Abstract

本发明涉及一种交通标志牌系统,更特殊地,涉及一种便携、紧凑的逆反射片标志牌系统。
背景技术
用于在不安全驾驶区域或施工现场提供警告标志的临时活动路标在现有技术中是公知的。通过美国专利第4,980,984号中的讲授,例示了一种可拆散并卷起的方便、便携的活动路标,然而,这种路标在不使用时不便于存放。
发明内容
本发明包括一种便携、紧凑的逆反射片标志牌系统,该系统包括基体、固定在基体上的盘卷机构滚轴、带有第一和第二端的可卷起的逆反射片,其中所述的第一端固定在所述滚轴上,所述标志牌缠绕在所述滚轴上,固定在所述基体上用于将卷起的标志牌支撑到展开位置的标志牌支撑架,其中所述标志牌支撑架是从基体上伸展出的,在所述可卷起的逆反射片第二端上的固定装置,用于将所述逆反射片固定到所述标志牌支撑架上。

具体实施方式
本发明方法及装置的特征和细节将在参照相应的附图及在权利要求书中提到的给予更详尽的描述。应当明了,本发明所给出的具体实施方案只是为了说明,而不是用于限定本发明。本发明的原理特征可以在不超出本发明范围的前提下,用于各种实施方案。
如图1所示,一种便携、紧凑的逆反射片标志牌系统10,包括装在带有合叶盖16的箱体14中的逆反射片标志牌(在位于其卷起位置时)。在一实施方案中,该箱体高约30cm,宽约30cm,长约90cm。盖16可以包括提手18,以便于箱体容易携带,以及锁闩20,用于将盖密封关闭。另外,箱体14带有诸多支脚22,该支脚可以围绕各点24向外旋转,以便对打开的标志牌提供更强的稳定性和支撑,防止其在有风的条件下翻倒。
如图2所示,箱体14处于打开位置,卷起的逆反射片标志牌与可伸缩(折叠)的标志牌支撑架26一同(或分别)被垂直展开。在一个实施方案中,该可伸缩的标志牌支撑架26可以是高约175cm的伸缩杆。
盘卷机构滚轴28,例如可以采用遮光帘或自卷投影屏幕等方式,允许容易地竖起标志牌,同样在使用完后容易卷起。当然滚轴也可以用手动方式缠卷。进一步,箱体14为一旦卷起的标志牌提供了很好的保护。该便携、紧凑的系统在提供了可携带性的同时,简化了传统用一个十字肋支撑的可伸缩卷起标志牌的手工操作,以及卷起、拉伸的烦琐步骤。
在另一个实施方案中,如图3所示,系统50可以包括提手52以及用于密封该系统的锁闩54。系统50包括环绕内部箱体58的一系列基体板56,基体板56带有合叶60,以便允许基体板展开。如图4所示,系统50的基体板56可以完全打开并平放在地面上。盘卷机构滚轴62包括缠绕在滚轴62上的逆反射片64,该盘卷机构滚轴62固定在内部箱体58的内部。可伸缩的支撑架66借助固定装置68(例如钩子或挂钩)与逆反射片64的一端相连,该支撑架是可伸缩的。
如图5所示,逆反射片12处于展开位置,可伸缩的支撑架66也处于伸展位置。内箱体58借助所安装的枢轴装置(例如圆盘机构,未示出)通过枢轴安装到基体板56上,并可以在平坦的基体板上旋转约90度。在这一实施方案中,基体板作为基体用以支撑展开的逆反射片,以有助于防止其在有风的条件下翻倒。如图所示,内部箱体58旋转了一定的角度,优选垂直于箱体板的合叶,以便有助于对系统提供稳定性。
逆反射片可以包括交通标志70,例如“正在施工”、“弯道”、或“停”等标志。在使用完后,该标志借助盘卷机构与可伸缩的支撑架66一道被收缩放入内部箱体58中,而后将系统的基体板56折叠关闭。
作为可卷起标志牌的一种适当材料的实例在1997年10月7日公布的国际公布号为(WO)97/37252的专利申请(其相应的美国专利申请号为08/625,199,1996年4月1日提交)中所讲授的内容在此通过引证被完整地并入。该系统可以用于各种不同需要临时标志的场合,诸如道路工程等。
逆反射材料通常是由在聚合物中混有着色剂的热塑片制成的,附着在该热塑片上的是立体角或棱镜逆反射器阵列,如1973年1月23日授予Stamm的美国专利第3,712,706号中所讲授的内容在此通过引证被完整地并入。通常,这些棱镜是通过在金属板或其他适当材料的平面上形成的标准模具制成的。为了形成这些立体角,在该金属板上间隔60度,刻有平行、等距、交叉的三组V形沟槽,随后该模具用于在平坦的塑料表面上加工所需的立体角阵列。当该沟槽的角度为70度31分43.6秒时,由交叉的两个立体表面(二面角)形成的该角度为90度,此时入射光被逆反射回光源。
逆反射结构的效率是对从逆反射轴在锥形散射内被反射回的入射光量的量度。棱镜的变形对逆反射效率是有害的。另外,立体角棱镜的逆反射元件在某些定向角度上具有较小的棱角,例如这些元件只是明亮地反射照射到集中在其光轴附近很窄范围内的光线。小棱角是由这些带有三个相互垂直相交面的三面角结构元件的固有特性引起的。这些元件的布置使光线被逆反射照到由其各面所定义的内部空隙,照射光的逆反射通过元件由面到面的内部逆反射而形成。远离元件(为由元件各表面定义的内部空隙的三等分)光轴、大体上倾斜的照射光以小于其临界角的角度照射到该表面上,因此,与其说被面反射,不如说穿过该面。关于这些立体角微棱镜结构和操作更详尽的描述,可以在1972年8月15日授予Rowland的美国专利第3,684,348号中找到,其中的讲授在此通过引证被全部并入。用于制造这种逆反射片的方法也一同在1972年9月5日授予Rowland的美国专利第3,689,346号中公开,其中的讲授在此通过引证被全部并入。文中揭示的方法是在配合成型的模具中制造立体角棱镜。这些棱镜被粘贴到整个与其贴合的逆反射片上,以形成立体角微棱镜从逆反射片的一个表面上突出的复合结构。

