Disclosure of Invention
However, in the door with the sensor shown in patent document 1, there is a problem that the assembly of the sensor is not considered for protecting the interior trim member of the sensor, and the interior trim member needs to be detached entirely at the time of maintenance operation, so that the operability is low.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide an interior trim component for a vehicle that can improve operability in the sensor assembly and can be easily detached in the sensor maintenance.
The above problems are solved by the following means. According to the present invention, there is provided an interior trim part for a vehicle, which is mounted on an indoor side of a door having a sensor disposed between a window glass and the interior trim part for the vehicle, the interior trim part comprising a lower interior trim part and an upper interior trim part, the lower interior trim part being disposed below a lower end portion of the sensor; the upper interior decoration member covers the upper end and the inner side of the sensor above the lower end of the sensor, and is attached so as to be separable from the lower interior decoration member at the upper end of the lower interior decoration member.
Since the upper interior trim member for covering the sensor is detachably attached to the lower interior trim member, the sensor can be assembled before the upper interior trim member is attached, and thus operability is improved. In addition, by removing the upper interior trim component, the sensor is removed, and operability in maintenance of the sensor is improved, for example, operation confirmation is performed.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the upper interior decorative member is assembled to the upper end portion of the lower interior decorative member in a direction inclined inward from the vertical direction when the upper interior decorative member is assembled to the lower interior decorative member.
When the upper interior decorative member is assembled from a direction inclined to the indoor side, the upper interior decorative member is assembled so as to be pressed to the outdoor side with respect to the lower interior decorative member, whereby occurrence of a gap between the members can be suppressed.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the sensor is fixed to the door by a plate-like member made of metal, and the upper interior trim member has a support portion that is supported by being in contact with the plate-like member to which the sensor is fixed when a load is applied from above or from the indoor side.
Even when a load is applied to the upper interior trim member by a passenger placing an elbow or the like, the load is transmitted to the plate-like member to which the sensor is fixed by the support portion coming into contact with the plate-like member, and the load is not directly applied to the sensor, so that the sensor can be protected.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the upper interior decorative member has an upper base member, an upper decorative member, and a first seal member, and the upper base member is connected to the lower interior decorative member; the upper decorative member covers the upper base member; the first seal member has a main body, a lip seal extending from the main body toward the window side, and a protruding piece protruding from the main body toward the indoor side, and is fixed by being sandwiched between the upper end of the upper base member and the upper end of the upper trim member by the protruding piece.
By providing the first sealing member at the upper portion of the sensor, intrusion of refuse, water droplets, or the like from above the sensor can be suppressed, and protection can be performed. Further, the upper end portion of the upper base member and the upper end portion of the upper decorative member sandwich the protruding piece protruding from the first seal member, so that the upper base member and the upper decorative member can be more firmly fixed.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the upper base member of the upper interior trim member has a lower support portion for supporting a lower side of the protruding piece and an upper support portion for supporting an upper side of the protruding piece, and the protruding piece of the first seal member is sandwiched between the lower support portion and the upper support portion.
Since the upper base member sandwiches the protruding piece of the first seal member with the upper support portion and the lower support portion, the first seal member can be temporarily fixed before the upper decorative member is attached to the upper base member, and operability can be improved.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the upper base member has a locking portion fixed to the upper decorative member by the fastening member, and the upper decorative member has an upper fixing portion for pressing and fixing the protruding piece of the first seal member from above, and the upper fixing portion is disposed so as not to overlap with the locking portion in the front-rear direction.
The upper fixing portion can prevent enlargement and make fixation more firm.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the lower interior trim member has a second seal member that closes a gap between the lower interior trim member and the window glass below a lower end portion of the sensor, and an exterior trim member; the external decorative member is provided below a lower end portion of the sensor and supports the second sealing member.
By providing the external decorative member, the second sealing member that blocks the space below the sensor can be fixed.
According to the present invention, the upper interior member for covering the sensor is detachably attached to the lower interior member, and the assembly and operation confirmation of the sensor can be performed before the upper interior member is attached, thereby improving operability.
