Abstract

船舶用螺旋推进器,特别是用于大型渡船的螺旋推进器,具有两个一个在另一个后面设置在船的中纵面上的螺旋桨,其中该前面的螺旋桨(1)设置在从船体(4)伸出的驱动船轴(2)上,并通过一驱动装置(3)驱动,该后面的螺旋桨(5)由一分开的驱动装置(6)驱动,并构成在可在至少90°范围内转动的垂直设置的轴(7)上。

Description

船舶用螺旋推进器
本发明涉及一种船用螺旋推进器,特别是用于大型渡船的螺旋推进器,具有两个在船中纵面上一个在另一个后面设置的螺旋桨。
对于确定的船舶,特别是大型渡船,存在下述问题,在海洋中需要达到尽可能高的速度,在港口内或港口附近速度要减小,并且在强风中其驾驶灵活性应尽可能地改善。该船应不需要拖船而能迅速地靠或离码头,结果是该船要有灵活驾驶的驱动装置,并且不需要外来帮助实现靠岸。
根据已知技术,前述船舶有两个螺旋桨,每个独立设置的螺旋桨各有一个驱动装置,为了靠或离码头可以利用横向螺旋桨。
这种结构方式的船舶的缺点是:
1.减小速度的最小值受发动机驱动装置限制,并只能利用可调节螺旋桨;
2.要获得高的机动性能依赖两个舵,它们根据需要象液力舵那样工作,而且要有很大的转向角度。
在一般情况下,靠向和离开码头需要用横向螺旋桨,并且在强风和强水流下进出码头是不保险的,因而不能省去拖船。
本发明的目的在于消除这些缺陷,以及提供一种驱动装置,它在小的航速下可以有很好的驾驶灵活性。
本发明的目的是如此实现的,前面的螺旋桨设置在从船体伸出的船轴上,并可由一驱动装置驱动,在后面的螺旋桨由一分开的驱动装置驱动,后面的螺旋桨设置在可在至少90°范围内转动的垂直轴上。
本发明的其他结构由从属权利要求得出。
通过本发明的结构,前述的缺点可如下解决:
通过后面的螺旋桨,前面的主螺旋桨得到解脱,其空穴作用问题被缓解,同时使效率得以改善。
通过选择适当的驱动装置,该船舶可由两螺旋桨驱动,根据驱动装置的特性,该螺旋桨设置成固定螺旋桨和可调节螺旋桨。其优点意味着其可用于客船螺旋桨。
由于后面的可转动螺旋桨使其有快速航行性能,特别是在窄的有强风和强水流的航道能够确保灵活驾驶。
通过船艏喷射舵,快速地离、靠码头完全没有问题,可完全不用拖船。

在图中相同的部件用相同编号标示。
1.为前面的螺旋桨,它通过驱动轴2由驱装置3驱动。5标示了后面的螺旋桨,它由另一个驱装置6驱动,并可绕垂直轴7转动。8标示作为舵面的构成,在其上设置着后面的螺旋桨5。

Claims (3)

1.船舶用螺旋推进器,特别是用于大型渡船的螺旋推进器,具有两个一个在另一个后面设置在船的中纵面上的螺旋桨,其特征在于该前面的螺旋桨(1)设置在从船体(4)伸出的驱动船轴(2)上,并通过一驱动装置(3)驱动,该后面的螺旋桨(5)由一分开的驱动装置(6)驱动,并构成在可在至少90°范围内转动的垂直设置的轴(7)上。
2.如权利要求1的推进器,其特征在于后面的螺旋架(5)设置在舵面(8)上。
3.如权利要求1或2的推进器,其特征在于螺旋桨(1,5)的至少一个是可调节螺旋桨。
