Abstract

本发明是一种新型受控关闭止回阀,属于核电、火电阀门领域。安装在核电、火电机组主给水管线上,防止介质倒流,并延长阀门关闭时间,降低阀门关闭时管道内产生的水锤压力。新型受控关闭止回阀采用Y型带活塞阻尼结构,阀体流道按流线型设计,阀体与阀盖采用螺栓连接,阀瓣与阀杆为一体式结构,阀杆与活塞通过压盖连接,活塞在阀体上部中腔随阀瓣移动,节流板通过四合环、压板和六角螺栓固定在阀体中腔。本发明有效防止了给水管道介质倒流,解决了阀门关闭时管道内产生大幅压力波动和振动的问题,降低了介质流动阻力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型受控关闭止回阀,属于核电、火电阀门领域。
背景技术
目前,安装在核电、火电机组主给水管道上的止回阀多采用旋启式止回阀或带阻尼T型升降式止回阀。旋启式止回阀关闭时管道压力波动较大,会产生剧烈振动,导致管线破裂或管线附件的损坏;带阻尼T型升降式止回阀关闭时虽压力波动小,管道振动轻,但介质流动阻力大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用活塞阻尼延迟阀门关闭时间,降低水锤压力的新型受控关闭止回阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:采用Y型带活塞阻尼结构,阀体内流道按流线型设计,阀体中腔上部与出口支管处连有平衡管;阀体与阀盖采用螺栓连接,阀瓣与阀杆为一体式结构,阀杆与活塞通过压盖连接,活塞在阀体上部中腔随阀瓣移动,节流板通过四合环、压板和六角螺栓固定在阀体中腔,节流板与活塞间形成阻尼腔,节流板与阀杆间设有节流间隙,通过间隙调节阻尼腔压力,控制阀门的关闭时间和水锤压力。
所述新型受控关闭止回阀阀座直接在阀体上堆焊而成,密封面为钴基硬质合金,与阀瓣采用锥面密封。
所述新型受控关闭止回阀阀体下部设有四根导向筋,导向筋内表面堆焊钴基硬质合金,阀瓣在导向筋内上下移动。
本发明的有益效果是:新型受控关闭止回阀采用Y型阀体,介质流动阻力小;在阀体中腔安装一个活塞,与阀瓣连接,一起在阀体内上下滑动。当介质倒流时,通过阀杆与节流板间的间隙可调节活塞阻尼腔内压力,控制阀瓣运动速度,延迟阀门关闭时间,降低关闭水锤压力。

具体实施方式
如图所示,新型受控关闭止回阀,其特征在于,包括阀体1、阀瓣2、活塞8、阀盖11,阀盖11通过螺栓12固定在阀体1上,平衡管10焊在阀体1中腔上部和出口支管处,阀瓣2与阀杆3为一体结构,阀杆3与活塞8通过压盖9压紧连接,阀杆3与压盖9通过螺纹连接,四合环6镶嵌在阀体1凹槽内,通过压板5和六角螺栓7将节流板4固定在阀体1中腔,在节流板4与活塞8间形成阻尼腔,节流板4与阀杆3间设有节流间隙,阀体1下部设有四根导向筋13,导向筋13内表面堆焊钴基硬质合金,阀座14直接在阀体1上堆焊而成,密封面为钴基硬质合金。
新型受控关闭止回阀的工作原理如下:
当介质正流时,在介质力作用下,阀瓣2上移,阀门开启;当介质倒流时,介质由平衡管10进入活塞8上腔,在介质力和自重的作用下,阀瓣2和活塞8向下运动,压缩阻尼腔内介质,使阻尼腔内压力增加,通过阀杆3与节流板4间的间隙调节阻尼腔内压力,控制阀瓣2运动速度,延迟阀门关闭时间,降低关闭水锤压力。

Claims (6)

1.新型受控关闭止回阀,其特征在于,包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣、活塞、阀盖,采用Y型带活塞阻尼结构,阀体中腔上部与出口支管处连有平衡管,阀座直接在阀体上堆焊而成,密封面为钴基硬质合金;阀体与阀盖采用螺栓连接,阀瓣与阀杆为一体式结构,阀杆与活塞通过压盖连接,活塞在阀体上部中腔随阀瓣移动,节流板通过四合环、压板和六角螺栓固定在阀体中腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型受控关闭止回阀,其特征在于:阀体采用Y型直流结构,流道按流线型设计,阀体中腔上部与出口支管处设有平衡管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型受控关闭止回阀,其特征在于:阀体下部设有四根导向筋,导向筋表面堆焊钴基硬质合金。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型受控关闭止回阀,其特征在于:阀杆与活塞由压盖压紧连接,阀杆与压盖通过螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型受控关闭止回阀,其特征在于:四合环镶在阀体凹槽内,通过压板和六角螺栓将节流板固定在阀体中腔,在节流板与活塞间形成阻尼腔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型受控关闭止回阀,其特征在于:节流板与阀杆间设有节流间隙,调节阻尼腔压力,控制阀门关闭时间和水锤压力。
