and the account separation record updating module is used for updating the state of the account separation record to be the completion of settlement if the payment order is confirmed to complete the transaction in response to the buyer confirmation receiving operation sent by the e-commerce platform, and sending the updated account separation record to the account opening platform, so that the account opening platform transfers funds in the sub-account of the seller to the account of the seller, wherein the account of the seller is a virtual main account which is created by the account separation management platform for the seller at the account opening platform and used for presenting.
Optionally, after the order acquisition module 21, the apparatus further comprises:
the refund module is used for responding to the refund flow sent by the electronic commerce platform and sending a refund to the account corresponding to the buyer through the spare money of the electronic commerce platform in the third party transaction platform; the third party trading platform is a platform that provides payment paths to buyers.

and the cash-out funds transfer module is used for transferring funds in the sub-accounts of the seller to the accounts of the seller if the paid order is confirmed to complete the transaction according to the buyer confirmation message, wherein the accounts of the seller are virtual main account numbers which are created by the account separation management platform for the seller at the account opening platform and are used for cash-out.

In the several embodiments provided by the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. acquiring paid orders sent by an e-commerce platform based on user payment operation;
dividing accounts of the paid orders according to a preset distribution proportion to obtain a dividing account record; the preset distribution proportion comprises distribution proportions agreed by the e-commerce platform and the seller, and the state of the account distribution record is to be distributed;
sending the account separation record to an account opening platform, so that the account opening platform can separate funds of the paid order into an e-commerce platform account and a seller sub-account according to the account separation record, and updating the state of the account separation record to be settled; the e-commerce platform account is an account of the e-commerce platform on the account opening platform, the seller sub-account is a virtual sub-account which is created by the account dividing management platform for the seller on the account opening platform, and funds in the seller sub-account are funds which cannot be extracted by the seller;
after the acquiring the paid order sent by the e-commerce platform based on the user payment operation, the method further comprises:
responding to a buyer sent by the e-commerce platform to initiate a refund flow, and refunding an account corresponding to the buyer through a spare money of the e-commerce platform in a third party transaction platform; the third party transaction platform is a platform for providing payment paths for the buyers;
the account opening platform transfers funds in the seller sub-account to the e-commerce platform account;
the method further comprises the steps of:
if the paid order is confirmed to complete the transaction in response to the buyer confirmation receiving operation sent by the e-commerce platform, updating the state of the account dividing record to be the completion of settlement, and sending the updated account dividing record to the account opening platform, so that the account opening platform transfers funds in the seller sub-account to a seller account, wherein the seller account is a virtual main account number which is created by the account opening platform for the seller and used for presenting by the account dividing management platform.
2. An online payment account separating method is applied to an account opening platform, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a ledger record sent by a ledger management platform; the account separation record is a fund distribution record obtained by the account separation management platform for separating the paid orders according to a preset distribution proportion, and the account separation record comprises current state information;
dividing funds of the paid order into an e-commerce platform account and a seller sub-account according to the dividing records; the e-commerce platform account is an account of the e-commerce platform on the account opening platform, the seller sub-account is a virtual sub-account which is created by the account dividing management platform for the seller on the account opening platform, and funds in the seller sub-account are funds which cannot be extracted by the seller;
the method further comprises the steps of:
if a refund message is initiated by a buyer sent by the account separation management platform, transferring funds in the seller sub-account to the e-commerce platform account;
the account separation management platform refunds an account number corresponding to the buyer through the spare money of the e-commerce platform in a third party transaction platform; the third party transaction platform is a platform for providing payment paths for the buyers;
the method further comprises the steps of:
receiving a buyer confirmation message sent by the account separation management platform;
and if the paid order is confirmed to complete the transaction according to the buyer confirmation message, transferring funds in the seller sub-account to a seller account, wherein the seller account is a virtual main account which is created by the account separation management platform for the seller at the account opening platform and used for presenting.
3. An online payment ledger apparatus, characterized in that it is applied to a ledger administration platform, comprising:
the order acquisition module is used for acquiring paid orders sent by the e-commerce platform based on user payment operation;
the account distribution record generation module is used for distributing accounts of the paid orders according to a preset distribution proportion to obtain account distribution records; the state of the account separation record is to be subjected to account separation, and the preset distribution proportion comprises distribution proportions agreed by the e-commerce platform and the seller;
the account opening platform is used for dividing funds of the paid order into an e-commerce platform account and a seller sub-account according to the account dividing record and updating the state of the account dividing record into to-be-settled; the e-commerce platform account is an account of the e-commerce platform on the account opening platform, the seller sub-account is a virtual sub-account which is created by the account dividing management platform for the seller on the account opening platform, and funds in the seller sub-account are funds which cannot be extracted by the seller;
after the order acquisition module, the apparatus further comprises:
the refund module is used for responding to the refund flow initiated by the buyer sent by the e-commerce platform and refunding the account corresponding to the buyer through the spare money of the e-commerce platform in the third-party transaction platform; the third party transaction platform is a platform for providing payment paths for the buyers;
the account opening platform transfers funds in the seller sub-account to the e-commerce platform account;
the apparatus further comprises:
and the account opening platform is used for transferring funds in the seller sub-account to a seller account, wherein the seller account is a virtual main account which is created by the account opening platform for the seller by the account opening management platform.
4. An online payment ledger apparatus, applied to an account opening platform, comprising:
the account distribution record receiving module is used for receiving the account distribution record sent by the account distribution management platform; the account separation record is a fund distribution record obtained by the account separation management platform for separating the paid orders according to a preset distribution proportion, and the account separation record comprises current state information;
the account dividing module is used for dividing funds of the paid order into an e-commerce platform account and a seller sub-account according to the account dividing record; the e-commerce platform account is an account of the e-commerce platform on the account opening platform, the seller sub-account is a virtual sub-account which is created by the account dividing management platform for the seller on the account opening platform, and funds in the seller sub-account are funds which cannot be extracted by the seller;
the apparatus further comprises:
the refund fund transfer module is used for transferring funds in the seller sub-account to the e-commerce platform account if responding to the refund information initiated by the buyer sent by the account separation management platform;
the account separation management platform refunds an account number corresponding to the buyer through the spare money of the e-commerce platform in a third party transaction platform; the third party transaction platform is a platform for providing payment paths for the buyers;
the apparatus further comprises:
the confirmation message receiving module is used for receiving the buyer confirmation message sent by the account separation management platform;
and the cash-out funds transfer module is used for transferring funds in the sub-accounts of the seller to the accounts of the seller if the paid order is confirmed to complete the transaction according to the buyer confirmation message, wherein the accounts of the seller are virtual main accounts which are created by the account separation management platform for the seller at the account opening platform and are used for cash-out.

A server, comprising: a processor, a storage medium and a bus, the storage medium storing program instructions executable by the processor, the processor and the storage medium communicating via the bus when the server is running, the processor executing the program instructions to perform the steps of the online payment ledger method of any one of claims 1 to 2.
6. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the online payment ledger method according to any one of claims 1 to 2.