Claims (8)

1.一种便携、紧凑的逆反射片标志牌系统,包括:
a)基体;
b)固定在所述基体上的盘卷机构滚轴;
c)带有第一和第二端的可卷起的逆反射片,其中所述的第一端固定在所述滚轴上,所述逆反射片缠绕在所述滚轴上;
d)固定在所述基体上的标志牌支撑架,用于将所述逆反射片支撑到展开位置,其中所述标志牌支撑架是从基体上伸展出的;以及
e)在所述可卷起的逆反射片第二端上的固定装置,用于将所述逆反射片固定到所述标志牌支撑架上;以及
f)可折叠的盖子,其上枢轴地连接着基体,所述可折叠的盖子可将基体、盘卷机构滚轴、逆反射片标志牌、以及标志牌支撑架封装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的标志牌系统,其中所述的箱体包括盖子和提手。
3.根据权利要求1所述的标志牌系统,其中所说的标志牌系统进一步包括在可卷起的逆反射片上的交通标志牌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的标志牌系统,其中所述的可卷起的逆反射片包括热塑材料逆反射片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的标志牌系统,其中所述的标志牌支撑架包括伸缩杆。
6.根据权利要求1所述的标志牌系统,其中所说的盘卷机构滚轴是自卷机构滚轴。
7.根据权利要求1所述的标志牌系统,其中所说的基体包括用于装所述盘卷机构滚轴、逆反射片标志牌、以及位于收缩位置的所述标志牌支撑架的箱体。
8.根据权利要求1所述的标志牌系统,其中所述的可卷起的逆反射片包括立体角棱镜。
