is not higher than the sum of the contents of the potassium sorbate and the sodium benzoate. The specific choice of the odor control agent is not particularly limited in this application and various ingredients known to those skilled in the art, such as perfume, may be selected. The specific choice of the pH modifier (i.e., pH modifier) is not particularly limited, and various components known to those skilled in the art, such as citric acid, may be used. The specific choice of the chelating agent is not particularly limited in this application, and various ingredients known to those skilled in the art, such as disodium EDTA, may be used.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the baby hair-washing shower gel, which comprises the following steps:
adding water and the surfactant into a reactor, stirring and mixing for 10-30 min, then adding the active additive, the humectant, the cationic conditioner and the auxiliary agent, and stirring and mixing to obtain the water-based organic silicon dioxide.
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples.
