Randomly selecting 180 wild AB strain zebra fishes fertilized for 6 days into a six-hole plate, treating 30 zebra fishes in each hole, inducing the zebra fishes with 3.5% of ethanol for 1 hour to form an intoxication model, removing the ethanol, cleaning the zebra fishes with fish culture water once, dissolving the zebra fishes with water respectively, and giving the solid drinks with the concentration of 300, 600 and 1200 mu g/mL for sobering and protecting the liver, and the positive control medicine RU21 with the concentration of 100 mu g/mL, and simultaneously setting a normal control group and a model control group, wherein the zebra fishes in the control group are treated with the fish culture water, and the volume of each hole is 3 mL.
