In the embodiment, the preparation method is simple and convenient in flow, the medicine property can be relieved after the wine steaming, the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing meridian obstruction are enhanced, the medicine effects of various medicinal materials can be fully exerted after the repeated water extraction, more beneficial substances in the raw medicinal materials can be extracted after the wine steaming is concentrated into clear paste, the proportion of the beneficial substances in the finished product is improved, auxiliary materials are added and then the paste is dried, the paste can be conveniently and subsequently prepared into pills, granules, tablets and the like, the carrying and the taking are convenient, and the prepared medicine has a good treatment effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the size of the crushed Chenopodium hybridum is 100-150 mesh. In the above examples, the blood is crushed to this size, which removes excess impurities and facilitates the extraction of more beneficial substances in subsequent steps.
In some embodiments of the invention, the water extraction temperature is 90-100 ℃ and the water extraction time is 2.8-3.2 h each time the water extraction is performed. In the above embodiment, the water extraction time and the water extraction temperature are limited, so that the beneficial substances in the raw medicinal materials can be sufficiently extracted, and the drug effect can be sufficiently exerted.
In some embodiments of the invention, the fluid extract has a relative density of 1.08-1.18 at 48-55 ℃. In the above embodiment, the concentration of the liquid medicine can further increase the concentration of the medicine, enhance the efficacy, and simultaneously facilitate the preparation of other dosage forms.
In some embodiments of the invention, the drying temperature is 55-65 ℃ and the drying time is 40-60 min. In the embodiment, the auxiliary materials are added into the clear paste and then the clear paste is dried at a low temperature, the water is easily lost too fast when the drying temperature is too high, and some volatile beneficial substances are volatilized.