Further, since the upper interior decorative member is assembled from a direction inclined to the indoor side, and is assembled so as to be pressed to the outdoor side with respect to the lower interior decorative member, it is possible to suppress occurrence of a gap between the members.
In addition, even when a load is applied to the upper interior trim member by placing the elbow or the like by the occupant in contact with the plate-like member for fixing the sensor, the load is transmitted to the plate-like member for fixing the sensor, and the load is not directly applied to the sensor, so that the sensor can be protected.
In addition, by providing the first sealing member at the upper portion of the sensor, intrusion of refuse, water drops, or the like from above the sensor can be suppressed, thereby protecting the sensor. Further, the upper end portion of the upper base member and the upper end portion of the upper decorative member sandwich the protruding piece protruding from the first seal member, so that the upper base member and the upper decorative member can be more firmly fixed.
In addition, since the upper base member sandwiches the protruding piece of the first seal member by the upper support portion and the lower support portion, the first seal member can be temporarily fixed before the upper decorative member is attached to the upper base member, and operability can be improved.
Further, since the upper decorative member has the upper fixing portion which is not overlapped with the locking portion in the front-rear direction, the fixing of the first seal member can be made more secure while suppressing an increase in size.
In addition, by providing the external decorative member below the sensor, the second sealing member that blocks the gap between the sensor and the window glass can be fixed.

Detailed Description
An interior trim component 10 for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 13.
The present embodiment relates to an invention of a vehicle interior part 10 attached to the indoor side of a door 1, and the door 1 is provided with a sensor module 3 (sensor) between a window glass 5 and the vehicle interior part 10. The vehicle interior part 10 includes a lower interior part 30 and an upper interior part 20, and the lower interior part 30 is disposed below the lower end 3a of the sensor module 3; the upper interior material 20 is attached to cover the upper end portion 3c and the inner side portion 3b of the sensor module 3 above the lower end portion 3a of the sensor module 3 so as to be separable from the lower interior material 30 at the upper end portion 30a of the lower interior material 30.
As indicated by arrows in fig. 1 and 2, a vehicle (not shown) provided with the door 1 has a traveling direction of a front side and a rear side of the opposite side. That is, the "front-rear direction" in the following description means the front-rear direction when the passenger sits. The width direction of the door 1 indicates the lateral width direction of the door 1, and indicates the direction from the inside to the outside. The "vertical direction" indicates the height direction of the door 1, and corresponds to the vertical direction of the door 1 seen from the side.
The door 1 is a door provided in a vehicle, and a window 4 opened and closed by a window glass 5 and an interior trim 10 for a vehicle below the window 4 are attached to a door frame 2. As described above, the interior member 10 for a vehicle includes the upper interior member 20 disposed at the upper portion and the lower interior member 30 disposed at the lower portion. The lower interior trim member 30 is configured by a center portion 31 disposed near the center of the interior trim member 10 for the vehicle, and a bottom portion 32 disposed below the center portion 31. A door handle 60 used by a passenger to slide the door 1 is provided in the center portion 31, and a beverage holder 33 and a power window switch 34 for moving the window glass 5 upward and downward are provided in the bottom portion 32.
The vehicle door 1 is a G-PSD (Gesture Control Power Slide Door) equipped with a sensor module 3, the sensor module 3 includes a noncontact electrostatic sensor 8, and the sensor module 3 is provided between a vehicle interior member 10 and a window glass 5 (see fig. 10 to 12). The sensor module 3 is provided with a noncontact electrostatic sensor 8 and a wire harness (not shown) inside a resin, elongated housing 9. An opening 9a is formed in the housing 9 of the sensor module 3 so as to coincide with the position of the noncontact electrostatic sensor 8. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sensor module 3 is formed in an elongated shape and is provided along the upper end portion 30a of the lower interior member 30.
