Abstract

本发明公开了一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法及其产品,包括如下步骤:选取无污染的玻纤制品废料作为原材料,将其裁剪成碎料;然后利用高速分散机将玻纤碎料打散成蓬松丝状,获得丝状玻璃纤维丝;再通过物理分离法将丝状玻璃纤维丝与杂质分离,收集丝状玻璃纤维丝;接着将丝状玻璃纤维丝中加入硅酸钠或脲醛胶,搅拌均匀;最后热压成型得到防火保温型材;制得的防火保温型材导热系数低,防火性能好,可以作为防火保温型材使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,具体涉及回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,还涉及由该方法制得的产品。
背景技术
玻纤制品废料,包括生产时产生的废料,以及产品使用之后形成的可回收废料,由于玻纤制品使用广泛,密度小体积大,且难以降解,所以这些废料的处理是玻纤制品生产企业和使用企业的一大难题,需耗费大量成本。因此,急需一种将玻纤制品废料重新利用的方法,实现变废为宝,降低企业成本。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法;本发明的目的之二在于提供由上述方法制得的轻质防火保温型材。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
1、一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)选取无污染的玻纤制品废料作为原材料,将其裁剪成碎料;
2)利用高速分散机将玻纤碎料打散成蓬松丝状,获得丝状玻璃纤维丝;
3)通过物理分离法将丝状玻璃纤维丝与杂质分离,收集丝状玻璃纤维丝;
4)将丝状玻璃纤维丝中加入硅酸钠或脲醛胶,搅拌均匀;
5)热压成型得到防火保温型材。
优选的,步骤1)中,将玻纤制品废料裁剪为1~2cm的碎料。
优选的,步骤2)中,所述高速分散机的转速为8000~12000rpm。
优选的,步骤3)中,所述物理分离方法为风选。
优选的,步骤4)中,硅酸钠或脲醛胶加入量按1吨丝状玻璃纤维丝加入150kg硅酸钠或脲醛胶。
优选的,步骤5)中,所述热压成型的条件为180-320℃热压成型.
7、由所述方法制得的轻质防火保温型材。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明公开了一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,该方法通过将玻纤制品废料进行回收利用,使用简单的工艺方法轻质防火保温型材,实现了变废为宝,并且避免了玻纤制品废料处理需耗费大量成本的问题,降低企业成本。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)选取无污染的玻纤制品废料作为原材料,将其裁剪成1.5cm的碎料;
2)利用高速分散机在转速为10000rpm将玻纤碎料打散成蓬松丝状,获得丝状玻璃纤维丝;
3)通过物理分离法将丝状玻璃纤维丝与杂质分离,如风选,收集丝状玻璃纤维丝;
4)将丝状玻璃纤维丝中按1吨丝状玻璃纤维丝加入150kg硅酸钠或脲醛胶,搅拌均匀;
5)240℃热压成型得到防火保温型材。
实施例2
一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)选取无污染的玻纤制品废料作为原材料,将其裁剪成1cm的碎料;
2)利用高速分散机在转速为8000rpm将玻纤碎料打散成蓬松丝状,获得丝状玻璃纤维丝;
3)通过物理分离法将丝状玻璃纤维丝与杂质分离,如风选,收集丝状玻璃纤维丝;
4)将丝状玻璃纤维丝中按1吨丝状玻璃纤维丝加入160kg硅酸钠或脲醛胶,搅拌均匀;
5)180℃热压成型得到防火保温型材。
实施例3
一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)选取无污染的玻纤制品废料作为原材料,将其裁剪成2cm的碎料;
2)利用高速分散机在转速为12000rpm将玻纤碎料打散成蓬松丝状,获得丝状玻璃纤维丝;
3)通过物理分离法将丝状玻璃纤维丝与杂质分离,如风选,收集丝状玻璃纤维丝;
4)将丝状玻璃纤维丝中按1吨丝状玻璃纤维丝加入160kg硅酸钠或脲醛胶,搅拌均匀;
5)180℃热压成型得到防火保温型材,制得防火保温型材如图1所示。
将实施例1~3制得的防火保温型材按照检测防火保温型材的抗压强度(回弹法)、比重(比重计法)、导热系数(平板稳态法)和燃烧性能(辐射热源法),结果如表1所示。

上述结果可以看出,使用本发明方法制得的产品密度低,导热系数低,能到达保温要求,并且不燃烧,可以作为防火保温型材。

Claims (7)

1.一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)选取无污染的玻纤制品废料作为原材料,将其裁剪成碎料;
2)利用高速分散机将玻纤碎料打散成蓬松丝状,获得丝状玻璃纤维丝;
3)通过物理分离法将丝状玻璃纤维丝与杂质分离,收集丝状玻璃纤维丝;
4)将丝状玻璃纤维丝中加入硅酸钠或脲醛胶,搅拌均匀;
5)热压成型得到防火保温型材。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中,将玻纤制品废料裁剪为1~2cm的碎料。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中,所述高速分散机的转速为8000~12000rpm。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中,所述物理分离方法为风选。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,其特征在于:步骤4)中,硅酸钠或脲醛胶加入量按1吨丝状玻璃纤维丝加入150kg硅酸钠或脲醛胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种回收利用玻纤制品废料制备轻质防火保温型材的方法,其特征在于:步骤5)中,所述热压成型的条件为180-320℃热压成型。
7.由权利要求1~6任一项所述方法制得的轻质防火保温型材。
