本发明属于汽轮机配件技术领域,具体涉及一种新型船舶有限空间用阀门的桁架式蝶板结构。本发明包括阀板、阀体、第一阀轴、第二阀轴;阀板为采用桁架式结构的八边形蝶板,阀体为圆环形结构,第一阀轴、第二阀轴为两个半轴型结构,在同轴线两侧透过阀体凸台将阀板固定在阀体内侧。本发明采用桁架式结构蝶板,桁架式蝶板经焊接组成整体,加工前进行热处理消除焊接应力,同时,由于截面距轴心较远,惯性矩较大,因而承载能力就较大;蝶板桁架结构中间可以通过介质,增加流通面积,大大减少流体扰动和流阻,蝶板阀座堆焊司太立硬质合金,硬度高,有效减小高流速介质对阀门密封面的冲刷。

本发明属于汽轮机配件技术领域,具体涉及一种新型船舶有限空间用阀门的桁架式蝶板结构。
背景技术
船舶蒸汽动力汽轮机组具有频繁变负荷和高可靠性的运行特点,机组冷源终端共用冷凝器为机组运行提供真空环境,并回收、冷凝机组及系统的排气和疏水,但共用冷凝器通海部件长期承受海水冲刷、浸泡、压力交变等恶劣环境,一旦发生渗漏,严重威胁机组的安全可靠运行。因此船舶新型机组采用左右舷两台共用冷凝器,并在主汽轮机与两台冷凝器之间分别布置隔断阀的方案,如机组运行时一台冷凝器故障,立即通过隔断阀关闭切断主汽轮机该侧排气通道,保证机组机组正常安全运行。隔断阀采用蝶阀形式,蝶板是蝶阀的启闭件,随着蝶板的启闭,既能控制介质通断,又能调节介质流量,当大口径蝶板运行时,蝶板处于流动介质之中,既要承受介质的作用力而不致损坏和产生过大的变形,还应有较好的流态。由于在蝶阀关闭时,阀前后的压差很大,因此,蝶板的强度应予以重视,同时应尽可能减少阀门的流阻。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型船舶有限空间用阀门的桁架式蝶板结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种新型船舶有限空间用阀门的桁架式蝶板结构,包括阀板、阀体、第一阀轴、第二阀轴;阀板为采用桁架式结构的八边形蝶板,阀体为圆环形结构,第一阀轴、第二阀轴为两个半轴型结构,在同轴线两侧透过阀体凸台将阀板固定在阀体内侧。
每根半轴插入蝶板的凸台的深度达到阀杆直径的1.5倍。
本发明的有益效果在于:
为了提高抗弯刚性,本发明采用桁架式结构蝶板,桁架式蝶板经焊接组成整体,加工前进行热处理消除焊接应力,同时,由于截面距轴心较远,惯性矩较大,因而承载能力就较大;蝶板桁架结构中间可以通过介质,增加流通面积,大大减少流体扰动和流阻,蝶板阀座堆焊司太立硬质合金,硬度高,有效减小高流速介质对阀门密封面的冲刷。

一种新型船舶有限空间用阀门的桁架式蝶板结构包括阀板1、阀体2、第一阀轴3、第二阀轴4;阀板为采用桁架式结构的八边形蝶板,阀体为圆环形结构,第一阀轴、第二阀轴为两个半轴型结构,在同轴线两侧透过阀体凸台将阀板固定在阀体内侧。
每根半轴插入蝶板的凸台的深度达到阀杆直径的1.5倍。
本发明为了提高蝶阀的流通能力,进一步减少流动阻力,需要把单个阀杆设计成两个半轴型结构,保证每根半轴插入蝶板凸台的深度达到阀杆直径的1.5倍,并把蝶板设计成桁架结构,以增大阀门的流通能力,减少流体经过阀门时的压力损失。

1.一种新型船舶有限空间用阀门的桁架式蝶板结构,包括阀板、阀体、第一阀轴、第二阀轴;其特征在于:阀板为采用桁架式结构的八边形蝶板,阀体为圆环形结构,第一阀轴、第二阀轴为两个半轴型结构,在同轴线两侧透过阀体凸台将阀板固定在阀体内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型船舶有限空间用阀门的桁架式蝶板结构,其特征在于:每根半轴插入蝶板的凸台的深度达到阀杆直径的1.5倍。
