如上所述,在当前的用于形成上述滤袋的机器中,使用用于形成上述的接合点的工作站以及通过超声波装置对所形成的滤袋进行密封和切割的工作站。
特别地,用于对所形成的滤袋进行密封和切割的超声波装置位于用于形成滤袋的生产线的下游并且允许同时封闭所形成的滤袋的顶部和相对于过滤材料的条带的供应方向位于前一个滤袋上游的滤袋的底部。
该密封和切割装置包括:
-用于密封过滤材料的条带的超声波发生器;
-面向超声波发生器定位的对向板体或砧座;
-运动系统,其连接至超声波发生器以及砧座,并且被构造为使超声波发生器和砧座在超声波发生器和砧座彼此分离的第一非操作位置与超声波发生器和砧座进行密封过滤材料的条带的正面接触的第二操作位置之间移动;超声波发生器和砧座相对于条带的供应方向横向地移动;
-切割元件或割刀,其定位在砧座上并且能够在密封条带之后分离过滤材料的条带,切割元件通过运动机构与超声波发生器和砧座的运动同步地在将切割元件容纳在砧座中的撤回的非操作位置与用于切割过滤材料的条带的前进的操作位置之间进行移动,在该前进的操作位置中切割元件从砧座突出并且分离过滤材料的条带。
在这种方案中,超声波发生器具有C形横截面,从而在一侧上限定已经设置有一定剂量的产品的滤袋的顶部的密封并且在另一侧上限定要形成的下一个滤袋的底部的密封。
位于超声波发生器中心的沟槽允许在切割过滤材料的条带的步骤期间插入割刀,即,通过剪刀式动作而形成两个滤袋。
然而,这种技术方案具有一些缺点。
用于执行一种剪刀切割的直线割刀与超声波发生器的沟槽之间的组合导致割刀的切割部分快速磨损。
割刀的磨损还会由于在形成滤袋时使用的一些材料、特别是所谓的“纺织-无纺”材料的高弹性而进一步加剧。
必须加以补充的是,为了通过这种方案而获得精确且高质量的切割,需要在切割步骤期间停用超声波发生器来防止振动产生不正确的切割线。这要求步骤整体减慢并且对超声波发生器的组件产生更大的压力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于形成具有例如茶、咖啡、甘菊等等的冲泡产品的滤袋的密封和切割装置,其克服了上述的缺点。
特别地,本发明的目的是提供一种用于形成具有例如茶、咖啡、甘菊等等的冲泡产品的滤袋的密封和切割装置,其能够提高滤袋的最终质量。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于形成具有例如茶、咖啡、甘菊等等的冲泡产品的滤袋的密封和切割装置,其能够增加形成装置的组件的工作寿命并同时减少用于形成滤袋的时间。
所述目的通过所附权利要求中表征的根据本发明的用于形成具有例如茶、咖啡、甘菊等等的冲泡产品的滤袋的密封和切割装置完全实现。

具体实施方式
参考附图,特别是参考图1和2,整体上标记为100的根据本发明的装置用于(借助于超声波)进行密封和切割,从而形成包含有不同类型的产品的袋体。
在所示的例子中,仅非限制性地举例来说,描述了冲泡产品的滤袋的形成。
因此,再次举例来说,密封和切割装置100可在被构造为同时形成例如锥形袋体的三维滤袋和矩形的所谓的传统单耳或双耳式袋体的用于形成滤袋的机器(未示出)上使用。
每个袋体都通过包含有至少一种剂量的产品的一片材料形成。在滤袋的例子中,每个滤袋都通过包含有一定剂量的冲泡产品的一片过滤材料形成。
下文描述的是要通过根据本发明的装置进行连接和切割的袋体,例如由过滤材料形成的滤袋,但是根据本发明的方案在不限制该方案的范围的情况下也可应用于包含有产品的任何其他类型的袋体。
密封和切割装置100包括密封头1或超声波发生器,其被构造为对沿着供应方向D2供应的过滤材料的连续管状条带2s(在图1和2中以虚线表示)的部分2进行密封(从而限定已经设置有一定剂量的产品的第一滤袋的封闭的头部以及相对于供应方向D2形成在第一滤袋上游的第二滤袋的底部)。
条带2s的供应方向可以根据应用装置100的形成机器的类型而沿着竖直平面、水平平面或倾斜平面。
