Abstract

本申请提供了一种超声三维成像方法和装置,该方法通过控制超声探头向目标组织发射至少一组体发散波;接收从目标组织返回的超声回波,获得至少三组超声回波信号;对至少三组超声回波信号进行信号处理,得到与至少三个不同的发射角度或者至少三个不同的接收角度对应的至少三个不同方向的速度分量;对至少三个不同方向的速度分量进行矢量合成,得到目标组织的三维向量速度。本申请采用预设排列组合的阵元向目标组织发射体发散波,体发散波的扫描区域大,得到的图像覆盖范围大,帧率也较高,且采用体发散波也可以同时完成不同的线或面的扫描,避免在测量三维血流速度时产生误差,从而得到满足临床需求的三维图像。
