Abstract
本发明是一种级联阀瓣式调节阀,属于火电、核电阀门领域。级联阀瓣式调节阀安装在火电、核电机组水汽系统管道,是调节介质流量、压力、温度的重要设备。级联阀瓣式调节阀由阀瓣、弹簧、辅助阀瓣、阀杆、阀瓣压盖等组成,辅助阀瓣与阀杆为一体式结构。阀门开启时,辅助阀瓣先开启,阀瓣上下腔联通,阀瓣变为平衡结构,阀杆通过阀瓣压盖、弹簧带动阀瓣上下移动;阀门关闭时,阀杆压缩弹簧,辅助阀瓣压紧阀瓣内密封面,阀瓣下部密封面压紧阀座密封面,并实现两道密封面密封,阀瓣变为非平衡结构。本发明有效减小了阀门开启力,提高了阀门关闭时的密封性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种级联阀瓣式调节阀,属于火电、核电阀门领域。
背景技术
级联阀瓣式调节阀安装在火电、核电机组水汽系统管道,是调节介质流量、压力、温度的重要设备。
目前,大口径或高压差调节阀为减小执行机构操作力均采用平衡式阀瓣结构,该结构会增加阀门关闭时的泄漏量,并且套筒上的密封圈会磨损,降低阀门使用寿命。有的调节阀为提高密封等级,采用非平衡式阀瓣,这会增加阀门操作力,增加成本。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种级联阀瓣式调节阀,关闭时密封严密,开启时大大降低阀门操作力。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种级联阀瓣式调节阀,它包括阀体(1)、阀座(2)、节流套(3)、阀瓣(4)、弹簧(5)、辅助阀瓣(6)、阀杆(7)、阀瓣压盖(8)等。
所述级联阀瓣式调节阀的阀瓣中心钻有内流道孔,阀瓣内孔上部加工有密封面,密封面堆焊钴基硬质合金。
所述级联阀瓣式调节阀的阀杆与辅助阀瓣为一体式结构,阀杆头部堆焊钴基硬质合金,加工有密封面。
所述级联阀瓣式调节阀关闭时,阀杆压缩弹簧,辅助阀瓣压紧阀瓣内密封面,阀瓣下部密封面压紧阀座密封面,并实现两道密封面密封,阀瓣变为非平衡阀瓣。
所述级联阀瓣式调节阀开启时,阀杆即辅助阀瓣先开启,阀瓣上下腔联通,阀瓣变为平衡阀瓣,阀杆通过阀瓣压盖、弹簧带动阀瓣上下移动。
本发明的有益效果是:阀门开启时,辅助阀瓣先开启,阀瓣变为平衡式结构,减小了阀门操作力;阀门关闭时,辅助阀瓣压紧阀瓣内密封面,阀瓣变为非平衡式结构,提高了阀门密封等级。

具体实施方式
在图所示实施例中,阀瓣4中心钻有内流道孔,上部加工有密封面,阀杆7与辅助阀瓣6为一体式结构,阀瓣4、弹簧5通过阀瓣压盖8与阀杆7连接。阀门关闭时,阀杆7压缩弹簧5,辅助阀瓣6压紧阀瓣4内密封面,阀瓣4下部密封面压紧阀座2密封面,实现两道密封面密封,阀瓣4变为非平衡结构;阀门开启时,即辅助阀瓣6先开启,阀瓣4上下腔联通,阀瓣4变为平衡结构,阀杆7通过阀瓣压盖8、弹簧5带动阀瓣4上下移动。

1.级联阀瓣式调节阀,其特征在于:它包括阀体(1)、阀座(2)、节流套(3)、阀瓣(4)、弹簧(5)、辅助阀瓣(6)、阀杆(7)、阀瓣压盖(8)等,阀体(1)与阀座(2)活动连接,辅助阀瓣(6)与阀杆(7)为一体式结构,阀瓣(4)、弹簧(5)通过阀瓣压盖(8)与阀杆(7)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的级联阀瓣式调节阀,其特征在于:阀瓣(4)中心钻有内流道孔,阀瓣(4)内孔上部加工有密封面,密封面堆焊钴基硬质合金。
3.根据权利要求1所述的级联阀瓣式调节阀,其特征在于:阀杆(7)与辅助阀瓣(6)为一体式结构,阀杆(7)头部堆焊钴基硬质合金,加工有密封面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的级联阀瓣式调节阀,其特征在于:阀门关闭时,阀杆(7)压缩弹簧(5),辅助阀瓣(6)压紧阀瓣(4)内密封面,阀瓣(4)下部密封面压紧阀座(2)密封面,并实现两道密封面密封,阀瓣(4)变为非平衡结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的级联阀瓣式调节阀,其特征在于:阀门开启时,阀杆(7)及辅助阀瓣(6)先开启,阀瓣(4)上下腔联通,阀瓣(4)变为平衡结构,阀杆(7)通过阀瓣压盖(8)、弹簧(5)带动阀瓣(4)上下移动。
