本发明公开了一种屋面用防水保温涂料及其制备方法,防水保温涂料,包括以下重量组分的原料制备而成:聚丙烯酸酯25‑35份、改性凹凸棒土填料25‑30份、改性苯丙乳液20‑35份、去离子水25‑40份、空心玻璃微珠5‑10份、增强纤维10‑15份、纳米填料5‑10份、膨润土5‑10份、防腐剂0.5‑2份、成膜助剂0.5‑3份、消泡剂0.5‑1份、分散剂0.5‑1。本发明保温涂料防水涂料制作工艺较为简单,原料易得,制造成本低;防水效果好,防腐耐酸碱,能够防止体温变膨胀、收缩或是长时间震动时隔热保温层出现裂纹脱落情况。

一种屋面用防水保温涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域,尤其涉及一种屋面用防水保温涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
保温涂料防水涂料是以高分子聚合物为主体的新型绿色防水材料,具有良好的防水、防潮、抗渗、抗老化、抗污染和耐候性等功效。
可直接喷刷于建筑物内外墙、地下室、隧道、水渠、游泳池等处的防水防霉处理。
现有的保温涂料防水涂料制作工艺较为复杂,防水效果不好,不防腐耐酸碱,涂刷在温变频繁、热膨胀系数大或是震动频繁的物体表面上隔热保温,物体温变膨胀、收缩或是长时间震动时隔热保温层出现裂纹脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种屋面用防水保温涂料及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种屋面用防水保温涂料,包括以下重量组分的原料制备而成:聚丙烯酸酯25-35份、改性凹凸棒土填料25-30份、改性苯丙乳液20-35份、去离子水25-40 份、空心玻璃微珠5-10份、增强纤维10-15份、纳米填料5-10份、膨润 土5-10份、防腐剂0.5-2份、成膜助剂0.5-3份、消泡剂0.5-1份、分散剂0.5-1。
一种屋面用防水保温涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、按照重量份将聚丙烯酸酯25-35份、改性凹凸棒土填料25-30、改性苯丙乳液20-35、去离子水25-40 份、空心玻璃微珠5-10份加入混合机搅拌0.5-1小时,且恒温70-85℃;
步骤2、将增强纤维10-15份、纳米填料5-10份、膨润 土5-10份、消泡剂0.5-1份加入保持搅拌处理1-3小时,且提高温度至90-100℃恒温保持;
步骤3、最后将成膜助剂0.5-3份、防腐剂0.5-2份、分散剂0.5-1份加入搅拌0.5-1小时,混合分散即成。
优选的,所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮衍生物、苯并咪唑酯类任一种。
优选的,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅。
优选的,所述分散剂为聚羧酸盐、聚磷酸盐、聚硅氧烷中的任一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明保温涂料防水涂料制作工艺较为简单,原料易得,制造成本低;防水效果好,防腐耐酸碱,能够防止体温变膨胀、收缩或是长时间震动时隔热保温层出现裂纹脱落情况。

实施例1
一种屋面用防水保温涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、按照重量份将聚丙烯酸酯25份、改性凹凸棒土填料25份、改性苯丙乳液20份、去离子水25份、空心玻璃微珠5份加入混合机搅拌0.5小时,且恒温70℃;
步骤2、将增强纤维10份、纳米填料5份、膨润 土5份、消泡剂0.5份加入保持搅拌处理1小时,且提高温度至90℃恒温保持;
步骤3、最后将成膜助剂0.5份、防腐剂0.5份、分散剂0.5份加入搅拌0.5小时,混合分散即成。
所述防腐剂为苯并咪唑酯类,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅,所述分散剂为聚硅氧烷。
实施例2
一种屋面用防水保温涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、按照重量份将聚丙烯酸酯35份、改性凹凸棒土填料30份、改性苯丙乳液35份、去离子水40 份、空心玻璃微珠10份加入混合机搅拌1小时,且恒温85℃;
步骤2、将增强纤维15份、纳米填料10份、膨润 土10份、消泡剂1份加入保持搅拌处理3小时,且提高温度至100℃恒温保持;
步骤3、最后将成膜助剂3份、防腐剂2份、分散剂1份加入搅拌1小时,混合分散即成。
所述防腐剂为苯并咪唑酯类,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅,所述分散剂为为聚羧酸盐。

1.一种屋面用防水保温涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量组分的原料制备而成:聚丙烯酸酯25-35份、改性凹凸棒土填料25-30份、改性苯丙乳液20-35份、去离子水25-40 份、空心玻璃微珠5-10份、增强纤维10-15份、纳米填料5-10份、膨润 土5-10份、防腐剂0.5-2份、成膜助剂0.5-3份、消泡剂0.5-1份、分散剂0.5-1。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的屋面用防水保温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、按照重量份将聚丙烯酸酯25-35份、改性凹凸棒土填料25-30、改性苯丙乳液20-35、去离子水25-40 份、空心玻璃微珠5-10份加入混合机搅拌0.5-1小时,且恒温70-85℃;
步骤2、将增强纤维10-15份、纳米填料5-10份、膨润 土5-10份、消泡剂0.5-1份加入保持搅拌处理1-3小时,且提高温度至90-100℃恒温保持;
步骤3、最后将成膜助剂0.5-3份、防腐剂0.5-2份、分散剂0.5-1份加入搅拌0.5-1小时,混合分散即成。
3.如权利要求1所述的屋面用防水保温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮衍生物、苯并咪唑酯类任一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的屋面用防水保温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的屋面用防水保温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅。
6.如权利要求1所述的屋面用防水保温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚羧酸盐、聚磷酸盐、聚硅氧烷中的任一种。
