The invention discloses a method for edge sealing of a tape edge of a gumming reinforced material, which comprises the following steps: s1, cutting the impregnated reinforced material by a cutting device and sealing the edge for the first time; s2, performing secondary edge sealing on the impregnated reinforcing material by using an impregnated reinforcing material selvedge edge sealing device; the gumming reinforced material selvedge edge sealing device comprises a limiting mechanism and an electric heating wire used for being in contact with the gumming reinforced material selvedge, the limiting mechanism comprises an upper limiting plate and a lower limiting plate which are oppositely arranged, a gap allowing the gumming reinforced material to pass through is formed between the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate, and the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate are made of alumina ceramics. According to the invention, the special gumming reinforced material selvedge edge sealing device is adopted, the gumming reinforced material is enabled to stably run in the gap through the gap limitation of the alumina ceramic plate, and meanwhile, the heat resistance of the ceramic is utilized to prevent the heat of the electric heating wire from being conducted to the cloth cover to influence the cloth cover adhesion performance, so that the edge sealing quality is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of production processes of impregnated reinforcing materials, and particularly relates to a selvedge edge sealing method of an impregnated reinforcing material.
Background
In the production process of the gum dipping reinforced material, edge sealing operation is required. The existing edge sealing method has structural design defects due to the adoption of an edge sealing device, so that the edge sealing quality of the dipped reinforced material cloth edge is poor, and the cloth surface adhesion performance is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a method for edge sealing of a dipped reinforced material cloth edge, and aims to improve the edge sealing quality.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the selvage edge sealing method of the gum dipping reinforced material comprises the following steps:
s1, cutting the impregnated reinforced material by a cutting device and sealing the edge for the first time;
s2, performing secondary edge sealing on the impregnated reinforcing material by using an impregnated reinforcing material selvedge edge sealing device;
the gumming reinforced material selvedge edge sealing device comprises a limiting mechanism and an electric heating wire used for being in contact with the gumming reinforced material selvedge, the limiting mechanism comprises an upper limiting plate and a lower limiting plate which are oppositely arranged, a gap allowing the gumming reinforced material to pass through is formed between the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate, and the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate are made of alumina ceramics.
The heating wire is located between the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate.
The cutting equipment is an ultrasonic cutting machine.
According to the invention, the special gumming reinforced material selvedge edge sealing device is adopted, the gumming reinforced material stably runs in the gap through the gap limitation of the alumina ceramic plate, and meanwhile, the heat resistance of the ceramic is utilized to prevent the heat of the electric heating wires from being conducted to the cloth cover to influence the cloth cover adhesion performance, so that the edge sealing quality is improved.

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings for a purpose of helping those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the concept and technical solution of the present invention and to facilitate its implementation.
As shown in FIG. 1, the invention provides a method for edge sealing of a tape-dipped reinforced material selvedge, which comprises the following steps:
s1, cutting the impregnated reinforced material and sealing the edge for the first time by the cutting equipment 4;
and S2, performing secondary edge sealing on the glue dipping reinforced material by using the glue dipping reinforced material selvedge edge sealing device.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the edge sealing device for the selvedge of the dipped reinforced material comprises a limiting mechanism for guiding the dipped reinforced material cut by the cutting device 4 to move along a set direction and an electric heating wire 1 for contacting with the selvedge of the dipped reinforced material, wherein the limiting mechanism comprises an upper limiting plate 2 and a lower limiting plate 3 which are oppositely arranged, a gap for the dipped reinforced material to pass through is formed between the upper limiting plate 2 and the lower limiting plate 3, and the upper limiting plate 2 and the lower limiting plate 3 are made of alumina ceramics.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the heating wire 1 is located between an upper limiting plate 2 and a lower limiting plate 3, the upper limiting plate 2 is located above the lower limiting plate 3, the upper limiting plate 2 is parallel to the lower limiting plate 3, and a certain distance is provided between the upper limiting plate 2 and the lower limiting plate 3. The length direction of the electric heating wire 1 is parallel to the length direction of the gum dipping reinforcing material, the upper limiting plate 2 and the lower limiting plate 3, and the electric heating wire 1 can generate heat after being electrified. In the step S2, while the edge of the dipped reinforcing material passes through the space between the upper limiting plate 2 and the lower limiting plate 3, the selvage of the dipped reinforcing material contacts the energized electric heating wire 1, and the electric heating wire 1 performs the edge sealing operation on the dipped reinforcing material. Therefore, the impregnation reinforcing material stably runs in the gap by setting the gap limitation of the alumina ceramic plate, and meanwhile, the heat resistance performance of the alumina ceramic plate is utilized to prevent the heat of the electric heating wire 1 from being conducted to the cloth cover to influence the cloth cover bonding performance.
As shown in fig. 2, the cutting device 4 and the limiting mechanism are sequentially arranged along the advancing direction of the dipped reinforcement material, and the cutting device 4 is an ultrasonic cutting machine which performs cutting processing by using wave energy. In step S1, the ultrasonic cutting machine can cut the dipped reinforcement material and fuse the cut portion, so as to perform a first edge sealing on the cut portion of the dipped reinforcement material. In the step S2, the heating wire 1 seals the glue-dipped reinforcing material for the second time.

s1, cutting the gum dipping reinforced material by using cutting equipment and sealing the edge for the first time;
s2, performing secondary edge sealing on the impregnated reinforcing material by using an impregnated reinforcing material selvedge edge sealing device;
the gumming reinforced material selvedge edge sealing device comprises a limiting mechanism and an electric heating wire used for being in contact with the gumming reinforced material selvedge, the limiting mechanism comprises an upper limiting plate and a lower limiting plate which are oppositely arranged, a gap allowing the gumming reinforced material to pass through is formed between the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate, and the upper limiting plate and the lower limiting plate are made of alumina ceramics.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the heating wire is located between the upper and lower limiting plates.
3. The method for selvedge sealing of the impregnated reinforcing material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cutting device is an ultrasonic cutting machine.
