本发明涉及输送带技术领域,尤其涉及一种自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带。
背景技术
输送带在转弯路段和带子偏移时,多数情况下会出现输送带的跑偏扭转现象,造成物料泄露、抛酒;而现有的输送带一般多采用机械式强制纠偏来解决,例如:挡边辊,调偏辊,造成的结果是,皮带边部磨损过快,缩短输送带的使用寿命;所以为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,具有良好的自动纠偏功能,减少了输送带在运行过程中因带子跑偏等原因造成的物料抛洒泄露现象,延长了输送带的使用寿命。本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其中,所述输送带包括上覆盖胶和下覆盖胶,所述上覆盖胶和下覆盖胶之间设置缓冲层、织物芯层和刚性调节层。
优选的是,所述的自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其中,所述缓冲层包括贴胶布和设置于贴胶布两侧的胶层,所述贴胶布和胶层形成一层拼接层;贴胶布的材质和织物芯层材质相同,选自聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维和聚氯乙烯纤维的一种或多种;胶层选自天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶和聚氨酯的一种或多种。
优选的是,所述的自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其中,所述刚性调节层的材质为钢帘网、聚酯网、尼龙网或芳纶网中的一种,所述钢帘网、聚酯网、尼龙网或芳纶网的纬向材质间距为5~20mm,纬向材质直径为1.0~1.5mm,纬向材质密度为50~300根/m。

一种自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其中,所述输送带包括上覆盖胶1和下覆盖胶2,所述上覆盖胶1和下覆盖胶2之间从上到下依次设置缓冲层3、刚性调节层5、织物芯层4和缓冲层3。
其中,所述缓冲层3包括贴胶布和设置于贴胶布两侧的胶层,贴胶布和胶层形成一层拼接层;刚性调节层5的材质为钢帘网、聚酯网、尼龙网或芳纶网中的一种,所述钢帘网、聚酯网、尼龙网或芳纶网的纬向材质间距为5~20mm,纬向材质直径为1.0~1.5mm,纬向材质密度为50~300根/m;刚性调节层5的层数为一层;织物芯层4的材质选自聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维和聚氯乙烯纤维的一种或多种;刚性调节层5的宽度为织物芯输送带的四分之一至二分之一;缓冲层3的宽度等于织物芯层4宽度。

(2)成型复合带坯:先放置织物芯层4,再复合缓冲层3,最后复合刚性调节层5(以带芯为中心居中摆放)、上覆盖胶1和下覆盖胶2,经过冷压成型;
(3)最后通过硫化平板进行硫化,制得最终成品。

一种自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其中,所述输送带包括上覆盖胶1和下覆盖胶2,所述上覆盖胶1和下覆盖胶2之间从上到下依次设置缓冲层3、刚性调节层5、织物芯层4、刚性调节层5和缓冲层3。
其中,所述缓冲层3包括贴胶布和设置于贴胶布两侧的胶层,贴胶布和胶层形成一层拼接层;刚性调节层5的材质为钢帘网、聚酯网、尼龙网或芳纶网中的一种,所述钢帘网、聚酯网、尼龙网或芳纶网的纬向材质间距为5~20mm,纬向材质直径为1.0~1.5mm,纬向材质密度为50~300根/m;刚性调节层5的层数为一层;织物芯层4的材质选自聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维和聚氯乙烯纤维的一种或多种;刚性调节层5的宽度为织物芯输送带的四分之一至二分之一;缓冲层3的宽度等于织物芯层4宽度。

一种自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其中,所述输送带包括上覆盖胶1和下覆盖胶2,所述上覆盖胶1和下覆盖胶2之间从上到下依次设置缓冲层3、刚性调节层5、织物芯层4和缓冲层3。
其中,所述缓冲层3包括贴胶布和设置于贴胶布两侧的胶层,贴胶布和胶层形成一层拼接层;刚性调节层5的材质为钢帘网、聚酯网、尼龙网或芳纶网中的一种,所述钢帘网、聚酯网、尼龙网或芳纶网的纬向材质间距为5~20mm,纬向材质直径为1.0~1.5mm,纬向材质密度为50~300根/m;刚性调节层5的层数为多层,形状为阶梯状;织物芯层4的材质选自聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维和聚氯乙烯纤维的一种或多种;刚性调节层5的宽度为织物芯输送带的四分之一至二分之一;缓冲层3的宽度等于织物芯层4宽度。
本发明的一种自身具备纠偏织物芯的输送带,具有良好的自动纠偏功能,减少了输送带在运行过程中因输送带跑偏等原因造成的物料抛洒泄露现象,延长了输送带的使用寿命。

1.一种自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其特征在于,所述输送带包括上覆盖胶(1)和下覆盖胶(2),所述上覆盖胶(1)和下覆盖胶(2)之间设置缓冲层(3)、织物芯层(4)和刚性调节层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其特征在于,所述缓冲层(3)包括贴胶布和设置于贴胶布两侧的胶层,所述贴胶布和胶层形成一层拼接层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其特征在于,所述刚性调节层(5)的材质为钢帘网、聚酯网、尼龙网或芳纶网中的一种,所述钢帘网、聚酯网、尼龙网或芳纶网的纬向材质间距为5~20mm,纬向材质直径为1.0~1.5mm,纬向材质密度为50~300根/m。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其特征在于,所述刚性调节层(5)的层数为一层或多层,当为多层时,形状为阶梯状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其特征在于,所述织物芯层(4)的材质选自聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维和聚氯乙烯纤维的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其特征在于,所述刚性调节层(5)的宽度为织物芯输送带宽度的四分之一至二分之一。
7.根据权利要求1所述的自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其特征在于,所述缓冲层(3)的宽度等于织物芯层(4)宽度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其特征在于,所述上覆盖胶(1)和下覆盖胶(2)之间从上到下依次设置缓冲层(3)、刚性调节层(5)、织物芯层(4)和缓冲层(3)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其特征在于,所述上覆盖胶(1)和下覆盖胶(2)之间从上到下依次设置缓冲层(3)、织物芯层(4)、刚性调节层(5)和缓冲层(3)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的自身具备纠偏的织物芯输送带,其特征在于,所述上覆盖胶(1)和下覆盖胶(2)之间从上到下依次设置缓冲层(3)、刚性调节层(5)、织物芯层(4)、刚性调节层(5)和缓冲层(3)。
