the lower pressing component 22 is driven by the rotating motor 21 to rotate reversely, and the paper cup is reset to the initial state; the step is used for ensuring that the upper pressing component is lifted in space, and if the upper pressing component is still in a twisted state, the paper cup can leave along with the upper pressing component;

the tray 3 is drawn outwards to drive the paper cup to leave the lower frame 11, the sliding rod 14 loses downward pressure, and the movable plate 12 is driven by the torsion spring to reset downwards and the sliding rod 14 resets upwards.
After the paper cup is completely drawn out, the hot air blower 131 is started, hot air generated by the hot air blower 131 is discharged to the air outlet ring 132, the hot air is discharged to the corresponding upper pressing assembly 4 and the corresponding containing cover 222, and the upper pressing assembly 4 and the containing cover 222 are dried; for subsequent processing;
in order to improve the detection precision, a sensor can be installed in the containing cover to detect whether water exists.

Disposable paper cup three-dimensional strength detection device, its characterized in that: the paper cup machine comprises a lower machine base, wherein the lower machine base comprises a lower frame body, a lower movable plate and an upper movable plate, a tray is inserted into the top inside the lower frame body, a plurality of paper cup main bodies are arranged in the tray, the lower movable plate is slidably installed at the bottom inside the lower frame body, twisting assemblies distributed in a rectangular array mode are arranged on the surface of the lower movable plate, and the twisting assemblies are oppositely arranged under the paper cup main bodies;
the top surface of the lower frame body is provided with an upright post, the top end of the upright post is provided with an upper box body, the bottom inside the upper box body is inserted with a tray, a plurality of paper cup main bodies are inverted inside the tray, and the top inside the upper box body is provided with a pressurizing assembly which is used for applying pressure to the inverted paper cup main bodies to detect the vertical strength of the paper cups;
