Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a moisture-preserving and water-locking solid mask and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of life quality of people and the pursuit of improving the overall appearance, beauty and skin care products are more and more favored. The facial mask covers the face for a short time by using the essence, temporarily isolates the outside air and pollution, improves the temperature of the skin, expands pores of the skin, promotes secretion and metabolism of sweat glands, increases the oxygen content of the skin, is beneficial to the skin to remove products of metabolism of epidermal cells and accumulated grease substances, and nutrient substances in the facial mask permeate into the horny layer of the epidermis to soften the skin, so that the skin is naturally bright and elastic.
The common facial mask is usually manufactured in a wet mode, non-woven fabric or elastic facial mask paper is soaked in essence with beauty components, when the facial mask is used, a sealed package of the facial mask is torn, and the facial mask which is full of the essence can be directly taken out and applied to the face. However, the essence of the product is usually excessive, and the essence flows around due to the dead weight when in use, which brings great inconvenience to the use. Meanwhile, essential components of the facial mask, such as vitamins, enzymes, proteins, polypeptides and the like, are difficult to store in a liquid state for a long time, and stabilizers, preservatives and the like need to be added, so that the use safety is affected. In addition, some essential components are expensive and added in a small amount, and thus cannot be uniformly distributed when impregnated into a base material such as a nonwoven fabric. Finally, due to the fact that the non-woven fabric needs to be soaked, the essence is usually added in an excessive amount, but the base materials such as the non-woven fabric only absorb a part of essence, the part of essence is stuck in the packaging bag and cannot be completely extruded out, and the like, so that part of essence is lost, a large amount of essence is wasted, the essence cannot be completely absorbed by the skin on the face, the utilization rate of essence components is low, and the production cost is increased.
The solid mask is a novel product in a skin-care mask paste, has few preservative agents, is convenient to use and is widely accepted by consumers, and can enable active substances to be uniformly distributed on the surface of a mask cloth. But the active substances in the essence are easy to deactivate, and the active substances are easy to decompose in the drying process, so that the care performance of the mask is reduced.

(2) Trehalose is a natural saccharide, can slow down the evaporation of keratin water, increases the amount of bound water between lipid bilayers of the horny layer, and has excellent moisture retention; the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose has the characteristics of thickening capability, excellent film forming property, wide enzyme resistance, dispersibility, cohesiveness and the like; the chitosan has excellent biocompatibility and film-forming property, moisture retention, wettability and antistatic effect, and has no irritation and no toxicity to skin; the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate has the functions of anti-inflammation, anti-stimulation, oil control, red swelling reduction, inflammation reduction and healing; the tremella heteropolysaccharide has moisturizing performance superior to hyaluronic acid, can enhance cellular immune function, remove free radicals, and has the effects of resisting oxidation and aging, supplementing nutrition, increasing skin elasticity, and reducing skin texture; the Euglena gracilis polysaccharide has anti-inflammatory, immunity enhancing, moisture keeping, antioxidant and skin caring effects; the hydrolyzed collagen can increase the firmness and elasticity of skin, relieve the problems of wrinkling and aging, and can be used as a moisturizing agent to absorb and retain moisture in the air for the skin; the sodium hyaluronate has higher moisturizing effect than the traditional moisturizing agent, and has no defects of greasy feeling, blockage of skin pores and the like; carnosine is a dipeptide composed of beta-alanine and L-histidine, naturally exists in various tissues of an organism, can resist free radical damage, eliminates free radicals, and achieves the effect of resisting oxidation.
The raw materials are matched, and under the action of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, trehalose, chitosan, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, tremella heteropolysaccharide, euglena gracilis polysaccharide, hydrolyzed collagen, sodium hyaluronate and carnosine can be better combined and uniformly mixed. This application needs to soak the facial mask in supporting aseptic aquatic, and at the in-process that absorbs water, the polysaccharide molecule takes place the swelling effect, and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose forms the hydrogen bond with the polysaccharide molecule simultaneously, combines a large amount of moisture, and after applying in user's face, for the skin absorbs and remain moisture, increase the compactness and the elasticity of skin, play positive regulatory action to skin microorganism attitude. The sodium hyaluronate can also permeate into the dermis to regulate the metabolism of the skin, thereby achieving the effects of wrinkle resistance, beauty and health care.
(3) The skin care cream is not added with a thickening agent, a preservative, essence and other additives, is good in safety and has no stimulation to skin.
