To achieve the above object, the present embodiment further provides a method for operating a care bed, wherein the turning action includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 6 and 7:
step one, a user inputs an operation instruction for turning over actions at a user side;
step two, the controller controls the drawing motor 71 to rotate positively, the drawing motor 71 drives the steel wire rope 75 to move by driving the trapezoidal screw 74 to rotate, the steel wire rope 75 pulls the drawing guide post 77 to move into the spring cavity in the direction of the one-way joint 6 and compress the spring 76, the second sensor monitors the moving state of the drawing motor 71 and sends detection signals to the controller, when the second sensor monitors the rotating angle of the drawing motor 71 to enable the drawing guide post 77 to be inserted into the inner hole of the one-way joint 6 to lock the one-way joint 6, the controller controls the drawing motor 71 to stop rotating, at the moment, the one-way joint 6 does not axially rotate along the rotating pipes 5, and the rotating pipes 5 are kept in the same horizontal direction; therefore, when someone lies on the bed sheet, the one-way joints cannot bend, so that the rotating pipes connected through the one-way joints can keep the same horizontal direction;
step three, the controller controls the second clutch to be electrified, so that the rotary tube 5 and the lifting mechanism 1 are fixed in a suction way, and controls the first clutch to be powered off, so that the rotary tube 5 and the movable mechanism 4 are separated;
step four, the controller controls 4 lifting mechanisms 1 to ascend simultaneously, and the lifting mechanisms 1 drive the rotating pipes 5 on two sides of the bed body to ascend along with the lifting;
step five, the controller controls the rotary motor 31 of the rotary mechanism 3 to rotate so as to drive the rotary pipes 5 to rotate, so that one rotary pipe 5 is put and the other rotary pipe 5 is synchronously received, the first sensor monitors the motion state of the rotary motor 31 and sends detection signals to the controller, when the first sensor monitors the rotation angle of the rotary motor 31 so that a patient lying on the bed sheet 9 turns over along with the motion of the bed sheet 9, the controller controls the rotary motor 31 to stop rotating, and if necessary, a nursing staff can perform a slight pushing motion so as to assist the patient to finish turning over;
and step six, the controller controls the lifting mechanism 1 to descend to the original position.
When the auxiliary turning device only comprises the lifting mechanism, the rotating mechanism and the rotating pipe, the second step and the third step are omitted.
Further, the semi-reclining motion includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 4 and 5:
step one, a user inputs an operation instruction for performing semi-lying motion at a user end, and a controller controls an electric rod on a bed body 8 to automatically adjust angles of a back support plate, a leg support plate and/or a footrest, or the user manually adjusts the angles of the back support plate, the leg support plate and/or the footrest of the bed body 8;
step two, a third sensor monitors the horizontal position of the backing plate and transmits a detection signal to a controller, the controller controls the second clutch to be powered off, so that the rotary tube 5 is separated from the lifting mechanism 1, and controls the first clutch to be powered on, so that the rotary tube 5 and the movable mechanism 4 are attracted and fixed;
thirdly, the controller controls the pulling motor 71 to rotate reversely, the pulling force of the pulling motor 71 to the trapezoidal screw 74 and the steel wire rope 75 is relaxed, the pulling guide column 77 is reversely popped out of the spring cavity by the pushing force of the spring 76 under the condition that the pulling force of the pulling motor 71 is not provided, and the pulling guide column 77 is unlocked to the unidirectional joint 6;
fourth, the unidirectional joint 6 turns angularly along with the folding of the backrest plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest, and the movable mechanism 4 rises to drive the telescopic guide rail 41 to extend; the extension of the telescopic guide rail compensates for the length shortage of the back rest plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest caused by rising and tilting, and when the back rest plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest fall down, the telescopic guide rail can retract, so that the patient can be better assisted to realize a half-lying state;
and fifthly, when the third sensor monitors that the back rest plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest are folded to a set angle, the controller controls the electric rod to stop running, or a user stops manually adjusting the angles of the back rest plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest of the bed body 8.
The third sensor judges the horizontal position of the back plate, when the back plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest are required to be lifted to adjust angles, the back plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest leave the third sensor at the moment, the third sensor transmits signals to the controller, and the controller can generate operation instructions to the first clutch, the second clutch, the drawing motor and the electric rod on the bed body after analysis, so that the electric rod is controlled to operate according to the operation steps of the semi-lying motion.
The rotating mechanism and the one-way joint are connected together through the rotating pipe, namely the rotating angle of the rotating mechanism is the same as that of the one-way joint, when the first sensor identifies the rotating angle of the rotating motor and transmits the rotating angle to the controller, the controller can analyze the position angle of the one-way joint, the left and right rotating turns of the rotating motor and the curling length of the bed sheet, so that the first clutch, the second clutch, the lifting mechanism, the drawing motor and the rotating motor are controlled to operate according to the operation steps of turning over actions.
The controller can be set by a program to control the auxiliary turning-over device to act according to the setting requirement, such as turning over at daytime, so as to prevent skin sore of a patient lying in bed for a long time, and detection equipment such as heart rate pads can be matched at night, and snoring and the like can be passively prevented by using the turning-over action.
The embodiment has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The whole device adopts 4 independent lifting mechanisms and the rotating mechanism to be matched with the bed sheets wound on the rotating pipe, so that the turnover of the people with inconvenient actions can be realized, the bedsores caused by long-term lying of the people with inconvenient actions can be avoided, the structure is simple, the device is suitable for different bed bodies, and the installation is simple and convenient;
