将所得复合物倒入面板形式的硅酮模具中并且静置硬化,产品是防火隔离面板。
实施例4
防火隔离材料由包含34wt%的无机不可燃纤维、65wt%的硅酸钠水溶液和1wt%的水玻璃稳定剂的复合物组成。
所述无机不可燃纤维是玄武岩纤维,其长度为6至12mm。
所述防火材料还包含水玻璃硬化剂,其为纯二乙酸甘油酯/三乙酸甘油酯按体积份7:3比例的复合物,其相对于纯水玻璃的浓度为0.5至5wt%。
所述水玻璃稳定剂是亲水性烷氧基烷基铵盐,为98%的N,N,N',N'-四(2-羟丙基)乙二胺水溶液的形式。
所述硅酸钠水溶液的密度为1390kg/m3且SiO2与Na2O的摩尔比为3.3。

防火隔离材料由包含49.9wt%的无机不可燃纤维、50wt%的硅酸钠水溶液和0.1wt%的水玻璃稳定剂的复合物组成。
所述无机不可燃纤维为碱性硅酸锆玻璃纤维,长度为6至12mm。
所述防火材料还包含水玻璃硬化剂,其为纯二乙酸甘油酯/三乙酸甘油酯按体积份7:3比例的复合物,其相对于纯水玻璃的浓度为0.5至5wt%。

工业应用
根据本发明的防火材料在建筑和工业领域具有广泛的用途,它不仅可以用于制作单独的隔离产品,还可以用于填充具有复杂形状的各种空间。例如,有利地是将其用于墙壁与热源的隔热,拱腹下天花板的隔离,烘烤表面和烤箱的隔离层,壁炉和炉子的隔离,隔热,作为门、闸门的防火嵌件,电缆、管道和电缆桥架周围的耐密封,承重结构的耐火保护。它们还可以用作化学保护,例如用于生产耐化学品垫。它也可有利地用于安全系统,例如拱顶墙填充物。
Claims (6)
1.一种防火材料,特别是一种包含水玻璃的防火隔热材料,其特征在于所述材料由包含34至49.9wt%无机不可燃纤维、50至65wt%硅酸盐水溶液和0.1至1wt%水玻璃稳定剂的复合物组成,同时所述材料还包含水玻璃硬化剂并且所述硅酸盐水溶液具有在1370至1400kg/m3范围内的密度且SiO2与Na2O的摩尔比在3.2至3.4范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火材料,其特征在于所述无机不可燃纤维为玻璃纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火材料,其特征在于所述无机不可燃纤维是玄武岩纤维。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的防火材料,其特征在于所述无机不可燃纤维具有6至12mm的长度。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的防火材料,其特征在于所述硅酸盐水溶液是硅酸钠水溶液。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的防火材料,其特征在于所述水玻璃稳定剂是亲水性烷氧基烷基铵盐。