When a passenger sits on the vehicle, the door 1 can be opened and closed, stopped, or the like by swinging the sensor module 3 by hand from the outside of the vehicle. For example, as shown in fig. 3, a passenger swings the sensor module 3 by hand 6 and moves the sensor module in the front-rear direction (arrow C direction), and the non-contact electrostatic sensor 8 of the sensor module 3 senses the movement, and the non-contact electrostatic sensor 8 transmits a signal to a drive device, not shown, ECU (Electronic Control Unit) to open and close the door 1, thereby sliding the door in the rear direction.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, even when the window glass 5 is at the lowest position, it is desirable that the sensor module 3 is not directly contacted from the outside. Therefore, the height of the lowest position of the window glass 5 from the window lower end is set to be higher than the height L (about 45 mm) of the sensor module 3. The metal sensor mounting member 7 of the sensor module 3, which is formed in a plate shape, is mounted on the inner side portion 3b of the sensor module 3, and is mounted on the upper end portion 30a of the lower interior member 30 of the door 1 by a fastening member such as a bolt through an L-shaped mounting portion provided at the lower end of the sensor mounting member 7. That is, the lower interior member 30 is disposed below the lower end portion 3a of the sensor module 3.
The upper interior decoration member 20 of the present embodiment is attached above the lower end portion 3a of the sensor module 3, and is attached to the upper end portion 30a of the lower interior decoration member 30 so as to cover at least the upper end portion 3c and the inner side portion 3b of the sensor module 3. The lower interior decoration member 30 and the upper interior decoration member 20 are configured to be separable, and the upper interior decoration member 20 is detachably fixed to the lower interior decoration member 30 by a clip 24 and a guide portion 25 which are provided inside the upper interior decoration member 20, which will be described later. Therefore, before the upper interior decoration member 20 is assembled to the lower interior decoration member 30, the sensor module 3 can be mounted to the upper end portion 30a of the lower interior decoration member 30, and the workability in assembly can be improved. In addition, when the door 1 as the G-PSD is maintained, the operation of the noncontact electrostatic sensor 8 of the sensor module 3, the replacement of the sensor module 3, and the like can be confirmed by simply removing the upper interior trim member 20 from the lower interior trim member 30, and the operability in the maintenance is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, when the sensor module 3 is assembled to the vehicle door 1, the sensor module is mounted from the upper side toward the lower side (in the direction of arrow a in fig. 2) before the upper side interior trim member 20 is assembled. In the present embodiment, after the sensor module 3 is fixed by the fastening member, the upper interior trim member 20 is assembled in a direction inclined to the indoor side with respect to the up-down direction (the arrow B direction in fig. 2, 11, and 12).
The upper interior decoration member 20 is assembled to the lower interior decoration member 30 from a direction inclined to the indoor side, and is fixed to the lower interior decoration member 30 so as to be pressed to the outdoor side. Therefore, compared to the case of assembling in the up-down direction, the occurrence of a gap between the upper interior trim member 20 and the lower interior trim member 30 can be suppressed.
The upper interior trim component 20 will be described with reference to fig. 4 to 8. Fig. 4 is a side view of the upper interior trim component 20 seen from the outside of the vehicle door, and fig. 5 is an enlarged view of the upper interior trim component 20 shown in enlarged form in a portion D of fig. 4. Fig. 6 is a sectional view taken along line VI-VI of fig. 5, fig. 7 is a sectional view taken along line VII-VII of fig. 5, and fig. 8 is a sectional view taken along line VIII-VIII of fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 4, the upper interior trim member 20 is an elongated member formed along the lower end portion of the window 4, and is formed integrally with the sensor module 3 so as to cover the upper end portion 3c and the inner side portion 3b as described above. The upper interior decoration member 20 includes an upper base member 21 coupled to the upper end 30a of the lower interior decoration member 30, an upper decoration member 22 covering the upper base member 21, and a first seal member 40.
