Description

Elevator destination floor suggestion system and method, elevator system and building management system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of elevators, in particular to an elevator destination floor proposal system, an elevator destination floor proposal method, a building management system matched with the proposal system and an elevator system.
Background
Currently, the destination floor registration of an elevator is usually done by a passenger pressing a button with this number after entering the elevator car according to the floor to which he actually wants to go; or the passenger is realized by registering the floor number by using a destination floor registration device located on the landing. Even if a passenger performs destination floor registration by using a mobile terminal or the like, it is also necessary for the passenger to determine a destination floor by himself or herself and to complete the destination floor registration by inputting the floor number.
The following scenario may be encountered in daily life: the passenger goes to a building to transact a business, but the passenger does not know that the business is transacted on a specific floor of the building and may transact a business on multiple floors in the building. According to the prior art, the passenger needs to inquire that the business to be transacted is located at the floor of the building before taking the elevator, then randomly selects one of the floors transacting the business as the destination floor for registering, and finally the passenger waits for transacting the business after the elevator arrives at the selected floor. Such a treatment has the following disadvantages:
1) The passengers need to inquire and determine the business handling floors (namely the destination floors) of the passengers by themselves;
2) When a plurality of transacting floors exist at the same time, the optimal transacting floors cannot be selected, which easily causes overlong waiting time of passengers, uneven transacting business volume of each floor and uneven distribution of transacting business personnel.
Therefore, how to make the passengers register the destination floors according to the business they need to transact and finally transport the passengers to the corresponding optimal transacting floors becomes a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an elevator destination floor suggestion system and method, which can solve the problem that passengers can select destination floors by themselves according to business which the passengers need to transact but cannot select optimal transacting floors. Meanwhile, the invention also provides an elevator system and a building management system.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an elevator destination floor proposal system, which comprises:
the storage unit is used for storing floor function information of the building where the elevator is located;

In the following description, specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced or carried out in other, different embodiments, and details of the present description may be set forth in various different manners and applications, as those skilled in the art may readily devise various arrangements and substitutions without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
Example 1
The elevator destination floor suggestion system of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, includes:
the storage unit is used for storing floor function information of the building where the elevator is located;
a receiving unit configured to receive registration information of passenger registration, the registration information including a destination floor or a floor demand function;
a judging unit that judges whether the registered information corresponds to a specific floor, which is a floor having the same floor function as at least one other floor, based on the floor function information;
An acquisition unit configured to acquire a floor function completion schedule of all floors or only a floor function completion schedule of a specific floor related to the registration information;
the processing unit generates a suggested destination layer suitable for passengers according to the judging result of the judging unit or according to the judging result of the judging unit and the floor function completion progress acquired by the acquiring unit;
and the sending unit is used for sending the suggested destination floor to an elevator control system as the final destination floor of the passenger.
The floor function completion schedule is a waiting time (which may also include a time required for a passenger to reach a corresponding floor from a current location) required for transacting a business associated with each floor corresponding function or a number of waiting persons (which may also include a degree of congestion) for transacting a business associated with each floor corresponding function.
When the judging unit judges that the registration information corresponds to a specific floor, the processing unit further generates a suggested destination floor suitable for passengers according to the floor function completion progress acquired by the acquiring unit; when the judging unit judges that the registration information does not correspond to a specific floor, the processing unit takes the floor corresponding to the registration information as a suggested destination floor of the passenger.
If the floor function information is a specific floor in a building where an elevator is located and the specific floor function information corresponding thereto, the judging unit judges whether the registration information corresponds to the specific floor according to whether the registration information appears in the floor function information in the storage unit.
If the floor function information is the function information of each floor and the corresponding floor in the building where the elevator is located, the suggestion system further comprises a determination unit for determining each specific floor and the corresponding specific floor function information in the building where the elevator is located according to the floor function information. The judging unit judges whether the registered information corresponds to the specific floor according to whether the registered information is the specific floor or the specific floor function information determined by the determining unit.
Specifically, the determination unit counts the number of floors corresponding to each floor function, and takes a floor corresponding to one floor function and having a number of floors greater than 1 as a specific floor, and takes a floor function corresponding to the specific floor as specific floor function information.
