Description
技术领域
本发明涉及喷头盖装置、喷射液体的装置、喷头罩盖方法。
背景技术
在使用喷射液体的喷头的装置中,为了维持、恢复喷头的性能,具备有包括罩盖喷嘴面的盖、擦拭喷嘴面的擦拭部件等的维护机构(维持恢复机构)。
以往,作为以手动来进行喷头的维护的维护夹具,已知的是在与喷射头的喷嘴面重叠的状态下,具有覆盖包括喷嘴在内的喷嘴面的板状部件,并在板状部件上设置有使得在喷射头中需实施维护的部位即维护部暴露的暴露部(专利文献1)。
但是,即使在具备喷头的维护机构的情况下,有时装置发生故障而不能将喷头移动到维护机构的维护位置。这时,喷头的喷嘴就会以暴露在大气中的状态来放置,喷嘴内的液体就会增稠、粘着变为不能恢复,有时还需要喷头更换。
本发明是鉴于上述课题而完成的,其目的在于,能够以手动来抑制喷头的喷嘴的干燥。

发明内容
为了解决上述课题,本发明所涉及的喷头盖装置包括:罩盖喷头的喷嘴面的盖子,和保持所述盖子的保持部件,所述保持部件能够装卸于搭载所述喷头的架或对所述滑架的往返移动进行导向的导向部件。
根据本发明,能够通过手动来抑制喷头的喷嘴的干燥。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来说明本发明的实施方式。参照图1至图3说明作为本发明的喷射液体的装置的印刷装置的一例。图1所示是该印刷装置的立体说明图,图2所示是该印刷装置的平面说明图,图3所示是该印刷装置的正面说明图。
印刷装置1是喷射液体的装置,具有作为喷射液体的液体喷射机构的多个喷头20(20A~20D)和搭载有副箱等的滑架11。喷头20具有多个喷嘴列,喷射例如黑色(K)、青色(C)、品红色(M)及黄色(Y)的各色的液体、白色墨水、透明墨水等的液体。
导向部件12、13(图3中省略)将滑架11保持为能够在主扫描方向X上往返移动。滑架11与绕挂在由主扫描电动机14旋转的驱动带轮15和从动带轮16上的同步带17连结,并通过驱动主扫描电动机14来使滑架11在主扫描方向X上往返移动。
编码器片材18沿主扫描方向X配置。在编码器片材18中设置有周期性的狭缝。滑架11具有读取编码器片材18的狭缝的读取传感器,并且能够从读取传感器的读取结果来检测主扫描方向X上的滑架11的位置。
控制板50进行的控制是从滑架11的读取传感器的读取结果得到的滑架位置,在喷射位置处对准时机,从喷头20喷射作为液体的墨水。
在滑架11上与头20A~20C一体地搭载有暂时收容向喷头20A~20C供给的液体的副箱,并向副箱供给贮存在主箱32中的液体。
印刷装置1具备对作为印刷对象(液体赋予对象)的布料400进行保持的保持部件即压板40。压板40搭载在升降机构41上,能够调整上下方向Z的高度。压板40的升降机构41搭载在滑块42上。滑块42可移动地载置在沿与主扫描方向X正交的副扫描方向Y延伸设置的滑动导轨43上。
滑块42经由同步带45通过副扫描驱动机构在副扫描方向Y上往返移动。通过滑块42在副扫描方向Y上往返移动,压板40也在副扫描方向Y上往返移动了。
在主扫描方向的一端侧配置有进行喷头20的维持恢复的维护装置60。维护装置60具有对喷头20的喷嘴面进行罩盖的吸引盖61、为了喷头20的喷嘴面的保湿而进行罩盖的保湿盖62、擦拭喷头20的喷嘴面的擦拭部件即擦拭器63。吸引盖61中连接有吸入泵。
在主扫描方向的另一端侧配置有喷射接受部66。在印刷途中,通过从喷头20向喷射接受部66喷射液体,来进行喷头20的维持恢复。
另外,印刷装置1具备电源按钮70、操作部71、电源单元72等。
在该印刷装置1中,在对T恤衫等布料(印刷对象)进行印刷时,将布料400设置在压板40上。之后,通过操作部71的操作,经由滑块42来进行将压板40向装置内后方完全拉入的动作。
在压板40的拉入结束时,进入印刷数据待机状态。在此,印刷装置1在从外部的信息处理装置接收到印刷数据时就开始印刷动作。或者,在预先在控制板50中存储了印刷数据的情况下,通过由操作部71选择该印刷数据来开始印刷动作。
