The plastic box cover is connected with an iron nail through threads, and a round plastic sheet is movably arranged on the plastic box cover through the iron nail. In the embodiment, the parasitic wasps of the selected hosts are timely released, so that the interference of other parasitic wasps is prevented, the parasitic process is interrupted, and the normal operation of observation and research is guaranteed.
Since drosophila melanogaster has the characteristics of easy propagation, low cost, mature propagation technology, transparent pupa body, easy observation and suitability for observing parasitic behaviors, in the embodiment, 2 days old drosophila melanogaster pupae is selected as host pupae, 4 female muscovite pupae which are eclosion for 24 hours and fully mate are selected as parasitic wasps to carry out parasitic test, and the observed experimental results are recorded as shown in table 1.