密封和切割装置100包括面向超声波发生器1定位的对向头或砧座3。
砧座3具有箱形结构,其长度(或主纵向延伸量)至少等于或大于超声波发生器1的长度。
密封和切割装置100包括运动系统4,其连接至超声波发生器1和/或砧座3,并且被构造为使超声波发生器1和砧座3(以同步的方式)在超声波发生器1和砧座3间隔开的第一非操作位置与超声波发生器1和砧座3进行密封过滤材料的条带的部分2的正面接触从而同时密封要形成的相应的袋体的头部和底部的第二操作位置之间移动。
超声波发生器1和砧座3以同步的方式沿着与过滤材料的连续条带2s的供应方向D2横切的运动方向D3移动。
(连接至超声波发生器1的)运动系统4包括多个运动机构(例如成对的连杆和曲轴以及相关的驱动单元),它们能够使靠近和远离超声波发生器1和砧座3的运动同步。
密封和切割装置100包括具有圆形刀片6的切割元件5,该刀片连接至能够沿着与连续管状条带2s的供应方向D2垂直的方向D6向圆形的刀片6赋予平移运动的支撑和运动元件8。
应注意,切割元件5被定位在砧座3上并且被构造为在超声波发生器1和砧座3处于第二操作位置时切割过滤材料的条带2s,从而将所形成的第一滤袋与过滤材料的剩余的连续条带2s分离。
还如图3-7所示,砧座3包括使刀片6从其中突出的狭缝7,其被构造为在超声波发生器1和砧座3处于第二操作位置时通过与超声波发生器1接触而切割管状条带2s,从而将所形成的袋体与剩余的连续条带2s分离。
根据第一实施方式,切割元件5包括具有圆形刀片轮廓6的轮6a,其与位于砧座3内部的支撑和运动单元8进行铰接并且可自由旋转。
根据第二实施方式,切割元件5包括具有圆形刀片轮廓6的轮6a,其与位于砧座3内部的支撑和运动单元8刚性地关联。
根据第三实施方式,切割元件5包括具有圆形刀片轮廓6的轮6a,其与位于砧座3内部的支撑和运动单元8进行铰接。
鉴于此,轮6a连接至被构造为至少在刀片6的平移运动期间向轮6a赋予强制旋转的独立的运动单元9(不考虑与超声波发生器1的对抗)。
该独立单元9在图7中用方框表示并且可包括能够在支撑和运动单元8启动时使轮6旋转的驱动单元或具有齿轮-齿条单元的运动耦合件。
优选地,支撑和运动单元8包括用于支撑轮6a的支撑主体10,支撑主体10与致动器11连接,致动器11被构造为在两个方向上使得该支撑主体10沿着砧座3的纵向延伸部进行移动。
鉴于此,支撑主体10被滑动地连接至位于砧座3内部的直线引导件12,从而实现轮6a在两个方向上的直线平移行程。
优选地,支撑主体10包括中心部分铰接至支撑主体10的摇臂13。
摇臂13具有第一臂14和第二臂15。
轮6a被铰接在第一臂14上(在第一臂14的自由端部上)。用于进行调节和平衡的与支撑主体10接触的平头螺钉16被可拧紧地连接在第二臂15上,从而实现轮6a从狭缝7突出的操作位置的调节。
鉴于此,弹性预加载元件17(弹簧)插在支撑元件8(支撑主体10)与刀片6(第一臂14)之间并且能够在第二操作位置中保持刀片6与超声波发生器1接触。
如图所示,超声波发生器1包括接触表面18,其通过使具有圆形轮廓的刀片6可在其上滑动的平坦且连续的轮廓面向砧座3,从而通过与接触表面18进行接触来确定过滤材料的管状条带2s的切割。
优选地,砧座3的狭缝7的长度S7至少等于超声波发生器1在密封区域中的长度S1(优选地,狭缝7的延伸量大于超声波发生器1的延伸量)。
优选地,砧座3被形成为单件。
优选地,超声波发生器1和/或刀片6由硬化材料制成。本发明还提供了一种对包含有冲泡产品的袋体(过滤器)进行密封和切割的方法。
所述方法包括以下步骤:
-准备被构造为对沿着供应方向D2供应的过滤材料的连续管状条带2s的部分2进行密封的密封头1或超声波发生器;
-准备面向超声波发生器1定位的对向头或砧座3;