The first seal member 40 is a member that closes a gap between the window glass 5 and the upper end portion 20a of the upper interior trim member 20. The upper interior trim member 20 includes a main body 41 formed along a longitudinal direction (front-rear direction) of an upper end portion 20a of the upper interior trim member 20, a lip seal portion 42 extending from an outer side portion of the main body 41 to an outdoor side, and a protruding piece 43 protruding from an inner side portion of the main body 41 to an indoor side. Further, an auxiliary lip 44 is provided to extend from the lower end portion of the main body 41. By the lip seal 42 abutting (see fig. 11) the window glass 5, the gap between the upper interior trim member 20 and the window glass 5 is closed. As shown in fig. 11 to 13, the auxiliary lip 44 abuts against the sensor module 3.
The first seal member 40 is fixed by being sandwiched by the upper end portion 21a (lower support portion) of the upper base member 21 and the upper end portion 22a (upper support portion) of the upper decorative member 22 by the protruding piece 43.
The tip 43a of the protruding piece 43 is formed in a key shape. As shown in fig. 6, a groove portion 21b is formed in a part of the upper end portion 21a of the upper base member 21, and the cross section thereof is formed in an L-shape and extends in the longitudinal direction (front-rear direction). The protruding piece 43 of the first seal member 40 is supported from below by the upper end portion 21a of the upper base member 21 by inserting the tip 43a of the protruding piece 43 formed in a key shape into the groove portion 21b of the upper base member 21.
As shown in fig. 8, a plurality of claw portions 21c for pressing the protruding pieces 43 from above are formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction (front-rear direction) at the upper end portion 21a of the upper base member 21. Therefore, when the upper interior trim member 20 is assembled, the tip 43a of the protruding piece 43 of the first seal member 40 is temporarily inserted into the groove 21b at the upper end 21a of the upper base member 21, and the protruding piece 43 is pressed by the claw portion 21c. Accordingly, the first seal member 40 can be temporarily fixed to the upper end portion 21a of the upper base member 21. By temporarily fixing, the operator can concentrate on the joining of the upper base member 21 and the upper decorative member 22 at the time of assembly, and the upper inner decorative member 20 can be easily assembled.
A locking portion 23 for fixing to the upper decorative member 22 is provided at the lower end portion 21d of the upper base member 21. The locking portion 23 is formed with a through hole into which the fastening member 26 is inserted, and the upper decorative member 22 is formed with a screw hole 28 at a position corresponding to the locking portion 23. The upper side interior decoration member 20 is completed by fixing the upper base member 21 to which the first seal member 40 is temporarily fixed to the upper decoration member 22 using the fastening member 26.
The upper trim member 22 is a member that appears on the vehicle interior side, and a plurality of ribs 22b (upper fixing portions) are provided at intervals at the upper end portion 22 a. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the rib 22b presses the protruding piece 43 of the first seal member 40 from above, and the first seal member 40 is fixed to the upper interior trim member 20.
Next, the clip 24 and the guide portion 25 for attaching the upper interior trim member 20 to the lower interior trim member 30 will be described. The clips 24 and the guides 25 are alternately arranged at intervals inside the upper base member 21 of the upper interior trim member 20. As shown in fig. 6, the tip of the clip 24 is provided on the inner side of the upper base member 21, and extends obliquely upward and downward toward the outdoor side. The clip 24 has a biasing portion 24a extending from the distal end to the proximal end thereof, and is fixed by inserting the clip 24 into an insertion hole 36a formed in a clip insertion portion 36 described later. The width E1 of the clip 24 is formed to be larger than the width E2 (see fig. 11) of the insertion hole 36 a.
The guide portion 25 is a member for guiding the direction in which the upper interior decoration member 20 is attached to the arrow B so that the clip 24 of the upper interior decoration member 20 can be easily inserted into the insertion hole 36a of the clip insertion portion 36 of the lower interior decoration member 30. The guide portion 25 is provided below the clip 24 at the lower end of the upper base member 21, and the tip of the guide portion 25 is formed so as to extend obliquely to the vertical direction and toward the outside of the room.
