step two, the controller controls the pull motor 71 to rotate forwards, the pull motor 71 drives the steel wire rope 75 to move by driving the trapezoidal lead screw 74 to rotate, the steel wire rope 75 pulls the pull guide post 77 to move towards the spring cavity in the direction of the one-way joint 6 and compress the spring 76, the second sensor monitors the motion state of the pull motor 71 and sends a detection signal to the controller, when the second sensor monitors that the rotation angle of the pull motor 71 enables the pull guide post 77 to be inserted into the inner hole of the one-way joint 6 to lock the one-way joint 6, the controller controls the pull motor 71 to stop rotating, the one-way joint 6 does not axially rotate along the rotating pipe 5 at the moment, and the rotating pipes 5 are kept in the same horizontal direction; therefore, when a person lies on the bed sheet, the one-way joints are not bent, so that the rotating pipes connected through the one-way joints can keep the same horizontal direction;
step three, the controller controls the second clutch to be electrified, so that the rotary pipe 5 and the lifting mechanism 1 are fixedly attracted, and controls the first clutch to be powered off, so that the rotary pipe 5 and the movable mechanism 4 are separated;
step four, the controller controls 4 lifting mechanisms 1 to ascend simultaneously, and the lifting mechanisms 1 drive the rotating pipes 5 on the two sides of the bed body to ascend along with the ascending;
step five, the controller controls the rotation motor 31 of the rotation mechanism 3 to rotate to drive the rotation pipes 5 to rotate, so that one rotation pipe 5 releases cloth, the other rotation pipe 5 synchronously receives cloth, the first sensor monitors the motion state of the rotation motor 31 and sends a detection signal to the controller, when the first sensor monitors the rotation angle of the rotation motor 31, the controller controls the rotation motor 31 to stop rotating after a patient lying on the bed sheet 9 turns over along with the motion of the bed sheet 9, and if necessary, a nursing worker can slightly push the patient to complete the turning over action;
and step six, the controller controls the lifting mechanism 1 to descend to the original position.
When the auxiliary turnover device only comprises the lifting mechanism, the rotating mechanism and the rotating pipe, the second step and the third step are omitted.
Further, the semi-reclining motion includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 4 and 5:
step one, a user inputs an operation instruction for semi-lying at a user end, and a controller controls an electric rod on the bed body 8 to automatically adjust the angles of a back plate, a leg rest plate and/or a footrest, or the user manually adjusts the angles of the back plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest of the bed body 8;
secondly, a third sensor monitors the horizontal position of the backrest plate and transmits a detection signal to a controller, the controller controls a second clutch to be powered off, so that the rotary pipe 5 is separated from the lifting mechanism 1, and controls a first clutch to be powered on, so that the rotary pipe 5 and the movable mechanism 4 are fixedly attracted;
step three, the controller controls the drawing motor 71 to rotate reversely, the drawing motor 71 releases the tension of the trapezoidal lead screw 74 and the steel wire rope 75, the drawing guide post 77 is ejected out of the spring cavity by the pushing force of the spring 76 under the condition that the tension of the drawing motor 71 does not exist, and the drawing guide post 77 releases the locking of the one-way joint 6;
step four, the one-way joint 6 is subjected to angle steering along with the folding of the backrest plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest, and the movable mechanism 4 rises to drive the telescopic guide rail 41 to extend; the extension of the telescopic guide rail compensates the length shortage of the back plate, the leg rest plate and/or the foot rest plate caused by rising and inclining, and when the back plate, the leg rest plate and/or the foot rest plate fall down, the telescopic guide rail retracts, so that the patient can be better assisted to realize a half-lying state;
and step five, when the third sensor monitors that the backrest plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest are folded to a set angle, the controller controls the electric rod to stop running, or the user stops manually adjusting the angle of the backrest plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest of the bed body 8.
The horizontal position of back-up plate is judged to the third sensor, when back-up plate, leg back-up plate and/or footrest need rise angle of adjustment, back-up plate, leg back-up plate and/or footrest leave the third sensor this moment, and third sensor transmission signal gives the controller, can take place the operating instruction to first clutch, second clutch, pull motor, the electric pole on the bed body after the controller analysis, controls its operation step operation according to the action of partly lying.