According to the method and the device, whether the passenger corresponds to a specific floor or not is judged according to the registration information of the passenger, and the recommended destination layer suitable for the passenger is determined according to the judgment result and the acquired floor function completion progress, so that the situation that the passenger selects the destination layer for transacting the service by himself and the selected destination layer needs long waiting time or the transacting service needs long waiting time can be effectively avoided, and the passenger is guaranteed to transact the required service in the optimal time.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the processing unit determines the suggested destination layer according to the following steps:
step S1, determining floor function information corresponding to the destination layer according to the destination layer received by the receiving unit;
step S2, determining all specific floors with the floor function information corresponding to the destination floor according to the floor function information of the destination floor and the floor function information stored in the storage unit;
step S3, determining the optimal specific floor with the floor function information corresponding to the destination floor according to the floor function completion progress of each specific floor;
and S4, judging whether the destination floor received by the receiving unit is the optimal specific floor, and outputting the optimal specific floor as a suggested destination floor when the judging result is negative.
In case 2, when the registered information received by the receiving unit is a destination floor registered by a passenger, the processing unit determines an evasion floor list according to the floor function completion schedule of a specific floor related to the destination floor acquired by the acquiring unit (when the acquiring unit acquires only the related information of the specific floor) or according to the floor function completion schedule of all floors acquired by the acquiring unit (when the acquiring unit acquires the correlation of all floors) and the destination floor received by the receiving unit, then determines whether or not the destination floor needs to be changed to an optimal specific floor having the same floor function information but a floor function completion schedule better than the floor function completion schedule of the destination floor according to whether or not the destination floor received by the receiving unit is located in the evasion floor list, and outputs the destination floor registered by the passenger as the recommended destination floor when the determination result is that no change is required.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the processing unit determines the suggested destination layer according to the following steps:
step S1, determining floor function information corresponding to the destination layer according to the destination layer received by the receiving unit;
step S2, determining all specific floors with the floor function information corresponding to the destination floor according to the floor function information of the destination floor and the floor function information stored in the storage unit;
step S3, determining an avoidance floor list according to the floor function completion progress of each specific floor;
step S4, judging whether the destination layer received by the receiving unit is positioned on the avoidance floor list, if yes, turning to step S5, otherwise, taking the destination layer as a suggested destination layer and outputting;
step S5, determining the optimal specific floor with the floor function information corresponding to the destination floor according to the floor function completion progress of each specific floor;
and step S6, outputting the optimal specific floor as a suggested destination floor.
In case 3, when the registration information received by the receiving unit is a floor demand function registered by a passenger, the processing unit generates a suggested destination layer meeting the floor demand function of the passenger according to the function completion progress information of all the floors acquired by the acquiring unit and the floor demand function received by the receiving unit or according to the function completion progress information of a specific floor related to the floor demand function acquired by the acquiring unit.
Specifically, the processing unit determines the proposed destination layer according to the following steps:
step S1, determining all specific floors with the floor demand function according to the floor demand function received by the receiving unit and the floor function information stored in the storage unit;
and S2, determining the optimal specific floor with the floor demand function according to the floor function completion progress of each specific floor, and outputting the optimal specific floor as a suggested destination floor.
In case 2, the avoidance floor list is composed of at least one specific floor which is unfavorable for the passenger to complete the business associated with the floor function corresponding to the registration information, among all the specific floors which are the same as the floor function information corresponding to the destination floor registered by the passenger received by the receiving unit. Specifically, the specific floor in the avoidance floor list is selected according to any one of the following modes:
mode 1, arranging all specific floors which are the same as the floor function information corresponding to the registration information received by the receiving unit in order from fast to slow according to the floor function completion progress, and selecting the specific floors which meet the set number from back to front as specific floors in an avoidance floor list;
Mode 2, arranging all the specific floors which are the same as the floor function information corresponding to the registration information received by the receiving unit according to the sequence from fast to slow of the floor function completion progress, and selecting the specific floors which meet the set proportion from back to front as the specific floors in the avoidance floor list;
and 3, arranging all the specific floors which are the same as the floor function information corresponding to the registration information received by the receiving unit according to the sequence from fast to slow of the floor function completion progress, calculating all the progress differences of the adjacent two floor function completion progress, dividing all the specific floors into two groups by using the maximum progress difference, and selecting one group with slow progress as the specific floor in the avoidance floor list.
