In order to enable the pressing member 4 to press the eccentric roller 2 on the vertical positioning member 3, the clamping assembly further comprises a driving mechanism, in this embodiment, the driving mechanism is a tension spring 6 arranged at the left side and the right side of the roller installation position, and the tension spring 6 provides driving forces for the pressing member 4 and the vertical positioning member 3 to approach each other. In order to group the eccentric rollers 2, the edges of the left side and the right side of the horizontal table 1 are respectively provided with five workpiece falling openings 8 which vertically penetrate through the horizontal table 1, and the workpiece falling openings 8 serve as avoiding structures so that the eccentric rollers 2 can fall into corresponding storage devices through the workpiece falling openings 8 after the clamping assemblies are loosened. In the present embodiment, the storage device is a receiving hopper 9 provided correspondingly below each of the receiving openings 8.
In order to conveniently open the clamping assembly, a top tongue is further arranged corresponding to each piece falling opening 8, and the top tongue is positioned above the horizontal reference surface, so that the clamping assembly can be matched with the top tongue to realize opening when sliding to the corresponding piece falling opening 8 along the horizontal reference surface. In this embodiment, the top tongue is a triangular piece 10, and since the five piece falling openings 8 on each side are arranged side by side, the corresponding five triangular pieces 10 are integrally arranged to form a zigzag whole, and two ends of the whole are fixed on the horizontal table 1 to fix the top tongue on the horizontal table 1. Correspondingly, openings at two side parts of the matching seam of the vertical positioning piece 3 and the pressing piece 4 are V-shaped openings, and the angle beta of the V-shaped openings is smaller than the angle phi of the top tongue.
During specific operation, the pressing piece 4 and the vertical positioning piece 3 are separated in a reverse mode against the elastic force of the tension spring 6, the eccentric roller 2 is installed in the roller installation position, the separation operation of the clamping assembly is canceled, the pressing piece 4 and the vertical positioning piece 3 move in a reverse mode under the tensile force of the tension spring 6 to clamp the eccentric roller 2, the clamping assembly is moved to carry the eccentric roller 2 to the position where the measuring instrument is located, the eccentric roller 2 is pushed into the measuring instrument 11, after the probe of the measuring instrument 11 passes through the eccentric roller 2, the extreme value of the measuring instrument 11 is recorded, the height of the eccentric roller is obtained, the measured height value is compared with a corresponding grouping comparison table, the eccentric roller is determined to be divided into a group, then the clamping assembly carrier eccentric roller 2 is moved to the corresponding falling part opening 8, and the clamping assembly is pushed to enable the corresponding triangular part 10 to be embedded into the V-shaped opening at the side part of the clamping assembly until the vertical positioning piece 3 and the clamping piece 4 separate the eccentric roller 2 to fall into the corresponding connecting piece hopper 9 through the falling part opening 8. The triangular piece 10 and the V-shaped opening are matched, so that the clamping assembly can be positioned, and the rollers of the clamping assembly are ensured to be installed to be aligned with the corresponding piece falling opening 8.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the receiving hopper 9 is located at the lower side of the horizontal table 1 and partially extends out of the horizontal table 1, the inner side wall of the receiving hopper is an inclined plane inclined outwards from top to bottom, and the inclined plane extends to the lower side of the receiving opening 8, so that after the eccentric roller 2 falls down through the receiving opening, the eccentric roller falling on the inclined plane can roll or slide outwards, so that the eccentric roller 2 gathers outwards, and an operator can take out the eccentric rollers 2 which are grouped conveniently.
The embodiment 2 of the eccentric roller measurement grouping device provided by the invention is mainly different from the embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, the side openings of the fitting seam of the pressing piece and the vertical positioning piece are V-shaped openings, and the corresponding top tongues are of triangular structures, so that the side openings of the fitting seam of the vertical positioning piece and the pressing piece are matched with the top tongues through wedge structures. In this embodiment, only the wedge-shaped structure is provided on the clamping assembly, in particular the top tongue is provided as a cube or as a round bar with an axis extending in the left-right direction. In other embodiments, a wedge-shaped structure can be arranged on the top tongue only, specifically, the pressing piece and the vertical positioning piece are both arranged as a cube, so that the groove depth of the positioning groove of the pressing piece is smaller than the thickness of the eccentric roller, and after clamping is completed, the matching seam between the clamping piece and the vertical positioning piece has a certain width, and the top tongue is arranged as a triangle structure or a cone structure.
The embodiment 3 of the eccentric roller measurement grouping device provided by the invention is mainly different from the embodiment 1 in that: in example 1, the top tongue is a separate part and is fixed to the horizontal stand. In this embodiment, the top tongue is integrally formed with the horizontal stand.
The embodiment 4 of the eccentric roller measurement grouping device provided by the invention is mainly different from the embodiment 1 in that: in example 1, the top tongue is located on a horizontal table. In this embodiment, the top tongue is independently disposed beside the horizontal stand, and is spaced apart from the horizontal stand, and the distance between the top tongue and the horizontal stand is smaller than the dimension of the clamping assembly in the left-right direction, and the space between the top tongue and the horizontal stand forms the avoidance structure.
The embodiment 5 of the eccentric roller measurement grouping device provided by the invention is mainly different from the embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, in this embodiment, a positioning piece positioning groove with an opening facing the pressing piece is formed in the vertical positioning piece, the bottom of the positioning piece positioning groove forms a vertical reference surface, and the eccentric roller is limited in the length direction by groove walls on the left side and the right side of the positioning piece positioning groove. Of course, in other embodiments, the vertical positioning member and the pressing member may be provided with positioning member positioning grooves and pressing member positioning grooves correspondingly.
The embodiment 6 of the eccentric roller measurement grouping device provided by the invention is mainly different from the embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, the driving mechanism is a tension spring. In this embodiment, actuating mechanism is the magnetism and inhales the structure, specifically, sets up the magnet of mutual actuation on vertical setting element and the clamp to realize that vertical setting element and clamp keep the trend of moving in opposite directions, in other embodiments, also can set up magnet on one of them of vertical setting element and clamp, another one is the material that can be adsorbed by magnet.
