针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种卫生用品用抑菌面层的制备方法,克服了现有技术的不足,旨在解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种卫生用品用抑菌面层的制备方法,包括以下方法步骤:
步骤1:按重量份计,将300份针叶木木浆放在碎浆机中,水680-750份,用打浆机进行搅拌打浆,再加入防水剂和固色剂搅拌混合得到浆液;
步骤2:按照重量份称取脱氢醋酸钠2-4份、聚谷氨酸2-4份和抗坏血酸1-3份混合升温到60-70℃,首次混合搅拌0.5-1h,然后加入3-二羟基-2-甲基-丁酸4-7份、竹醋液2-6份混合搅拌,再次搅拌0.5h,得到抑菌剂;
步骤3:按照重量份称取季铵盐2-9份和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯4-7份分别熔融后混合,搅拌均匀,升温至120-169℃,在高速搅拌下加入二甲基二硅氧烷1-3份、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱2-5份、乙醇3-4份,然后加入去离子水12-19份,再继续搅拌,得到混合液,制成柔软剂;
步骤4:按重量份计,将100份步骤1制得的所述浆液送入网箱,将5-8份柔软剂和3-7份搅拌混合,得到混合液;
步骤5:将混合液送入网箱,经脱水成型成为面层,再经压榨脱水,在80-105℃的温度下加热7-10小时,得到抑菌面层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,步骤1中,所述打浆机转速为750-780转/分,打浆时间为20-30分钟,制得浆液。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,步骤2中,通过不锈钢反应釜进行混合,首次搅拌转速为220-280rad/min,再次搅拌以430-500rad/min的转速搅拌。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,步骤3中,采用搅拌机混合,搅拌转速为220-300rad/min,搅拌时长为50分钟。

本发明通过称取季铵盐和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯分别熔融后混合,搅拌均匀,在高速搅拌下加入二甲基二硅氧烷、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、乙醇、然后加入去离子水再继续搅拌,自制的柔软剂与卫生用品的面层结合,极大的提高卫生用品面层的柔软质感,贴身舒适,提高使用舒适度。

步骤3:按照重量份称取季铵盐9份和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯7份分别熔融后采用搅拌机混合,搅拌均匀,搅拌转速为300rad/min,搅拌时长为50分钟,升温至169℃,在高速搅拌下加入二甲基二硅氧烷3份、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱5份、乙醇4份,然后加入去离子水19份,再继续搅拌,得到混合液,制成柔软剂;
步骤4:按重量份计,将100份步骤1制得的所述浆液送入网箱,将8份柔软剂和7份搅拌混合,得到混合液;
步骤5:将混合液送入网箱,经脱水成型成为面层,再经压榨脱水,在105℃的温度下加热10小时,得到抑菌面层。
本发明通过叶木木浆放在碎浆机中进行打浆,用打浆机进行搅拌打浆,制备卫生用品的面层,可以自行降解,具有和好的环保性能,材料易得,同时增加面料本身的透气性。本发明通过称取脱氢醋酸钠、聚谷氨酸和抗坏血酸混合,然后加入3-二羟基-2-甲基-丁酸、竹醋液混合搅拌自制得到抑菌剂,融入到卫生用品的面层制备中,使得制造出的卫生用品面层具有很好的抗菌性能,能够有有效的抑制各种细菌的滋生,对人体无害,有效的对人体皮肤形成持久抗菌保护。本发明通过称取季铵盐和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯分别熔融后混合,搅拌均匀,在高速搅拌下加入二甲基二硅氧烷、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱、乙醇、然后加入去离子水再继续搅拌,自制的柔软剂与卫生用品的面层结合,极大的提高卫生用品面层的柔软质感,贴身舒适,提高使用舒适度。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种卫生用品用抑菌面层的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下方法步骤:
步骤1:按重量份计,将300份针叶木木浆放在碎浆机中,水680-750份,用打浆机进行搅拌打浆,再加入防水剂和固色剂搅拌混合得到浆液;
步骤2:按照重量份称取脱氢醋酸钠2-4份、聚谷氨酸2-4份和抗坏血酸1-3份混合升温到60-70℃,首次混合搅拌0.5-1h,然后加入3-二羟基-2-甲基-丁酸4-7份、竹醋液2-6份混合搅拌,再次搅拌0.5h,得到抑菌剂;
步骤3:按照重量份称取季铵盐2-9份和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯4-7份分别熔融后混合,搅拌均匀,升温至120-169℃,在高速搅拌下加入二甲基二硅氧烷1-3份、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱2-5份、乙醇3-4份,然后加入去离子水12-19份,再继续搅拌,得到混合液,制成柔软剂;
步骤4:按重量份计,将100份步骤1制得的所述浆液送入网箱,将5-8份柔软剂和3-7份搅拌混合,得到混合液;
步骤5:将混合液送入网箱,经脱水成型成为面层,再经压榨脱水,在80-105℃的温度下加热7-10小时,得到抑菌面层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生用品用抑菌面层的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,所述打浆机转速为750-780转/分,打浆时间为20-30分钟,制得浆液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种卫生用品用抑菌面层的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中,通过不锈钢反应釜进行混合,首次搅拌转速为220-280rad/min,再次搅拌以430-500rad/min的转速搅拌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生用品用抑菌面层的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3中,采用搅拌机混合,搅拌转速为220-300rad/min,搅拌时长为50分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生用品用抑菌面层的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2:按照重量份称取脱氢醋酸钠3份、聚谷氨酸3份和抗坏血酸4份混合升温到65℃,首次混合搅拌0.75h,然后加入3-二羟基-2-甲基-丁酸6份、竹醋液4份混合搅拌,再次搅拌0.5h,得到抑菌剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生用品用抑菌面层的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3:按照重量份称取季铵盐6份和聚乙二醇双硬脂酸酯6份分别熔融后混合,搅拌均匀,升温至145℃,在高速搅拌下加入二甲基二硅氧烷2份、十四烷酰胺丙基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱4份、乙醇3.5份,然后加入去离子水16份,再继续搅拌,得到混合液,制成柔软剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生用品用抑菌面层的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,所述防水剂为聚乙烯蜡乳液、氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液、PE蜡乳液中的任一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生用品用抑菌面层的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,所述固色剂为双氰胺甲醛和三氯醋酸的混合物。
