Abstract

本发明涉及一种刷漆设备,尤其涉及一种石油运输管道表面刷漆设备。本发明的目的是提供一种能够实现先打磨后刷漆的石油运输管道表面刷漆设备。技术方案为:一种石油运输管道表面刷漆设备,包括有底板、伺服电机、轴承座、齿轮、固定环和太阳轮,底板一侧设有轴承座,轴承座上部设有伺服电机,伺服电机输出轴连接有齿轮,底板中间设有固定环,固定环上转动式连接有太阳轮,太阳轮和齿轮啮合。通过放置机构和推进机构之间的配合,可以实现自动将运输管道进行传送,同时能够自动对运输管道表面进行刷漆。

本发明涉及一种刷漆设备,尤其涉及一种石油运输管道表面刷漆设备。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,人们对建筑领域的要求也越来越高,力求做到最快最好,因此建筑工地上为了保证管道的使用寿命,均会在其表面涂抹油漆,或者对使用时间较久的管道上的油漆进行更换。
但是,现在的建筑工人涂抹油漆的方式还较为落后,大部分都是用油漆刷进行涂抹,工作效率较为低下,有些管道上会有铁锈之类的东西,大大的影响了刷漆效果,而建筑工人在清除铁锈的时候并不能够进行刷漆,大大的降低了工作效率,因此现在研发一种能够实现先打磨后刷漆的石油运输管道表面刷漆设备。
发明内容
为了克服现在手工刷油漆,工作效率较为低下的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种能够实现先打磨后刷漆的石油运输管道表面刷漆设备。
技术方案为:一种石油运输管道表面刷漆设备,包括有底板、伺服电机、轴承座、齿轮、固定环、太阳轮、清理器、放置机构和推进机构,底板一侧设有轴承座,轴承座上部设有伺服电机,伺服电机输出轴连接有齿轮,底板中间设有固定环,固定环上转动式连接有太阳轮,太阳轮和齿轮啮合,太阳轮右部两侧均转动式连接有清理器,底板上设有放置机构,放置机构一侧设有推进机构。
作为上述方案的改进,放置机构包括有第一支脚、开槽安装板、第二支脚和弧形安装板,底板一侧设有四个第一支脚,第一支脚顶部之间连接有开槽安装板,底板中间设有两个第二支脚,底板一侧设有弧形安装板。
作为上述方案的改进,推进机构包括有固定架、气缸、推进板和护板,开槽安装板一侧设有固定架,固定架上设有气缸,开槽安装板顶部一侧设有推进板,气缸一侧设有护板。
作为上述方案的改进,还包括有清理机构,清理机构包括有支撑架、安装座、转动磨砂器、复位弹簧、安装块和拨动块,轴承座两侧均连接有支撑架,支撑架之间连接有安装座,安装座上转动式连接有转动磨砂器,转动磨砂器两侧和安装座之间均设有复位弹簧,转动磨砂器顶部设有安装块,伺服电机输出轴连接有拨动块。
作为上述方案的改进,还包括有补液机构,补液机构包括有承重架、固定杆、空心管、转动盒、固定座、液体存放盒、堵头、升降板和涡卷弹簧,右侧的第二支脚两侧均连接有承重架,承重架一侧均设有固定杆,固定杆上均转动式连接有空心管,空心管和同侧的固定杆之间均设有涡卷弹簧,空心管上均设有转动盒,承重架外侧均设有固定座,固定座一侧均设有液体存放盒,液体存放盒和转动盒之间连接有伸缩管,液体存放盒上均滑动式连接有堵头,堵头顶部之间连接有升降板。
作为上述方案的改进,还包括有烘干机构,烘干机构包括有异形座、安装盘和烘干器,弧形安装板下部设有异形座,异形座一侧设有安装盘,安装盘内设有烘干器。
作为上述方案的改进,还包括有废液回收机构,废液回收机构包括有固定轴、安装盒和圆盖,承重架一侧之间连接有固定轴,固定轴上设有安装盒,安装盒中间螺纹式连接有圆盖。
作为上述方案的改进,安装盒为长方形。
1、通过放置机构和推进机构之间的配合,可以实现自动将运输管道进行传送,同时能够自动对运输管道表面进行刷漆。
2、通过清理机构和补液机构之间的配合,可以对运输管道外壁进行自动打磨,同时对清理器进行自动补液的效果。