The rotating mechanism and the one-way joint are connected together through the rotating pipe, namely the rotating angle of the rotating mechanism is the same as that of the one-way joint, when the first sensor identifies the rotating angle of the rotating motor and transmits the rotating angle to the controller, the controller can analyze the position angle of the one-way joint, the number of turns of the rotating motor in left and right rotation and the curling length of the bed sheet, so that the first clutch, the second clutch, the lifting mechanism, the drawing motor and the rotating motor are controlled to operate according to the operation steps of turning over.
The controller can be set by a program to control the auxiliary turning-over device to move according to the setting requirements, for example, the auxiliary turning-over device can regularly turn over in the daytime so as to prevent skin sores of long-term bedridden patients, and can be matched with detection equipment such as a heart rate cushion and the like at night to passively prevent snoring and the like by turning over.
The embodiment has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The whole device adopts 4 independent lifting mechanisms and rotating mechanisms to be matched with the bed sheet wound on the rotating pipe, so that people with mobility disabilities can be assisted to turn over, bedsores caused by long-term bed rest of people with mobility disabilities can be avoided, the structure is simple, the device is suitable for different bed bodies, and the installation is simple and convenient;
(2) The nursing bed with the height of the backrest plate adjusted by adopting the one-way joint and the movable mechanism is matched, so that the nursing bed can assist people who are inconvenient to move to lie on the bed for eating, reading, watching television and the like; the one-way section is locked through the drawable rotating mechanism, and the turning-over and half-lying functions are realized simultaneously;
(3) The modular design is adopted, the occupied space is small, and the transportation is convenient;
(4) The bed body is suitable for bed bodies with different sizes and structures, can be assembled and spliced on site, and is simple and convenient to install;
(5) The structure is simple, the design is ingenious, and the effect is obvious;
(6) According to the type of the adopted nursing bed and the actual requirements, if a back rest plate, a leg rest plate and/or a footrest are required to be arranged, one-way sections can be correspondingly added, the nursing bed is flexible and changeable, various use requirements are met, and the practicability is high;
(7) The manufacturing is simple, the processing and the assembly are easy, the cost is low, the practicability is high, and the method is suitable for large-scale popularization.

Claims (13)

1. A care bed, comprising:
the bed body comprises a back plate, a leg rest plate and/or a foot rest plate, the angle of the back plate, the leg rest plate and/or the foot rest plate is manually or automatically adjusted, and when the angle of the back plate, the leg rest plate and/or the foot rest plate is automatically adjusted, the angle is adjusted through an electric rod connected with the back plate, the leg rest plate and/or the foot rest plate;
the lifting mechanism is fixedly arranged on the bed body, and output ends vertically and upwards extend from four corners of the bed body to execute a lifting function;
the first rotating pipe is rotatably supported on the output ends of the paired lifting mechanisms on the corresponding side along the extension direction of the first side rod of the bed body;
the second rotating pipe is rotatably supported on the output ends of the paired lifting mechanisms on the corresponding side along the extension direction of the second side rod of the bed body;
the first motor is coaxially connected with the first rotating pipe so as to drive the first rotating pipe to rotate;
the second motor is coaxially connected with the second rotating pipe so as to drive the second rotating pipe to rotate; and
the clutch switching mechanism comprises a first clutch and a second clutch;
the movable mechanism is arranged on the backrest plate to drive the backrest plate to be bendable relative to the bed surface of the bed body,
wherein the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe are respectively driven by the first motor and the second motor to enable the outer wall of the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe to be wound on the bed sheet through the connecting piece,
wherein the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe are lifted and lowered along with the lifting mechanism,
wherein the bed surface of the bed body is bendable relative to a horizontal plane, the first and second rotary tubes are bendable relative to the horizontal plane, and
wherein the lifting mechanism, the first motor, the second motor, and the movable mechanism are electrically connected to and controlled to operate by a controller,
wherein the clutching of the first and second clutches defines the locking or unlocking of the first and second rotary tubes with the movable mechanism and the lift mechanism, respectively, and
wherein each of the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe comprises at least one-way joint and a drawable rotating mechanism fixedly arranged with a lifting mechanism arranged at the bed tail,
wherein the drawable rotation mechanism comprises:
the mounting bracket is fixedly connected with the drawable rotating mechanism and a lifting mechanism arranged at the bed tail;
the connecting shaft and the trapezoidal lead screw are connected with each other and accommodated in the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe at one end close to the drawable rotating mechanism;
the drawing motor drives the connecting shaft and drives the trapezoidal lead screw to rotate;
one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the trapezoidal lead screw, moves in the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe along with the rotation and the movement of the trapezoidal lead screw and penetrates through the one-way joint;
the guide post is connected with the other end of the steel wire rope, and when the guide post is positioned in the one-way joint, the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe are in a straight state and cannot be bent, otherwise, the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe can be bent;
and the spring is contained in the spring cavities of the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe and pushes the guide column to reset through deformation force.