In mode 3, the processing unit determines the avoidance floor list as follows:
step S1, determining a function-floor relation table reflecting relation between floor function information and corresponding specific floors;
step S2, acquiring the floor function completion progress of each specific floor, which is the same as the floor function information corresponding to the registration information received by the receiving unit, in the function-floor relation table;
step S3, sorting the floor function completion progress of each specific floor in the step S2 according to the sequence from fast to slow of the floor function completion progress;
Step S4, calculating all progress differences between the function completion progress of two adjacent floors;
and S5, selecting the maximum progress difference from all the progress differences, classifying the specific floors with fast floor function completion progress and the specific floors with slow floor function completion progress, which correspond to the maximum progress difference, in the sorting as a first group, classifying the specific floors with slow floor function completion progress and the specific floors with slow floor function completion progress, which correspond to the maximum progress difference, in the sorting as a second group, and forming an avoidance floor list by all the specific floors in the second group.
When the passengers register the traveling direction and enter the elevator car to register the floor functions by using the up-down buttons on the landing, the processing unit preferentially selects the floor with the out-call signal (the floor should not be the evading floor) when determining the suggested destination floor so as to enable the elevator to stop once and realize the elevator getting-off of the passengers in the elevator car and the elevator getting-in of the passengers at the landing. For example, two call signals occur at two adjacent moments, the elevator stops at the floor where the first call signal originates, the passenger who originates the first call signal enters the car to register its floor function, at which time the second call signal originates, if the specific floor corresponding to the floor function where the passenger who originates the first call signal registers contains a floor where the passenger who originates the second call signal waits, the processing unit, when determining the proposed destination floor for the passenger who registers the floor function, prioritizes the floor where the passenger who registers the second call signal is located as the proposed destination floor in order to make the elevator stop once while achieving the landing of the passenger in the car and the landing passenger entering the elevator.
An elevator installed in a hospital outpatient building will be described in detail below as an example.
In order to cope with the registering peaks of 7:30-8:30 in the morning, the hospital outpatient service building is provided with registering charging windows at the same time at the building 2, the building 3, the building 4 and the building 5.
In the prior art, after a patient arrives at a hall of building 1, the floor distribution information of the floor function of the entrance or elevator of building 1 is checked to determine the floor distribution of a registration charging window, then the destination floor of the patient is determined, and finally the patient takes an elevator or escalator to arrive at the destination floor of the patient to finish the registration charging flow.
However, in the elevator destination floor suggestion system of this embodiment, the storage unit stores floor function information that can be checked in for charging in all of the 2, 3, 4, and 5 floors of the current outpatient building.
Assuming that the registration information received by the receiving unit is floor 2 of the destination, and the judging unit judges that the destination corresponds to a specific floor, the specific floor is floor 2, floor 3, floor 4, floor 5, on which the registration charging flow can be completed.
The acquisition unit acquires a floor function completion schedule, such as the number of waiting persons for patients at floors 2, 3, 4, and 5. For monitoring the number of waiting people, a number taking machine commonly arranged in a hospital (usually networked with a business handling system, the number of waiting people who have taken the number but have not handled the business can be determined in real time) can be utilized. Thus, the acquisition unit is defined from a functional point of view, and may be a single sensor, a sensor group, a part of functions of other systems, a functional combination of a plurality of systems, or the like.
It is assumed that the number of waiting persons at the floor function completion schedule of 2 floors is 5, the number of waiting persons at 3 floors is 7, the number of waiting persons at 4 floors is 3, and the number of waiting persons at 5 floors is 8.
The processing unit determines that the corresponding floor function information (business which the passenger needs to transact) is registered for charging according to the floor 2 registered by the passenger, then determines that all specific floors are the floor 2, the floor 3, the floor 4 and the floor 5 according to the floor function information of the storage unit, and then determines that the optimal specific floor at the moment is the floor 4 according to the floor function completion progress of all the specific floors, wherein the floor 2 registered by the passenger is not the optimal specific floor, and the floor 4 is output as a suggested destination floor when the passenger is registered.