印刷动作开始后,压板40经由滑块42移动到印刷开始位置。然后,进行滑架11的移动和从喷头20开始的液体喷射,来进行一行的量的印刷。当一行印刷完时,压板40经由滑块42移动一行的量。通过反复进行滑架11的一次扫描和滑块42的间歇移动,来对布料400的所希望的区域进行印刷。印刷完成后,压板40返回到装置近前而结束印刷。
接着,参照图4至图9(a)、图9(b)来说明本发明的第一实施方式所涉及的喷头盖装置。图4所示是该喷头盖装置的说明图,图5所示是从不同于图4的方向看到的立体说明图,图6所示是相同罩盖状态下的盖子的正面说明图,图7所示是沿着相同盖子排列方向的截面说明图,图8所示是相同的剖面立体说明图。图9(a)、图9(b)所示是将该头盖装置安装在滑架上的状态的立体说明图。
如图6所示,喷头盖装置600具备对搭载于滑架11的喷头20的喷嘴面20a进行罩盖的多个的盖子601和对多个的盖子601进行保持的保持部件602。
设置在保持部件602上的多个的盖子601在罩盖时,多个的盖子601内被封闭。
在该实施例中,多个的盖子601中的至少一个盖子601如图6所示地具有通道611,该通道611由密封件611a封闭。
即,在本实施方式中,喷头盖装置600的盖子构成与上述印刷装置1的维护装置60所具备的吸引盖61及保湿盖62是共用化的。
此时,相当于吸引盖61的盖子601,通过密封件611a关闭与吸引机构连接的通道611,与相当于保湿盖62的盖子601同样地,在罩盖时使得盖子601内被封闭。换句话说就是,通过密封件611a来关闭相当于吸引盖61的盖子601的通道611,就能够使喷头盖装置600的盖子与印刷装置1的维护装置60所具备的吸引盖61及保湿盖62共用化。
另外,相当于吸引盖61的盖子601,通过密封件611a关闭与吸引机构连接的通道611,即使在填充了保湿液的情况下也能够防止通过通道611的漏出。
多个的盖子601两个一组地由盖支撑件612来保持。在盖子601和盖支撑件612之间配置有弹簧等的弹性部件613,在用盖子601罩盖喷嘴面20a时,朝着喷嘴面20a来按压。
保持部件602在盖子排列方向的两端部具备作为卡合部的钩挂部(爪部)621,来可以装卸地安装到设置在滑架11的外壳上作为卡合部的凸部121(参照图9(a)、图9(b))上。作为喷头盖装置600的卡合部的钩挂部621以能够保持安装状态的方式与滑架11的凸部121卡合。
保持部件602在四角设有在安装到滑架11上时成为导引及定位部的导向部件622。
保持部件602具有限制盖子601的长度方向上的盖子601与喷嘴面20a的位置关系的定位部623。定位部623相对于盖支撑件612以一个比例来配置。
更进一步地,在保持部件602内,在盖支撑件612的下方侧配置有吸收液体的吸收部件603。
接着,说明本实施方式的喷头盖装置600的喷头罩盖。
有时印刷装置1会因故障等而停止,且无法将滑架11移动到维护装置60的罩盖位置(维护位置)。这时,直到维修人员等的修理结束为止,喷头20的喷嘴是暴露在大气中的。因此,有时会由于喷嘴内的墨水等的液体的水分的蒸发而增稠,进而粘着。
于是,如图9(a)所示,对于中途停止的滑架11,是使得喷头盖装置600的导向部件622在对准滑架11的外壳的同时从下方抬起的。
然后,如图9(b)所示,通过喷头盖装置600的钩挂部621与滑架11的凸部121的卡合,喷头盖装置600被安装到滑架11上了。
此时,喷头盖装置600的盖子601与喷头20的喷嘴面20a抵接来罩盖喷嘴面20a。盖子601通过弹性部件613朝着喷嘴面20a被施力,来密封喷嘴面20a。
由此,由于喷头20的喷嘴面20a与外部空气隔断,与不罩盖的情况相比,水分的蒸发得到抑制,增稠、粘着得到防止。
如此,即使不能进行维护机构(维护装置60)对喷头20的罩盖,通过使用本实施方式所涉及的喷头盖装置600,也能够以手动来抑制喷头20的喷嘴的干燥。
在此,用喷头盖装置600的盖子601来罩盖时,通过在盖子601内填充了包含清洗液等的保湿液的状态来罩盖,就能够使包含喷嘴的喷嘴面20a成为保湿状态。由此,更可靠地抑制水分的蒸发,防止增稠、粘着。