-使超声波发生器1和砧座3沿着与过滤材料的连续管状条带2s的供应方向D2横切的运动方向D3朝向彼此移动,直到与过滤材料的管状条带2s接触为止;
-通过启动超声波发生器1而接合过滤材料的管状条带2s的部分2,从而实现要形成的相应的袋体的头部和底部的同时密封(在所示的例子中,已经设置有一定剂量的产品的第一滤袋的封闭的头部以及相对于供应方向D2形成在第一滤袋上游的第二滤袋的底部);
-使用切割元件5沿着密封后的过滤材料的连续管状条带2s的部分2进行切割,从而使所形成的滤袋与过滤材料的剩余的连续管状条带2s分离;该切割步骤包括使具有圆形的刀片6的切割元件5沿着与连续管状条带2s的供应方向D2垂直的方向D6进行平移。
如图所示,通过使刀片6接触超声波发生器1而执行切割步骤。
还应注意,切割步骤包括使具有圆形的刀片6的切割元件5沿着与超声波发生器1和砧座3的运动方向D3垂直的方向D6进行平移。
应注意,沿着超声波发生器1和砧座3的整个纵向延伸部进行切割元件5的平移,从而允许所形成的滤袋相对于过滤材料的剩余条带可靠且完全地分离。
优选地,在启动的超声波发生器1的密封步骤期间通过具有圆形的刀片6的切割元件5执行切割步骤。
通过以这种方式构造的机器实现了具有多个优点的预设目的。
设置圆形刀片(优选进行旋转)能够增加刀片的工作寿命。
设置限定了与圆形刀片进行接触的表面的扁平的超声波发生器提高了对过滤材料的条带进行切割的安全性和精度。
设置可沿着超声波发生器和砧座的延伸部沿着直线轨迹移动的圆形刀片能够在超声波发生器打开时进行切割,从而改进用时并且允许在不磨损所切割的片材的情况下对过滤材料的片材进行干净且精确的切割。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于形成包含有产品的袋体的密封和切割装置,所述密封和切割装置(100)包括:
-密封头(1)或超声波发生器,其被构造为对沿着供应方向(D2)供应的连续的管状条带(2s)的部分(2)进行密封;
-面向所述超声波发生器(1)定位的对向头或砧座(3);
-运动系统(4),其连接至所述超声波发生器(1)和/或所述砧座(3)并被构造为使所述超声波发生器(1)和/或所述砧座(3)在第一非操作位置和第二操作位置之间移动,在第一非操作位置中,所述超声波发生器(1)和所述砧座(3)彼此分离,在第二操作位置中,所述超声波发生器(1)和所述砧座(3)进行密封过滤材料的条带的所述部分(2)的正面接触从而同时密封要形成的相应的袋体的头部和底部;
-包括圆形刀片(6)的切割元件(5),所述圆形刀片连接至能够沿着与连续的所述管状条带(2s)的所述供应方向(D2)垂直的方向(D6)向圆形的所述刀片(6)赋予平移运动的支撑和运动单元(8),
其特征在于,所述砧座(3)包括使所述刀片(6)从其中突出的狭缝(7),其被构造为在所述超声波发生器(1)和所述砧座(3)处于所述第二操作位置时通过与所述超声波发生器(1)接触而通过第二操作方式将所述管状条带(2s)从剩余的条带上切断,从而将所形成的袋体与剩余的连续条带(2s)分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切割元件(5)包括具有圆形刀片轮廓(6)的轮(6a),其与位于所述砧座(3)内部的所述支撑和运动单元(8)进行铰接并且可自由旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切割元件(5)包括具有圆形刀片轮廓(6)的轮(6a),其与位于所述砧座(3)内部的所述支撑和运动单元(8)刚性地关联。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切割元件(5)包括具有圆形刀片轮廓(6)的轮(6a),其与位于所述砧座(3)内部的所述支撑和运动单元(8)进行铰接,所述轮(6a)连接至被构造为至少在所述刀片的平移运动期间向所述轮(6a)赋予强制旋转的独立的运动单元(9)。