一种石油运输管道表面刷漆设备,如图1-4所示,包括有底板1、伺服电机2、轴承座3、齿轮4、固定环5、太阳轮6、清理器7、放置机构8和推进机构9,底板1左侧设有轴承座3,轴承座3上部设有伺服电机2,伺服电机2输出轴连接有齿轮4,底板1中间设有固定环5,固定环5上转动式连接有太阳轮6,太阳轮6和齿轮4啮合,太阳轮6右部上下两侧均转动式连接有清理器7,底板1上设有放置机构8,放置机构8左侧设有推进机构9。
放置机构8包括有第一支脚80、开槽安装板81、第二支脚82和弧形安装板83,底板1左侧设有四个第一支脚80,第一支脚80顶部之间连接有开槽安装板81,底板1中间设有两个第二支脚82,底板1右侧设有弧形安装板83。
推进机构9包括有固定架90、气缸91、推进板92和护板93,开槽安装板81左侧设有固定架90,固定架90上设有气缸91,开槽安装板81顶部左侧设有推进板92,气缸91右侧设有护板93。
当人们需要对运输管道表面进行刷漆时,先将物料放置在开槽安装板81上,然后将油漆加入到清理器7内,然后启动伺服电机2,伺服电机2输出轴转动带动齿轮4、太阳轮6和清理器7进行转动,同时控制气缸91伸长带动护板93和物料向右移动,当物料和清理器7接触时,使得清理器7对物料进行刷漆,不使用时关闭伺服电机2,控制气缸91缩短带动护板93向左移动复位。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础之上,如图5-9所示,还包括有清理机构10,清理机构10包括有支撑架101、安装座102、转动磨砂器103、复位弹簧104、安装块105和拨动块106,轴承座3右部前后两侧均连接有支撑架101,支撑架101之间连接有安装座102,安装座102上转动式连接有转动磨砂器103,转动磨砂器103前后两侧和安装座102之间均设有复位弹簧104,转动磨砂器103顶部设有安装块105,伺服电机2输出轴连接有拨动块106。
当物料传送到转动磨砂器103内侧时,伺服电机2输出轴转动带动拨动块106进行转动,当拨动块106和安装块105接触时,使得安装块105和转动磨砂器103进行转动,使得复位弹簧104变形,当拨动块106和安装块105分离时,在复位弹簧104的作用下,带动安装块105和转动磨砂器103转动复位,这样即可对物料进行打磨的效果。
还包括有补液机构11,补液机构11包括有承重架110、固定杆111、空心管112、转动盒113、固定座114、液体存放盒115、堵头116、升降板117和涡卷弹簧118,右侧的第二支脚82前后两侧均连接有承重架110,承重架110上部均设有固定杆111,固定杆111上均转动式连接有空心管112,空心管112和同侧的固定杆111之间均设有涡卷弹簧118,空心管112上均设有转动盒113,承重架110外侧均设有固定座114,固定座114上部均设有液体存放盒115,液体存放盒115和转动盒113之间连接有伸缩管,液体存放盒115上均滑动式连接有堵头116,堵头116顶部之间连接有升降板117。
当人们需要补料时,先将油漆装进液体存放盒115内,拨动块106转动接触升降板117时,带动升降板117和堵头116向上移动,当拨动块106转动远离升降板117时,升降板117和堵头116自动向下移动,使得油漆通过伸缩管流到转动盒113内,当清理器7和转动盒113接触时,使得油漆沾到清理器7上,同时使得转动盒113和空心管112进行转动,使得伸缩管被拉伸,涡卷弹簧118被扭转,当清理器7和转动盒113分离时,在涡卷弹簧118的作用下,带动转动盒113和空心管112转动复位,使得伸缩管压缩复位。
还包括有烘干机构12,烘干机构12包括有异形座120、安装盘121和烘干器122,弧形安装板83下部设有异形座120,异形座120左侧设有安装盘121,安装盘121内设有烘干器122。
当物料被上漆后向右移动到烘干器122时,打开烘干器122,使得烘干器122对物料进行烘干,完成后,关闭烘干器122即可。
还包括有废液回收机构13,废液回收机构13包括有固定轴130、安装盒131和圆盖132,承重架110下部之间连接有固定轴130,固定轴130上设有安装盒131,安装盒131中间螺纹式连接有圆盖132。
在刷漆过程中,会有多于的油漆掉落到安装盒131内进行收集,这样可以进行回收利用。