这时,在以盖子601罩盖喷嘴面20a时,通过使得兼作保湿液的清洗液成为以与喷嘴面20a接触的方式来填充的状态,就能够一并进行喷嘴面20a的清洗。另外,即使填充在盖子601内的保湿液在罩盖时溢出,也能够通过吸收部件603吸收,并防止弄脏装置内部。
这里,滑架11在印刷中途停止的情况下,滑架11位于与压板40相对的位置,从而难以在滑架11上安装喷头盖装置600。
于是,在这种情况下,作为喷头罩盖方法,首先进行的是使作为对于从喷头20来赋予液体的赋予对象进行保持的部件的压板40从与喷头20相对的位置移动到不与头20相对的位置的工序。
然后,进行的是将喷头盖装置600的保持部件602安装到滑架11上,通过盖子601来罩盖喷头20的喷嘴面20a的工序。
如此,由于对赋予有液体的赋予对象进行保持的部件相对于滑架能够移动,喷头盖装置600的罩盖操作就变得容易了。
接着,参照图10至图14来说明本发明的第二实施方式所涉及的喷头盖装置。图10所示是该喷头盖装置的保持部件的立体说明图,图11所示是从不同于图10的方向来看该保持部件的立体说明图。图12所示是将该保持部件安装到导向部件上的过程的立体说明图,图13所示是将该保持部件安装到导向部件上的状态的立体说明图,图14所示是从不同于图13的方向看到的立体说明图。
本实施方式的保持部件602具备与作为导向部件的导向部件12卡合的卡合部631,和与作为导向部件的导向部件13卡合的卡合部632。
卡合部631具有沿着导向部件12的外周面的大致半圆形状的凹部(嵌合部)631a。卡合部632具有通过铰链部633能够折叠的臂部632a、632b。
将该喷头盖装置的保持部件602安装到作为导向部件的导向件12、13上时,如图12所示,将卡合部632的臂部632a、632b折叠。由此,保持部件602成为能够通过导向部件12、13之间的方式。
于是,如图12所示,使保持部件602通过导向部件12、13之间,将卡合部631的凹部631a勾挂到导向部件12的外周面上。
接着,如图13及图14所示,使保持部件602的卡合部632的臂部632a、632b成为展开的形态,来将卡合部632载置到导向部件13上。
由此,保持部件602被安装到导向部件12、13上,喷头盖装置被安装到导向部件上。
在本实施方式中,在保持部件602上还具备在所述第一实施方式中说明的卡合部(钩挂部621)。由此,能够安装到滑架或导向部件中的任一个。但是,也可以不具备第一实施方式中说明的卡合部。
另外,在上述实施方式中,说明的是能够装卸自如地连接喷头清扫装置的喷射液体的装置将布料作为液体赋予对象来印刷的印刷装置,但并不限于此。本发明也同样适用于使液体赋予对象为片材的喷射液体的装置等。
另外,在上述实施方式中,是将作为卡合部的勾挂部设置在喷头盖装置上的构成,但也可以是将作为卡合部的勾挂部设置在滑架或导向部件(导向部件)上的构成。更进一步地,作为卡合部,既可以是钩挂部(爪)以外的构成,也可以是使用磁铁等可以装卸的构成。
在本申请中,″喷射液体的装置″是具备液体喷射头或液体喷射单元,并驱动液体喷射头来喷射液体的装置。在喷射液体的装置中,不仅是对于可以附着液体的物体而能够喷射液体的装置,还包括向空中或液体中喷射液体的装置。
该″喷射液体的装置″还可以包括涉及对能够附着液体的物体进行供给、输送、排纸的机构,以及前处理装置、后处理装置等。
例如,作为″喷射液体的装置″,有喷射墨水在纸张上形成图像的装置的图像形成装置,和为了对立体造型物(三维造型物)进行造型而在将粉体形成为层状的粉体层上喷射造形液的立体造型装置(三维造型装置)。
另外,″喷射液体的装置″不局限于通过喷出的液体来使得文字、图形等有意思的图像被可视化。例如,也包括形成本身没有意思的图形,以及对三维图像进行造型的东西。
上述″可附着液体的物质″是指液体至少能够暂时附着的物质,指的是附着后粘着、附着后渗透之物。作为具体例子,可以是纸张、记录纸、记录纸张、薄膜、布等的被记录介质,和电子基板、压电元件等的电子零件,以及粉体层(粉末层)、脏器模型、检查用单元等的介质,只要没有特别限制,就包括所有的液体可以附着的物质。
上述″可附着液体的物质″的材质,只要是纸、丝、纤维、布帛、皮革、金属、塑料、玻璃、木材、陶瓷等的液体即使暂时也能够附着的即可。
另外,″液体″只要是能够从喷头喷射的具有粘度及表面张力的液体即可,没有特别限定,但优选在常温、常压下或加热、冷却下粘度为30MPa·s以下。更具体而言是包括水或有机溶剂等的溶剂、染料和颜料等的着色剂,和聚合性化合物、树脂、界面活化剂等功能性赋予材料,和DNA、氨基酸和蛋白质、钙等的生物适应性材料,和天然色素等的可食用材料等的溶液、悬浮液、乳胶等,可以将它们用于例如喷墨用墨液、表面处理液、电子元件和发光元件的构成要素和电子电路抗蚀剂图案的形成用液、三维造型用材料液等的用途。
另外,″喷射液体的装置″有液体喷射头和可附着液体的物质相对移动的装置,但并不局限于此。作为具体例子,包括有使得液体喷射头移动的串行装置、不使液体喷射头移动的线型装置等。
另外,作为″喷出液体装置″,还有处于对纸张的表面进行改性等目的,为了在纸张的表面涂敷处理液而将处理液喷出到纸张上的处理液涂覆装置,以及将原料分散到溶液中的组成液通过喷嘴喷射后来对原料的微粒进行造粒的喷射造粒装置等。
Claims (13)
1.一种喷头盖装置,其特征在于包括:
罩盖喷头的喷嘴面的盖子,和
保持所述盖子的保持部件,
所述保持部件能够装卸于搭载所述喷头的滑架或对所述滑架的往返移动进行导向的导向部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷头盖装置,其特征在于:
在所述保持部件内设有吸收液体的吸收部件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的喷头盖装置,其特征在于:
所述吸收部件配置在所述盖子的下方。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的喷头盖装置,其特征在于:
所述保持部件包括多个所述盖子,在罩盖时多个所述盖子内被封闭。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的喷头盖装置,其特征在于:
所述保持部件具有能够装卸地安装在所述滑架或所述导向部件上的卡合部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的喷头盖装置,其特征在于:
所述保持部件的所述卡合部是钩挂部。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的喷头盖装置,其特征在于:
所述保持部件的所述卡合部相对于所述滑架或所述导向部件以能够保持安装状态的方式来卡合。
8.一种喷射液体的装置,其特征在于包括:
搭载有喷头的滑架;
对所述滑架的往返移动进行导向的导向部件,以及
能够装卸地安装权利要求1至7中任一项所述的喷头盖装置的卡合部。
9.根据权利要求8所述的喷射液体的装置,其特征在于:
具有维护装置,该维护装置包括对所述喷头的喷嘴面进行罩盖的盖子和对所述喷头的喷嘴面进行擦拭的擦拭部件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的喷射液体的装置,其特征在于:
所述维护装置具备的至少一个所述盖子具有导吸引机构连接的通道,
所述喷头盖装置具备的至少一个所述盖子具有的通道设有密封部。
11.根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的喷射液体的装置,其特征在于:
赋予有从所述喷头喷射的液体的液体赋予对象为布料。
12.根据权利要求8至11中任一项所述的喷射液体的装置,其特征在于:
具有对被赋予有从所述喷头喷射的液体的赋予对象进行保持的部件,
保持所述赋予对象的部件能够在与所述喷头相对的位置和不与所述喷头相对的位置之间移动。
13.一种喷头罩盖方法,其特征在于执行:
使得对被赋予有来自喷头的液体的赋予对象进行保持的部件从导所述喷头相对的位置移动到不导所述喷头相对的位置的工序,以及
将具有罩盖所述喷头的喷嘴面的盖子和保持所述盖子的保持部件的喷头盖装置安装到搭载所述喷头的滑架或引导所述滑架的往返移动的导向部件上,并通过所述盖子来罩盖所述喷头的喷嘴面的工序。
