Claims (10)

1. A method for processing a virtual license plate parking fee is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a server receives a user identity certificate identification sent by a user terminal through scanning a first two-dimensional code, wherein the first two-dimensional code is used for generating and displaying a corresponding parking fee processing interface on the user terminal, and the parking fee processing interface comprises a to-be-input area of a virtual license plate number;
the server determines a corresponding target virtual license plate number according to the user identity certificate identification and a binding relationship, wherein the binding relationship is a corresponding binding relationship between the pre-stored user identity certificate identification and the target virtual license plate number;
the server sends the target virtual license plate number to the user terminal so that the area to be input of the virtual license plate number of the parking fee processing interface is filled with the target virtual license plate number, and the target virtual license plate number is used for determining the parking fee to be processed.
2. The method for virtual license plate parking fee processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the server receives the user identification credential identification sent by the user terminal by scanning the first two-dimensional code, the method further comprises:
the server receives a user identity certificate identification sent by the user terminal through scanning a second two-dimensional code, wherein the second two-dimensional code is used for randomly determining a unique target virtual license plate number on the server before a vehicle enters a parking lot;
and the server binds the target virtual license plate number and the user identity certificate identification to generate a binding relationship.

The method for processing parking fee of virtual license plate number according to claim 1, wherein the parking fee processing interface further comprises an identification of processing scheme and an identification of identity credential of merchant, after the server sends the target virtual license plate number to the user terminal, the method further comprises:
when the target virtual license plate number, the identification of the processing scheme and the identification of the identity voucher identification of the merchant sent by the user terminal are received, the server processes the parking fee corresponding to the target virtual license plate number according to the processing scheme corresponding to the identification of the processing scheme and the merchant corresponding to the identification voucher identification of the merchant to obtain processing information, and sends the processing information to the parking lot terminal, wherein the processing information comprises the amount of the processed parking fee.

The method for processing the parking fee of the virtual license plate number according to the claim 3, wherein after the server processes the parking fee corresponding to the target virtual license plate number according to the processing scheme and the merchant to obtain the processing information and sends the processing information to the parking lot terminal, the method further comprises:
and resetting the binding relationship to zero when determining that the parking lot terminal receives the amount of the processed parking fee corresponding to the paid processing information.

the user terminal receives the target virtual license plate number sent by the server;
and the user terminal fills the target virtual license plate number into the area to be input of the virtual license plate number of the parking fee processing interface.
6. The method for processing the parking fee of the virtual license plate number as recited in claim 5, wherein before the user terminal sends the user identification credential identification to the server by scanning the first two-dimensional code, the method further comprises:
the user terminal sends a user identity certificate identification to the server by scanning a second two-dimensional code, so that the server randomly determines a unique target virtual license plate number and binds the target virtual license plate number with the user identity certificate identification to generate a binding relationship, and the second two-dimensional code is used for randomly determining the target virtual license plate number on the server before a vehicle enters a parking lot.

The method for processing parking fee of virtual license plate number according to claim 5, wherein the parking fee processing interface further comprises an identification of processing scheme and an identification of identity certificate of merchant, and after the user terminal receives the target virtual license plate number sent by the server, the method further comprises:
