In this embodiment, the order payment control system further includes an automatic storage and material preparation system, and the automatic storage and material preparation system is used for storing raw materials, seasonings, edible oil and clean water required for cooking dishes. The automatic storage material preparation system is used for extracting raw materials, seasonings and other materials which are required to be used in the cooking process according to the information of the transmission signals of the unmanned cooker equipment 2, and aims to store the materials, so that the materials can be called in real time according to the requirements in the cooking process.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the automatic fresh food identification unit 22 is configured to perform precise matching and approximate comparison between names and pictures of the dish raw materials and the seasonings identified according to the transmission signal of the automatic corresponding recipe unit 23 and information stored in the automatic storage and material preparation system 6, so as to prepare for a subsequent automatic weighing and material distribution process, and specifically, accurately identify raw materials required by the dish.
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the automatic weighing and distributing unit 21 is configured to combine the name of the dish material and the result information of the picture identified by the transmission signal of the automatic corresponding recipe unit 23 with the picture and the usage result information received in the automatic storage material preparation system 6, accurately compare the result information of the name and the picture with the storage information in the automatic storage material preparation system 6, and then extract the corresponding dish material from the automatic storage material preparation system 6 according to the comparison result and the usage amount required by the dish, so as to extract the material with the usage amount required by the dish for standby and prepare for the next transportation.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the automatic transporting and transferring unit 24 is used for transporting the raw materials and seasonings of the extracted dishes to the automatic dish preparing and pouring unit 25, so as to realize the automatic transportation of the raw materials and seasonings required for the dishes and prepare for the automatic pouring of the raw materials and seasonings required for the dishes.
Referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment, the automatic dish preparing and pouring unit 25 is configured to control, according to the order payment control system 1, to add clean water or/and edible oil or/and raw materials or/and seasonings into the pot 271 according to the amount and adding time required by dishes in the cooking process, and to control the corresponding cooking time, so that the dishes cooked by the cooker are good in color, flavor and taste, and the manpower can be liberated to a certain extent, and the degree of intelligence is high.
Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment, the automatic dish preparing and pouring unit 25 includes a bottom plate 251 installed on the first partition plate 52, a rotary member 252 and a driving mechanism, the shape of the bottom plate 251 is substantially the same as that of the second partition plate 53, and the rotary member 252 on the bottom plate 251 is driven by the driving mechanism to rotate around the central axis of the bottom plate 251, so as to solve the problems that the main raw materials and the ingredient raw materials in the dish raw materials are various and the ripening speed of the main raw materials and the ingredient raw materials are not consistent with each other. The circumference of the rotary member 252 is provided with a plurality of bearing seats 253 through bolts, the distance between the bearing seats 253 is equal, the bearing seats 253 are trapezoidal in shape, and the bearing seats 253 are respectively provided with a material distributing bowl 254 for temporarily storing raw materials of dishes. The bearing seat 253 is provided with a blind hole which is matched with the bottom of the material distributing bowl 254.
In this embodiment, the trapezoidal opening part card of bottom plate 251 is equipped with upset piece 255, upset piece 255 drives through clockwise rotation and divides the upset of material bowl 254 to make it pour into the pot body 271 with the dish raw and other materials in, the purpose is in order to realize adding the main raw and other materials and the batching raw and other materials in the required raw and other materials of dish for the automation, and then accelerates the efficiency of culinary art dish.

The automatic pot-tilting and material-pouring unit 27 is used for continuously stirring and frying dishes in the cooking process according to the regulation and control instruction of the order payment control system 1, and the mode of stirring and frying the dishes by the unmanned cooker equipment 2 has two modes, which are respectively: (1) through the turning over of the pan body 271; (2) stir-frying along the inner wall of the pan body 271 by a stir-frying shovel.
Referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, the automatic pot-pouring unit 27 includes a pot body 271, a rotating shaft for fixing the pot body 271, and a stir-frying shovel movably engaged with the pot body 271, the rotating shaft and a motor are respectively fixed at corresponding positions on the circumferential side of the pot body 271, the other end of the rotating shaft is fixed on the inner wall of the casing 5 through a coupling, and the motor is fixed on the inner wall of the casing 5 through a bolt. The side of the pot body 271 is provided with a plurality of supporting sleeves 272 for placing dishes, and the supporting sleeves 272 are vertically positioned below the pot body 271 so as to ensure that dishes cooked by rotating the pot body 271 can be completely poured into the dishes. The support sleeves 272 are supported on the second partition plate 53 by support rods. In the cooking process, the food is guaranteed to be complete in color, aroma and taste through three ways of turning the pan body 271, stir-frying the food along the inner wall of the pan body 271 by the stir-frying shovel and stir-frying the food in the pan body.
In this embodiment, accurate control by temperature change culinary art unit is used for according to the difficult degree that dish raw and other materials are ripe and the accurate firepower of controlling pot body 271 below of the demand of the culinary art period of being in, and the purpose is that the dish color and luster that the assurance was cooked and is attractive and sell outstanding.

A method for controlling an unmanned cooking machine based on an order payment system is characterized in that: the unmanned cooker comprises an order payment control system and unmanned cooker equipment, wherein the order payment control system comprises a network ordering payment module and an order automatic sequencing module; the order payment control system is used for receiving and predicting the information signal of the cooked dish time length of the unmanned dish frying machine equipment and sending a delivery time period to the network ordering payment module, wherein the delivery time period is the time interval between the earliest serving time and the latest delivery time;
the network ordering payment module is used for implementing charging according to the name and the quantity of the dishes, automatically jumping to an interface for displaying a delivery time period after successful payment, and transmitting ordering information to the order automatic sequencing module through signals; the automatic order sorting module is used for sorting the order of the dishes to be cooked according to the order placing sequence number and the dish names and transmitting the sequence information to the unmanned cooker equipment through signals.

The method of controlling an unmanned frying machine based on an order payment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the order payment control system further comprises an automatic storage and preparation system for extracting raw materials and seasonings required for a cooking process according to information of the transmission signal of the unmanned frying machine.

The method of controlling an unmanned dish machine based on an order payment system of claim 1, wherein the unmanned dish machine equipment comprises an automatic weighing and distributing unit, an automatic fresh-food identifying unit, an automatic corresponding recipe unit, an automatic conveying and transferring unit, an automatic dish preparing and pouring unit, a precise temperature control cooking unit, an automatic pot pouring unit and a continuous dish-filling and washing unit;
unmanned machine of cooking equipment include the casing and with the apron of casing adaptation, be provided with first division board and second division board in the casing.

The method of controlling an unmanned frying machine based on an order payment system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the automatic order sorting module is configured to signal order number information to an automatic corresponding recipe unit, the automatic corresponding recipe unit is configured to compare name information in the order of the dishes one by one according to the stored recipe information and output a comparison result;
the comparison result output by the automatic corresponding menu unit comprises: the automatic corresponding menu unit extracts names and pictures of the dish raw materials and the seasonings from the comparison result and transmits the information to the automatic fresh-keeping identification unit through signals; the automatic corresponding menu unit extracts pictures and the use amount of the dish raw materials and the seasonings from the comparison result and transmits the information to the automatic weighing and distributing unit through signals.

The method of controlling an unmanned frying machine based on an order payment system of claim 3, wherein the automatic fresh-identification unit is used for precisely matching names of dishes in the automatic storage and preparation system according to names of raw materials and seasonings of the dishes, approximately comparing pictures of the dishes in the automatic storage and preparation system according to the pictures of the raw materials and the seasonings of the dishes, and signaling result information of the matched and compared names and pictures to the automatic storage and preparation system.

The method for controlling an unmanned frying machine based on an order payment system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the automatic weighing and distributing unit is used for accurately comparing the result information of the picture and the dosage received in the automatic storage and preparation system with the stored information in the automatic storage and preparation system according to the name and the result information of the picture, and extracting the materials in the comparison result from the automatic storage and preparation system according to the dosage required by the dishes.
7. The method of controlling an unmanned fryer based on an order payment system of claim 6, wherein the automatic transfer unit is adapted to transport raw materials and spices of the extracted dish to the automatic dish preparation and pouring unit;
the automatic dish-preparing and material-pouring unit comprises a bottom plate, a rotary part and a driving mechanism, wherein the bottom plate is arranged on the first partition plate, and the driving mechanism drives the rotary part to rotate around the central axis of the bottom plate; the bottom plate is provided with a turnover piece for dumping vegetables;
the automatic dish-preparing and material-pouring unit further comprises a material-placing chamber positioned between the first partition plate and the second partition plate.
8. The method of controlling an unmanned fryer based on an order payment system of claim 7, wherein the automatic pot dumping unit is used to regulate the automatic recipe dumping unit to assist in its cooking of dishes according to the order payment control system.

The method of controlling an unmanned cooking machine based on an order payment system of claim 3, wherein the precise temperature controlled cooking unit is used for precisely controlling the fire according to the difficulty of cooking the raw materials of dishes and the fire requirement of the cooking period.

The method for controlling an unmanned cooking machine based on an order payment system as claimed in any one of claims 7-9, wherein the continuous dish-loading and pot-washing unit is used for selecting whether dishes are subjected to dish-loading treatment according to whether the dishes are ripe or not and regulating the automatic dish-mixing and material-pouring unit to perform injection of clear water according to the order payment control system after the dish-loading is completed, and the clear water is used for cooking and washing the pot body;
the continuous dish-loading and pot-washing unit comprises a pot body and a stir-frying shovel movably matched with the pot body, corresponding positions of the periphery of the pot body are fixed on the shell through a rotating shaft and a motor respectively, a plurality of supporting sleeves are arranged below the pot body, and the supporting sleeves are fixed on the second partition plate through supporting rods.