Further, a guide insertion portion 37 into which the guide portion 25 is inserted is provided at the upper end portion 30a (more precisely, the center base member 39) of the lower interior trim member 30, and the upper interior trim member 20 is guided by inserting the guide portion 25 into the insertion hole 37a of the guide insertion portion 37 when the upper interior trim member 20 is mounted. Accordingly, the clip 24 is easily inserted into the clip insertion portion 36, and the assembly is easy. When the upper interior decorative member 20 is assembled to the lower interior decorative member 30, the guide portion 25 is attached from a direction inclined with respect to the vertical direction (arrow B direction), and the upper interior decorative member 20 is assembled so as to be pressed to the outdoor side with respect to the lower interior decorative member 30, whereby occurrence of a gap between the upper interior decorative member 20 and the lower interior decorative member 30 can be suppressed.
The lower interior trim component 30 will be described with reference to fig. 9 to 13. Fig. 9 is a side view of the interior trim part 10 for a vehicle seen from the vehicle outside, and fig. 10 is a side view of the interior trim part 10 for a vehicle showing a state in which the exterior trim part 35, the first seal member 40, and the second seal member 50 are detached. The sensor module 3 is not shown in fig. 9 and 10. Fig. 11 is a sectional view taken along line XI-XI of fig. 9, and is a view showing the relationship between the clip 24 and the clip insertion portion 36. Fig. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XII-XII in fig. 9, and shows a relationship between the guide portion 25 and the guide insertion portion 37. Fig. 13 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XIII-XIII of fig. 9.
As shown in fig. 9 and 11 to 13, the external decorative member 35 is a member provided below the sensor module 3. As shown in fig. 9, since the sensor module 3 shown by a broken line is disposed at the front portion of the upper interior trim member 20, the front portion of the outer side surface of the upper interior trim member 20 is shielded. However, since the sensor module 3 is not disposed at the rear portion, the rear portion of the upper interior trim member 20 is exposed to the outside as shown in fig. 10. Therefore, the plate-like member 35a serving as a shield is provided on the exterior member 35, and is configured to block the rear portion of the upper interior member 20.
A second seal member 50 is attached to the outer side portion 35b of the exterior member 35 to seal the gap between the lower interior member 30 and the window glass 5. The second seal member 50 is provided with a main body 51 and a lip seal portion 52, and the main body 51 is fixed to the exterior member 35 by an adhesive or the like; the lip seal portions 52 are provided in two on the outer side portions of the main body 51.
As described above, the auxiliary lip 44 provided at the lower end of the first seal member 40 abuts against the outer side surface of the sensor module 3, thereby preventing the intrusion of refuse or the like between the upper interior decorative member 20 and the sensor module 3.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the sensor mounting member 7 to which the sensor module 3 is mounted supports the indoor side portion of the housing 9. The upper end of the sensor attachment member 7 extends to the upper end of the housing 9, and is configured to be capable of abutting against a rib 27 (supporting portion) extending downward from the inner side of the upper base member 21, as shown in fig. 12. Therefore, for example, when a load is applied to the passenger's elbow placed on the upper interior trim member 20, the load is transmitted to the sensor mounting member 7 (plate-like member) made of metal through the rib 27 of the upper base member 21, so that the load is not directly applied to the sensor module 3, and the sensor module 3 can be protected.
As shown in fig. 11, a clip insertion portion 36 is provided at an upper end of the center base member 39, and an insertion hole 36a for inserting the clip 24 is formed at a top of the clip insertion portion 36. In addition, as described above, the width E2 of the insertion hole 36a is formed smaller than the width E1 of the clip 24, and when the clip 24 is inserted, the urging portion 24a of the clip 24 is hung around the insertion hole 36a, and once inserted, is hardly detached.
As shown in fig. 12, a guide insertion portion 37 for inserting the guide portion 25 is provided at the upper end portion of the center base member 39, that is, at the upper end portion 30a of the lower interior trim member 30, and an insertion hole 37a for inserting the guide portion 25 is formed in the guide insertion portion 37.