2. The nursing bed of claim 1, wherein the movable mechanism comprises two telescopic guide rails and two reinforcing plates, the two telescopic guide rails are respectively fixed on two sides of the backrest plate of the bed body through guide rail fixing members, and the reinforcing plates are connected with the two telescopic guide rails.
3. The nursing bed as claimed in claim 2, wherein the two lifting mechanisms symmetrically arranged on the left and right side rods of the bed head and the bed tail are connected by a connecting plate.
4. A care bed as claimed in claim 3, wherein the stiffening plate and the connecting plate are both length adjustable telescopic plates.
5. The care bed of claim 1, wherein the first and second clutches are vacuum-or magnetically-attracted clutches.
6. The care bed of claim 1, further comprising a rotation mechanism disposed between the first rotation tube and the first motor and between the second rotation tube and the second motor, respectively.
7. The nursing bed of claim 6, wherein the rotating mechanism is provided with a first sensor that identifies a motion state of the first motor and the second motor.
8. The care bed of claim 7, wherein the extractable rotation mechanism is provided with a second sensor for identifying a motion state of an extraction motor.
9. The nursing bed of claim 8, wherein the connection plate is provided with a third sensor that identifies a motion state of the movable mechanism.
10. The nursing bed of claim 9, wherein the first sensor, the second sensor, the third sensor, the rotating motor, the pulling motor, the lifting mechanism, or the electric rod on the bed body are all connected with the controller through a wire harness, and the controller is controlled by the control button on the controller or a remote controller or a mobile phone APP connected through wireless communication.
11. The nursing bed of claim 1, further comprising hook and loop fasteners or quick clamps disposed on the outer walls of the first and second rotary tubes for quick connection with a bed sheet.
12. A method for operating a nursing bed, which is realized based on the nursing bed of claim 10,
the turning-over action of the operation method comprises the following steps:
step one, a user inputs an operation instruction for turning over at a user side;
controlling a drawing motor to rotate forwards by using a controller, driving a steel wire rope to move in a translation manner by driving a trapezoidal lead screw to rotate by the drawing motor, driving a drawing guide post to move towards a spring cavity in the direction of a one-way joint by the steel wire rope and compressing a spring, monitoring the motion state of the drawing motor by a second sensor and sending a detection signal to the controller, when monitoring the rotation angle of the drawing motor by the second sensor to enable the drawing guide post to be inserted into an inner hole of the one-way joint to lock the one-way joint, controlling the drawing motor to stop rotating by the controller, enabling the one-way joint not to axially move along a first rotating pipe and a second rotating pipe at the moment, and keeping the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe in a horizontal state;
step three, the controller controls the second clutch to be electrified, so that the rotary pipe and the lifting mechanism are fixedly attracted, and controls the first clutch to be powered off, so that the first rotary pipe and the second rotary pipe are separated from the movable mechanism;
step four, the controller controls the lifting mechanism to ascend simultaneously, and the lifting mechanism drives the rotating pipes on the two sides of the bed body to ascend along with the lifting mechanism;

and sixthly, controlling the lifting mechanism to descend to the original position by the controller.