5.根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支撑和运动单元(8)包括用于支撑轮(6a)的支撑主体(10),所述支撑主体(10)与致动器(11)连接,所述致动器(11)被构造为使所述支撑主体(10)在两个方向上沿着所述砧座(3)的纵向延伸部进行移动,所述支撑主体(10)被滑动地连接至位于所述砧座(3)内部的直线引导件(12),从而实现所述轮(6a)在两个方向上的直线平移行程。
6.根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支撑主体(10)包括在中心铰接至所述支撑主体(10)的摇臂(13),所述摇臂(13)具有第一臂(14)和第二臂(15),所述轮(6a)被铰接在所述第一臂(14)上,调节用平头螺钉(16)被可拧紧地连接在所述第二臂(15)上、与所述支撑主体(10)接触,从而实现所述轮(6a)从所述狭缝(7)突出的位置的调节。
7.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其包括插在所述支撑单元(8)与所述刀片(6)之间的弹性元件(17),以用于在所述第二操作位置中保持所述刀片(6)与所述超声波发生器(1)接触。
8.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述超声波发生器(1)包括接触表面(18),其通过使具有圆形轮廓的所述刀片(6)可在其上滑动的平坦且连续的轮廓面向所述砧座(3),从而通过与所述接触表面(18)进行接触来确定所述管状条带(2s)的切割。
9.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,形成在所述砧座(3)上的所述狭缝(7)的长度(S7)至少等于所述超声波发生器(1)在密封区域中的长度(S1)。
10.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述砧座(3)被形成为单件。
11.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述超声波发生器(1)和/或所述刀片(6)由硬化材料制成。
12.一种对包含有产品的袋体进行密封和切割的方法,其包括以下步骤:
-准备被构造为对沿着供应方向(D2)供应的连续的管状条带(2s)的部分(2)进行密封的密封头(1)或超声波发生器;
-准备面向所述超声波发生器(1)定位的对向头或砧座(3);
-使所述超声波发生器(1)和所述砧座(3)沿着与过滤材料的连续的所述管状条带(2s)的所述供应方向(D2)横切的运动方向(D3)朝向彼此移动,直到与过滤材料的所述管状条带(2s)接触为止;随后
-通过启动所述超声波发生器(1)而密封所述管状条带(2s)的所述部分(2),从而同时密封要形成的相应的袋体的头部和底部;
-使用切割元件(5)沿着密封后的连续的所述管状条带(2s)的所述部分(2)进行切割,从而使所形成的袋体与剩余的连续管状条带(2s)分离,所述切割步骤包括使具有圆形的刀片(6)的所述切割元件(5)沿着与连续的所述管状条带(2s)的所述供应方向(D2)垂直的方向(D6)进行平移,其特征在于,通过使所述刀片(6)接触所述超声波发生器(1)而执行切割步骤。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,在启动的所述超声波发生器(1)的密封步骤期间通过具有圆形的所述刀片(6)的所述切割元件(5)执行切割步骤。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,连续的所述管状条带(2s)由过滤材料制成并且所述产品是冲泡产品。
