An automatic assembly detection packaging machine for spaced pin header connectors, comprising: frame A (1) and frame B (12), its characterized in that, frame A (1) is located one side of frame B (12), the top of frame A (1) is provided with the equipment mechanism, the top of frame B (12) is provided with detection mechanism, the equipment mechanism is located one side of detection mechanism, the top of frame A (1) is provided with presss from both sides and gets the mechanism.

The automatic assembling, detecting and packaging machine for the spaced PIN connector according to claim 1, wherein the assembling mechanism comprises a vibrating disk A (2), a dislocation mechanism (3), an ear buckle positioning module A (4), an ear buckle positioning module B (6), a track I (7), an AC servo module (8), a material sweeping module (9), a pressing module (10), a PIN inserting PIN module (11) and two ear buckle modules (5), the vibrating disk A (2) is arranged on the top of one side of the rack A (1), the track I (7) is arranged in the center of the top of the rack A (1), the dislocation mechanism (3) and the ear buckle positioning module A (4) are sequentially arranged on the top of the rack A (1), the dislocation mechanism (3) and the ear buckle positioning module A (4) are both arranged on the front side of the track I (7), the two ear buckle modules (5) are symmetrically arranged on the top of the rack A (1), the two ear inserting buckle modules (5) are positioned at the rear side of the first rail (7), the ear buckle positioning module B (6) is arranged at the top of the frame A (1), and the ear clip positioning module B (6) is positioned at one side of the first track (7) far away from the ear insertion module (5), the alternating current servo module (8) and the PIN inserting module (11) are both fixedly connected to the top of the rack A (1), the alternating current servo module (8) and the PIN inserting module (11) are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the track I (7), the PIN inserting module (11) is provided with a cutting mechanism, the sweeping module (9) and the pressing module (10) are both arranged at the top of the frame A (1), the sweeping module (9) and the pressing module (10) are located on the same horizontal line, and a terminal clamping mechanism is arranged at the top of the rack A (1).

The automatic assembling, detecting and packaging machine for the spaced pin connector according to claim 2, wherein the detecting mechanism comprises a defective-arrangement mechanism (13), a linear feeder (14), a suction cap assembling cylinder (15), a CCD lens (16), a display screen (17), a suction frame (18), a packaging module (19) and a second rail (20), the defective-arrangement mechanism (13) is arranged at the top of the frame B (12), the second rail (20) is abutted against the first rail (7), the defective-arrangement mechanism (13) is arranged at the rear side of the second rail (20), the linear feeder (14) is arranged at the top of the frame B (12), the linear feeder (14) is arranged at one side of the defective-arrangement mechanism (13), the suction cap assembling cylinder (15) is arranged at the front side of the second rail (20), CCD camera lens (16) are installed at the top of frame B (12), display screen (17) set up the rear side at frame B (12) top, just display screen (17) and CCD camera lens (16) electric connection, absorb the top that frame (18) set up at frame B (12), just absorb the tip that frame (18) are located track two (20), one side of track (7) is kept away from at frame B (12) top to packaging module (19) fixed connection.