Of course, the processing unit may determine the avoidance floor list first, where the specific floors in the avoidance floor list may be 5 floors, 3 floors and 2 floors (three specific floors with slow progress of completion of the floor function), may also be 5 floors, 3 floors (all specific floors are arranged in the order of fast to slow progress of completion of the floor function, and 50% of the specific floors are selected from the back to the front as the specific floors in the avoidance floor list), and may also determine the specific floors in the avoidance floor list as the specific floors in the avoidance floor list according to the mode 3. Assuming that the patient presses the elevator button of floor 3 at the entrance of floor 1 into the car, the receiving unit receives that the patient's destination floor is floor 3. The processing unit determines that the destination floor (floor 3) of the patient is one of the evasion floor list, and determines a suggested destination floor according to the function of the destination floor of the patient (i.e., the function corresponding to floor 3 is registration charging). The recommended destination floor may be a floor (floor 4) having the smallest number of waiting persons among all non-avoidance floors having the same function as the destination floor for patient registration, or may be any one of all non-avoidance floors (floor 2 or floor 4) having the same function as the destination floor for patient registration.
In practice, from the best effect, as long as it is judged that the destination floor for patient registration is not the registered charge floor with the least number of waiting people, the registered charge floor with the least number of waiting people is suggested to the patient, that is, the patient is guided to the floor with the least number of waiting people for registered charge each time.
According to the embodiment, the destination floor which meets the service handling requirements of the passenger and has the best floor function finishing progress or the floor which meets the service handling requirements of the passenger and has the floor function finishing progress which is unfavorable for the service handling and needs to be avoided by the passenger can be determined according to the registration information of the passenger and the acquired floor function finishing progress, so that the situation that the passenger selects the destination floor for handling the service by himself and the selected destination floor needs long waiting time or the service handling needs long waiting time can be effectively avoided.
Example III
On the basis of the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the processing manner of the destination layer suggestion system after generating the suggested destination layer is further limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, when the registered information is a destination floor but the suggested destination floor outputted by the processing unit is different from the destination floor in the registered information, or when the registered information is the floor demand function, the destination floor suggesting system further includes:
A advice generation unit that generates advice contents including at least the advice destination layer according to the advice destination layer output by the processing unit;
and a advice provision unit that provides the advice content generated by the advice generation unit to a passenger.
The advice content is provided to the passengers by the advice providing unit in a manner that can be received by the passengers, such as broadcast by audio in the car, or displayed by a display device in the car in a text symbol or the like.
After receiving the advice, the passenger can change the destination floor by using the registering device.
Example IV
On the basis of the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the embodiment monitors and adjusts the progress of the business handling of certain floors in the building in real time, so that the progress of the business handling of the floors can be regulated and controlled more reasonably, and the waiting time of the passengers for handling the business is optimized.

the monitoring unit is used for monitoring the floor function completion progress of at least two floors with different floor functions;
a determining unit for determining whether the floor function corresponding to the monitored floor needs to be changed according to the monitoring result of the monitoring unit;
And the updating unit is used for updating the storage unit according to the decision result of the decision unit.
Also taking a hospital outpatient building as an example.
The outpatient building counts 4 floors in total to offer registration business at 2, 3, 4 and 5 floors, and 6 floors are used for transacting check reservation. The storage unit stores the floor function information. The monitoring unit monitors the number of people waiting for the buildings 2-6.
At the peak of registration of 7:30-8:30 in the morning, most patients are registered, and only few patients need to deal with check-up reservation, so the current floor function setting is reasonable.
As the number of various examination diagnoses made by doctors for patients increases over time, the number of patients' demands for examination appointments increases rapidly and the demand for registration decreases accordingly, representing a decrease in the number of waiting people for registration windows and an increase in the number of waiting people for handling examination appointments.
The decision unit first determines the difference between the number of waiting for registration and the number of waiting for check-in reservation, and when the difference between the number of waiting for check-in reservation and the number of waiting for registration is greater than a certain threshold, the decision unit decides to change the function of the current floor, for example, change the function of registering 5 floors from checking to checking-in reservation.
According to the embodiment, the floor function completion progress conditions of floors with different functions are monitored, and the floor functions are changed according to the monitoring results, so that the floor function completion progress of the different floors can be balanced.
