本发明公开了一种排气管二次燃烧设备,其是将排气管的DOC与发动机汽缸间的排气管分割成两段,在两段间连通有一壳体,在壳体内设弧形挡板,弧形挡板的凹面与气流方向相对。本发明通过弧形挡板对尾气的阻拦并使尾气中颗粒燃烧,使通过DOC的尾气中的颗粒减少,再在DOC、DPF和SCR的作用,使排放的尾气达到国六标准,解决了排气管堵塞的问题,延长了排气管的使用寿命,减轻了车辆使用的成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车排气管,具体涉及一种排气管二次燃烧设备。
背景技术
柴油汽车在发动机点火后,往往由于柴油燃烧不够充分,造成柴油汽车的排气管产生积碳,时间久了,排气管内的积碳就越多,就易发生排气管被堵的现象。发动机的工作是分为四步的(吸气→压缩→做功→排气),如果排气管被堵,自然新一轮工作循环的吸排气环节也会受阻,导致发动机出现熄火的情况,或者使汽车打不着火。由于排气管价格比较昂贵,维修和更换排气管增加了车辆的日常运营成本。即使排气管由于积碳没有被完全堵住,但车辆在加速的时候可能就显得比较无力了,这又会造成油耗的增加以及因积碳的增多使排气管进一步被堵的可能。
目前,国内油质与国六排放技术要求不能完全匹配,使排气管内的DOC(柴油机氧化型催化器)、DPF(柴油颗粒过滤器)、SCR(选择性催化还原技术)严重超负荷运行,大大降低了DPF、SCR的使用寿命,使排气管DPF、SCR损害,造成排气管维修更换费用太大,车主往往无法承受高昂的维修费用。
发明内容
针对现有柴油汽车排气管所存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种排气管二次燃烧设备,该排气管能够有效防堵,使用寿命长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种排气管二次燃烧设备,包括发动机汽缸以及与发动机汽缸连接的排气管,所述排气管的DOC与发动机汽缸间的排气管被分割成两段,在两段间连通一壳体,在壳体内设弧形挡板,弧形挡板的凹面与气流方向相对。
在临近发动机汽缸的壳体内设喷油嘴,喷油嘴与车辆的供油管连接。
本发明采用上述技术方案所设计的排气管二次燃烧设备,通过在排气管的DOC与发动机汽缸间的排气管间加接一壳体,在壳体内设凹面与气流方向相对的弧形挡板,并在壳体内设喷油嘴,通过弧形挡板对尾气的阻拦并使尾气中颗粒燃烧,使通过DOC的尾气中的颗粒减少,再在DOC、DPF和SCR的作用,不仅使排放的尾气达到国六标准,而且排气管不易堵塞,延长了排气管的使用寿命,减轻了车辆使用的成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明排气管二次燃烧设备作具体说明。
参见图1,改进前的柴油汽车排气管,排气管2与柴油汽车的发电机汽缸1连接,排气管2内的DOC-柴油机氧化型催化器为尾气后处理的第一步,是将氧化废气中的一氧化碳、碳氢化合物转化为无害的CO2和H2O的装置,并将NO转化为NO2。DPF-柴油颗粒过滤器置于DOC后面,可以在微粒排放物进入大气之前将其捕捉,从而降低尾气排放的颗粒物。当装置捕捉颗粒物的同时,还会对捕捉的颗粒物进行氧化消解,使DPF再生。SCR-选择性催化还原技术是针对柴油车尾气排放中NOx的一项处理工艺,即在催化剂的作用下,喷入还原剂氨或尿素,把尾气中的NOx还原成N2和H2O。当DOC上的温度达到350℃左右时,通过DOC与DPF间的喷嘴喷油加热650℃,碳可燃烧分解70%以上,再通过DPF捕捉20%,再过尿素液化学反应后使排放达国六标准。在使用过程中,排气管DOC内的压力造成DOC烧坏熔解,减少DPF内的DOC分解物进入,使DPF堵死,失去DPF效果使排气管提前进入失效。
本发明排气管二次燃烧设备,参见图2,包括发动机汽缸1以及与发动机汽缸1连接的排气管2,排气管2的DOC与发动机汽缸1间的排气管被分割成两段,在两段间连通一壳体4,在壳体4内设弧形挡板3,弧形挡板3的凹面与排气管内气流的方向正对,在临近发动机汽缸1的壳体4内设喷油嘴5,喷油嘴5与车辆的供油管连接用于向壳体4内喷油以燃烧尾气中颗粒物。从发动机汽缸1排出的尾气进入到壳体4后,在弧形挡板3处经过缓冲使弧形挡板3处的温度达到400℃左右,喷油嘴5喷油加大了尾气中的颗粒燃烧,通过缓冲回暖加大了尾气燃烧分解使排气管不容易堵塞。当排气温度通过弧形挡板3的阻止而下降,则提升弧形挡板3的温度满足碳化物分解及熔解,尾气中的颗粒物在弧形挡板3处以及DOC与DPF间形成两次燃烧,大大降低了排气管内的DOC和DPF的负担,延长了DOC和DPF的使用寿命。
对于本发明的自动再生功能,当压差传感器检测到压差,传感器电压为3V(康明斯2V)时,设备将开启自动再生功能。然后控制DOC上游温度控制在350℃,无论是怠速或行车时都可以再生。当传感器电压0V(康明斯5V)时关闭再生,从而解决自动再生和被动再生。二十四小时监控尾气超标,减少碳化合物超标。

1.一种排气管二次燃烧设备,包括发动机汽缸以及与发动机汽缸连接的排气管,其特征是所述排气管的DOC与发动机汽缸间的排气管被分割成两段,在两段间连通一壳体,在壳体内设弧形挡板,弧形挡板的凹面与气流方向相对。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排气管二次燃烧设备,其特征是在临近发动机汽缸的壳体内设喷油嘴,喷油嘴与车辆的供油管连接。
